This was my first experience of a sanatorium vacation in a health resort! And I liked him!
Despite some shortcomings, the first impression is positive and you can relax here safely.
Shortcomings : not a quick check-in at the reception. There is one cash register at the reception to pay for medical services and, accordingly, a huge queue. If you forgot some procedure, then get back to the end of the queue to pay for it. There are no water coolers near the reception. Somewhere there is, but somewhere - not in a prominent place. And I would like at least one cooler on the floor. There are not enough urns on the street, you need to try to find the urn to throw out the same ice cream wrapper..
Good/Excellent :
Food ! Very good large portions are waiting for you at your attached table. There is no need to run to worry to occupy the table and stand in line for food as with a buffet. It's just a pity that children don't eat huge portions and have to throw them away. Therefore, the wish to the management is to make a "children's table" for children and, accordingly, for a ticket, also make a children's tariff at least 25-30% cheaper, and not the full tariff.
The territory is gorgeous! We walked for five days and neither adults nor children got bored. And sun beds and a clearing and a forest and birds and water ... a gorgeous location. And the flowers near the sanatorium , the compositions are wonderful !
Rooms. We took a double and a single (with a child of 2, 5 years old) I was really expecting a scoop. But I was pleased with the numbers. Clean , the rooms are small but cozy. There is no junk. Everything is new. There is a hair dryer. A set of dental supplies. You can book a bathrobe for procedures -30rubles per day. According to Russian money. Great! Swimming pool, children's room , exercise therapy, wonderful smiling staff. I liked everything! There is a desire to return there next summer!

Medical care is at a high level.
The rooms in the main building are just terrible, small, dirty, cleaning at best once every 3 days, as well as changing towels and diapers, woodlice crawl all over the room!!!!
The food is monotonous , not disgusting in the main , but also not tasty . The products are brought already cherished , and even cheese with mold , but unfortunately the mold is not noble . There are a lot of cockroaches in the dining room . The tables are so narrow that you have to eat in the aisle .
The canteen staff is ill - mannered , snapping . The menu must be ordered as soon as the sheet appears on the table , otherwise it is not a fact that you can order what you would like, and when asked to give and fill in the menu, the staff strikes a pose and screams that everything has already been entered into the system . Once I managed to beg for a menu , so they almost threw it in my face .
The tables in the dining room are not well maintained , apart from the fact that they are also small .

We rested in the new building. The conditions are excellent. All the staff is friendly. Special thanks to the SPA nurse Angela. Wonderful relaxation. The territory of the sanatorium is beautiful, pine trees. Among the disadvantages - a small swimming pool, nurses at the reception, where they order procedures or change the schedule, there are only three. With the influx of vacationers, you have to sit in line for a long time, in the dining room the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner is 1.5-2 hours, again, with the main influx, the girls try to distribute everything as quickly as possible, but you have to wait for the second courses. At the same time, if you come 40 minutes later, you get this second course cold. It is necessary to think through such things. The food is good and varied. And also, if you leave on the last day before check-out time (21-00), it's dry.You get your rations with a fight.

I rest and go through rehabilitation 7 times. I really like it. Custom menu. Plenty of food. The staff is polite. Procedures, some quantity is included in the price of the voucher, I buy the rest. There are many different procedures. The most important thing is radon baths and mud baths. A strong base of physiotherapy. The sanatorium is located in a pine forest, the air is a fairy tale. We returned from the Radon sanatorium a few days ago. Honestly, I didn't think that in 1 year he could change so much. According to the new rules, check-in to the rooms from 12.00, we arrive at 12.40, the room is not ready. We go up from the reception to the floor, the maid goes and grumbles – "They told me not to clean this room at all today!" I wonder who should? In the evening, my husband saw that the shower room was faulty, went to the reception to make an application. Why we should do this is not clear. How was the cleaning done if they did not see that the cabin was not working properly? I don't think she even touched it.
On one of the beautiful days of our stay in the dining room (far hall), a long black hair was lying in a beetroot salad at lunch… One can only guess how the food is laid out on the dishes ...
In the vitamin bar, I was served tea, and the mug was in bright lipstick, that is, it was not washed, it was not even rinsed!!!!
Year after year, the same picture, in the evening after 21.00, a man approaches the emergency entrance, the door opens, a hand with a black bag sticks out, is handed to the man and he quickly leaves. We have been observing this for many years.
I felt a sore throat and a headache, we come to the medical post, a woman is sitting under the office and a nurse goes to the office, she asks to measure her blood pressure, and I ask for an ibuprofen tablet. The woman began to resent why I was without a mask and where in general my conscience was sick in such an institution, and the nurse sat down on a chair and smiled very sweetly at her, but without looking in my direction. I work in a medical institution, I have a fresh flu shot and covid, who knew that I could catch a cold here. In general, I did not wait for the pill, I had to go to the pharmacy in Dyatlovo. But getting to the parking lot is also not an easy task, I'll tell you, there is practically no lighting! Yes, dim lanterns have been installed that illuminate exclusively the ground, vacationers went for a walk with flashlights from the phone. Such a huge territory of the sanatorium, and you can only walk around the sanatorium with flashlights, but mostly the contingent of the sanatorium is elderly, eyesight is not very good. There are several motion sensors and they are triggered once every two. Dear administration, have you ever gone out late in the evening, walked around the sanatorium? I think that no one cares about this, because vacationers have written reviews more than once, but you persistently do not want to illuminate the sanatorium at night. It is correct that packages from the sanatorium can be carried out unhindered.
Baths after taking patients, in my opinion, should be thoroughly washed, and not rinsed with rain for two seconds.
There is no control over the staff from the word at all! We have been visiting a sanatorium for many years and there has never been such a mess as this time.
We loved this sanatorium so much, we did not have time to return, we wanted to return again. But, after the last stay, I don't even want to think about it. We recommended only this sanatorium to all our friends, relatives, and colleagues, and now, of course, there is no question about it. The cost of treatment is by no means small for Belarusians, to give money and eat salads with hair or drink from dirty mugs?
In general, the sanatorium, of course, is moving, but it's a pity, not for the better.

