So the pros: good responsive staff, room cleaning on request, balconies in the rooms, cleanliness is excellent, the food is edible, the pool is clean, well-maintained, Wi-Fi, elevator is working, there is a terrace area in the courtyard and in front of the hotel,5 minutes walk to the sea slowly, the beach is after major repairs! It is important! Everything is new there, changing rooms, toilets, walking paths, sun beds and areas for money, pebbles, perfect water. And now the cons: the hotel is old, the repair is in the rooms!! unlike the rest of the hotel, it has not been for a very long time, the rooms are tired of many years and tourists. That's what's especially annoying: the old air conditioner rattles so that it's difficult to sleep, the windows don't close tightly and you can hear the street, the shower is broken, there is no shower curtain (although the bathroom is good), a tiny refrigerator does not cool it for 30 years, a small TV shows only Turkish channels, pillows are bad, no chairs, no dryers for swimwear. In general, the hotel is not for particularly demanding tourists. Santa Marina is a very good hotel if you come specifically for a vacation by the sea, or on business, to Antalya, but not for all inclusive enjoyment. The hotel corresponds to its category. Two stars only for the proximity to the sea and public transport stops. The rest - the food and the room cause only negative emotions. We were in the middle of September, and only watermelon was delicious. We haven't seen any fish in three days. The rare meat dishes looked like cat food. The dining room is in a dead state. Sagging chairs, old oilcloths on the tables, crumpled tablecloths. In general, I will not list everything. And I will not recommend this hotel to anyone either. I stayed at this hotel from February 12th to 26th, in room 1210. Of course, it's not five stars, but I was satisfied with everything. Towels and linen were changed frequently, the room was clean. The administrators always helped if they needed to find out something. Even on the day of departure, they gave me the opportunity to wait for the transfer in the room. The location also suited me, since I arrived to do dental work, the clinic was within walking distance. It is also very well located, close to the sea, a beautiful promenade, many cafes and shops, Matryoshkin Park (as a landmark if you suddenly get lost) . Quiet, cozy, room with a balcony. We stayed at this hotel from 06/10/2013 to 06/24/2013 in room 1308. I want to say right away that those who want to get the conditions of a 5 * hotel are not here. The hotel adequately meets 3*. And now for more details.
Number. We had a triple room. Cleaning was carried out every day. There are no complaints. The refrigerator is small and does not work well. But the air conditioner worked actively and very powerfully.
Food. We took "all inclusive". That's how they took off one star for the food. Basically, the food is different every day, and you won't stay hungry, but once there were sour canned fruits and once there was spoiled red pepper.
Location. Here it is beyond praise. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk to the beach. On a quiet street, you can sleep peacefully with the window open and not be afraid of noise. There are children's and sports grounds in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop nearby and the most delicious ice cream) On Tuesdays, there is a weekly market nearby, where you can buy not only fruits, but also replicas of some clothing companies at a ridiculous price.
And I would like to mention the hotel staff separately. Very, very friendly.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools: a children's pool and an adult pool. I can't say anything about them, because we went to the beach).
If you ask if we will come to this hotel again, I will answer that it is more likely yes than no.

Location - five plus (Russian-speaking area, five minutes to the sea, currency exchange, pharmacies, shops, post office, market, cafes and restaurants ... almost everywhere Russian-speaking staff). We had a rest in early April. There are few people, the attitude is excellent, everyone is friendly, the staff speaks Russian / English / Turkish. We were allowed to look at the rooms before choosing, if you want shade, ask for a view of the pool. Not to say that there was an abundance in food, but there was enough of everything, during the week there were eggplant rolls and fried potatoes, delicious rice and chicken (you won't lose weight)) There was no fruit. The rooms have regular soap, liquid soap and slippers. It is a 2-minute walk to the sea, a lot of buses go to the center from the main street. Russians and Ukrainians mostly live in this area. The furniture is certainly not new, the hotel is too. The beds and pillows are quite hard, the bed was changed every 3 days, cleaned daily. The beach is comfortable with small and medium pebbles. I recommend taking a bike, smooth roads allow you to move comfortably, there is a rental near the hotel. Quite justifies itself 3*

