We had a rest on Todd with the whole family and one of the favorite places where we ate was this cafe.The location is good, there is always an empty table, the waitress girls are very attentive and friendly...they will always ask if everything is okay, bring a chair if necessary, a bigger table))), turn on the fan and offer mosquito spray.And the most important thing in this cafe is the price/quality ratio.We have a family of 5 people and we could have a great budget meal here.The portions are huge, everything is average and of good quality.They cook quickly and bring everything clearly. Yes, it's not a Michelin restaurant, but it's great for a family lunch or dinner.And since we have a big family, we could have a great meal in this cafe and not for a lot of money.Therefore, I advise everyone.

Delicious food, excellent tuna. Quick feed. Friendly staff, clean tables. They work from 19:00. There is a place inside where you can wash your hands and go to the toilet. The air conditioners are constantly working, it's not hot. Delicious smoothies, pasta bolognese are great, of course rice with seafood is great. We took Fish and chips, awesome potatoes. Delicious. The courtyard is like grandma's in a country house.
The standard set of dishes comes with either noodles or rice. It tastes a bit like Thai pad thai. It's really delicious!
We really liked the tuna with cream sauce. It is sold with salad, egg and rice, plus two tuna steaks.
We ate there almost every day. At the end of the vacation, they just asked for tuna and salad, the guys respond to any requests.
You can pay in dollars or local currency. Cards are not accepted.

On the first day on the island, without knowing anything around and after reading the positive reviews about this place, we went in. We went in and regretted it. Russian Russian, surprisingly, despite the Russian name, there is nothing Russian there, neither the cuisine nor the language. The food is ugly, like in a diner. Tuna is something. Dry sole. They left there hungry, giving about 3-4 thousand, the only plus, I fed this tuna to hungry local cats, the poor guy also almost choked on it at first, but wild hunger forced him to live and swallow it.
The rest of the days we ate at the Black anchored restaurant, it is run by a Russian-speaking woman, Rimma, the food is delicious, there was no disappointment or annoyance, and we went to dinner at Astro restaurant several times, they don't speak Russian there, but there is something similar to the service and the food is not bad either. The prices are slightly higher than in the eatery, but it's food, not anything else.

The only thing on the plate is the sole of tuna from the village- we ate, where Tom yam and two fish are BA and a photo to take away - by the way, there is also tuna, but already edible- Astro.

A cheap enough place for Todd. A large assortment of dishes, but at that moment they were not making pizza(. I do not recommend Tom Yang soup, as for Russians it is a milk soup with tomatoes, bell peppers and seafood. I really liked the squid with vegetables and the big lobster. The frozen shrimps didn't come in much. But overall, it's very good for Todd.