The service and staff are good, the food is a credit, this year it is much better than in previous years, the territory and cleanliness are a credit, a strong medical base, BUT in general we have not finalized what queues we stand to doctors and at the medical reception, with this every year it gets worse and worse, doctors impose the cheapest procedures if we are supposed to have 6 free massages on a voucher, then they are given 3-4, because there are no places, but they put on exercise therapy, tea and a small pool, which are not needed at all! A complete clogging of vacationers, but the sanatorium really can't cope, you can't get to the doctors, you need to pay money to another doctor for the appointment of the procedure, in short, the sadness… Basically, all normal procedures are only paid, and you also have to pay for free ones, because doctors prescribe the most unnecessary and useless procedures! We have been coming for years, but this year we have already cursed and went to the management! The price and quality are unjustified, the only thing that saves this sanatorium is radon and mud. And also a disgusting entertainment and leisure center, the films were stupid, the concerts were boring and the same year after year!

The sanatorium has deteriorated, compared to previous visits, we were very disappointed when we came here not for the first time,the prices are sky-high, treatment for 3, everything is put on stream, the main thing is paid procedures, the more they prescribe the better, for a doctor, there are not many procedures for a voucher, but the paid prices are overpriced,the most expensive sanatorium,there are no such prices anywhere, and there are not all doctors, those who need them are simply not there, one plus, the food is good!!! They prescribe paid procedures without voicing prices! They prescribed electrophoresis with medication for lung disease, this is normal, but you need a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug for the lumbosacral region!

A great sanatorium for those who want to take a break and recover a little))) radon baths, therapeutic mud, massage, contrast baths, etc. wellness treatments combined with a gym and sports (tennis, volleyball) will give you a boost of energy for the next year))) however, the food is for 4, if compared with a buffet. You choose dishes from the menu in advance of the day and the next day they are on the table. Something like this. The living conditions are different in different buildings. For example, the conditions in the 4th building are better than in the main building, but also more expensive. I recommend that you take an interest in yourself and choose what is more important to you.

We had a rest in June in the Riverside building. The rooms are excellent, cleaned daily. Many thanks to the girls for their care. Everything would be fine if the sanatorium solved the issue of nutrition. They were poisoned on the second day. Don't believe that food is good. There is no pool. We attended aqua aerobics, but it's a disaster! In fact, it does not exist. I recommend only a separate building. I liked the procedures. Thanks to all the girls who tried to change the time of the procedures.

The food is delicious, everything is great. Rest is very specific for me personally, but it allows you to change the situation. Nature, of course, is beautiful. A river, a pine forest, catamarans and boats. I wasn't interested in discos, I don't know if they are there at all. A great gym with badminton and ping pong. Probably so that cockroaches don't run along the wall. That was the end of the fight against them.

I had a chance to visit Radon in November 2023. Well... Once and never again. Although there are those who come there 13 times. Of the advantages: beautiful terrain, forest. We didn't see any more advantages. And there are much more disadvantages. Initially, there are a lot of rooms, about 600-hundred if I'm not mistaken. There are only 4 elevators. This is a big problem if you don't like to walk back and forth several times a day. Procedures (for someone and 9 pieces per day), breakfast, lunch, dinner (on the 2nd floor). Ie, the elevator can be waited for 15-20 minutes and it is always packed. Residential rooms start from the 4th floor. So it's better to take the number below. We lived on the 7th. We walked more than we drove. Nutrition is not important. Of course, they didn't go hungry, but there is no question of enjoying food. Everything costs money. Even play billiards and bingo, dominoes. They took a subscription to the sauna and the pool. Unlimited. It cost 65 rubles (Belarusian). An hour cost 13 rubles. A subscription seems to be more profitable. But! There were so many people in the bathhouse!!! Neither a sauna, nor a swimming pool, nor even a locker room are designed for such a number of people! In the locker room, it's not like a locker, it was difficult to find even hangers to hang your things. On the first day, a towel was stolen. I put things somewhere on the edge of the bench, there was simply nowhere else. Then we went only at 9 pm (bath until 10). By nine there were fewer people, because at 9 there is a disco. Honestly, if I had known about this in advance, I would not have taken the subscription. On Friday evening we went to the sauna as usual, stayed until 10, and on our return it turned out that the key did not open the lock (electronic locks). The battery in the lock was discharged, as it turned out later. We waited until they opened it for 2 hours!!! While they got through to the master, while he arrived. That is, touch that there is no one at the reception except the girl. There were other nuances, but I listed the main ones. Yes, rawdon and dirt are not imported there. Your sources. This attracts those who come many times. Apparently the treatment really helps. We went more for relaxation. Combine business with pleasure. However, as it turned out, both rodon and mud are contraindicated to me. If you have low blood pressure, the rodon will not suit you. The Husband paid for the massage separately. Although it wasn't worth it. 15 minutes lightly stroked. I have heard from other people that massage should be paid directly to the masseur in the pocket, then perhaps the massage will be of higher quality. But that's how I heard it, as I don't really know.

I went to this sanatorium for three years in a row with my husband, and for the fourth time I also took my parents. There are forests and a river around the sanatorium buildings. The ducks and swans were fed. The medical staff is very attentive, they try to please. The package included many free treatments. But unfortunately, their number has decreased in the last year. The food is good, as my husband jokes - for slaughter. The sanatorium has its own source of radon and its own dirt. This is a big plus. The air is clean, there are mushrooms in the forest.