This is the second time in this hotel...at the end of September, my son and I drove through, there was no choice at all in Konyalty, you know what happened...but there were rooms in this hotel....they settled in 1313 with a view of the playground....the room is shabby, but everything is tolerable...we were at breakfasts and dinners, but we went to eat in cafes, since there are plenty of them here...because the food is just not very good...one good thing is the sea is nearby, they use it along the way....I really loved the Liman district and a month later I wanted to show my husband this area in Turkey in a dream to buy something in this area ....I did not choose anything for a long time, I took trips to Santa....they recognized me, but for some reason they stuffed me into such a tin!!!!!!1406- we have already written about this number here...This is a torture chamber....between 1406 and 1407 the door.....the audibility is such that it feels like the neighbors are sleeping in the same bed with you...and the pillows,,, it's just terrible...a piece of styrofoam in a pillowcase....I tossed and turned, I had a headache....I went to the reception, they said they couldn't help, like all the rooms were occupied, there was nothing to change.....although the hotel is empty...There are very few people.....I'm sitting downstairs...I can't sleep...I'll stay until tomorrow or not, let's see what the young vaunted one says, although I think he's a very arrogant type...

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. It's old, there's not even a blanket in the room, all the towels are filthy old. I live in room 1203, the toilet is leaking, the receptionist says well, what will I do? I'm here alone. In general, a very aggressive administrator, basically communicates only in English, although he knows Russian.
Breakfasts are a separate story - it would be better if they did not exist . That is, if you go to this hotel, then just spend the night without food. Breakfast boiled eggs, pickled cucumber, stale bread and expired cheese is a horror. And you can't come up to take it yourself, some woman is sitting and putting it all on. Water is not brought to the room, as well as other hygiene supplies.

Having a rest in this hotel, I will say at once that it does not pull three stars, even a hostel can be much more pleasant.
I'll start with the location: there are some cafes and a bus stop within walking distance. The center is 11 km away by bus (about 20-30 minutes) . I do not consider this distance to be "walking distance" to shops and all entertainment, as described in some reviews.
Cats piss in the hotel, there's a smell of cat litter everywhere.
The food in the hotel is disgusting, the menu is meager (even for your money) for breakfast, mostly olives, cheese and boiled egg.
In the eating area ( I can 't call it a restaurant ) there is a thermopod with tea and boiling water and an apparatus in coffee.
There is no kettle in the room, only a refrigerator, on which, by the way, you can dry clothes, since the refrigerator was warm in the case, the refrigerator itself barely cools.
The room cleaning is disgusting, towels are not changed until you ask.. And then the cleaner is so surprised that , they say, what should I change the towels? And so I changed it a couple of days ago. Towels with stains that can no longer be washed are suffocated , it can be seen that they have probably been used since the opening of this hotel.
The floor has never been washed in 8 days, and it has not even been swept (as the floors were apparently from previous guests, so they left dust and dirt). There is NO light in the room! The lamp built into the bedside wall barely shines. Even the lighting is brighter from the TV. We used the light in the hallway to somehow find something in the bags in the evening and so on.
The pillows are hard, as if you are lying on styrofoam , your neck and back will not thank you in the morning.
Instead of a blanket, as we used to, there was just a blanket.
The air conditioners have probably never been cleaned at all.
The walls are cardboard, you can hear every word of the neighbors and not only the words... I can even hear every farting and going to the toilet...
I can't say anything about the staff, since we practically did not communicate, we tried to come only to sleep and go to the city in the morning. There is not enough space to fully describe your review. Think for yourself about choosing this hotel. We couldn't stand it and went to Alanya for a couple of days.

I barely begged for toilet paper. The food is not that monotonous, it's half the trouble, it gets moldy. The air conditioner is leaking. The walls are cardboard, you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms, it prevents you from sleeping. When I checked in, there was some kind of bag with things (clothes, creams and flip-flops) in the room. They don't give you water. The bed linen was not changed and it was torn. We stayed at this hotel from September 3 to September 14, 2021.
They put me in a room at 1407, and there's just another room through the door from the room!!!! I can hear everything. Apparently there used to be a double, but now they have made 2 out of one number. Do not take these numbers 1407 and 1406. We asked, we were moved to another room. In 1407, the refrigerator did not work. The rooms are very dark. Wi-Fi didn't work for three days, then it worked only in the lobby. But the worst thing is the food!!!! It's great that we only took breakfast!!! People who have paid for all inclusive, go to eat in the cafe!!!! For example, for breakfast: a loaf fried in egg, fried eggs with tomatoes and a hard-boiled egg! I don't eat eggs, so I had breakfast only 2 times, when there was mashed potatoes from a bag and pancakes.
On the day of arrival, we bought dinner at the hotel, 800 rubles for two, the food was terrible!!! Then we went to eat in a cafe, there are 500 - 700 rubles, and the food is very tasty!
Of the advantages: there is hot water in the room! The sea is not far away. But there are always waves after lunch!
