I took a room for a day for a family (me + my wife + 2 children). 500$ Carl!!! And what is included in this price? And nothing is included... even the simplest massage is not included here. All the extras. Services are paid… I went down with the children to the advertised aquazone, asked the staff what and how. It turned out that the hammam has been malfunctioning for a long time, this is not there, that is not there, there are only bubbles in the corner of a small pool. I have more bubbles in the font at my cottage than here. In short, the service is about nothing. The dead Turkish three will be much higher in terms of level. It is not clear why they take such money....

Poor quality of service for such a sanatorium. The rooms of the double rooms are small. The audibility is terrible, you can hear everything that happens in other rooms.. Is it possible for a sanatorium of this level and class and the cost is quite a lot of money. The beds are narrow in the rooms, you can fall down at once, rested in a sanatorium, but nothing changes... There is no vada for drinking now it is hot and there is no vada anywhere on these floors so that you go from the procedure to sit and there is nowhere to drink either in the afternoon or in the evening. The bar is rarely open...

We spent two weeks in the sanatorium in late February - early March. We left with positive emotions.
I would like to say a special thank you to the maid Irina, who serves our room 802. The room was always clean. With her help, we always solved the issues that arose. A very friendly woman and a conscientious employee! And in general, all the staff of the sanatorium are good-natured and friendly people. We felt welcome. It's very nice)
We had a double room in the main building. It is equipped as standard, the condition is average. The mattresses are comfortable, but I didn't like the pillows - they are very high and hard. The room, of course, is a little cramped, especially the shower cabin. The balcony is in poor condition, but it was not needed in winter.
Food "for slaughter". The portions are large, the men were full))) Almost always everything is delicious. Only sometimes it wasn't very good. Probably depends on the change of chefs.
Everything in the medical department is new, clean, and the repair is made of modern materials. The atmosphere is pleasing to the eye. The staff, again, is very friendly. If possible, everyone always meets halfway.
The pool surprised me a lot. He's small and shallow, like a frog. It is not designed for such a large number of vacationers. It's probably suitable for aqua aerobics. But just swimming in it at your leisure is not an option. It's good that the pool is not included in the price of the voucher with treatment:)
The territory of the sanatorium is very green, well-groomed, there are paths in the forest and along the reservoir. It's perfect for walking. The only comment on the lighting in the evening. There are clearly not enough existing lanterns, it is dark in the evening.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest. I wish the sanatorium continued prosperity and do not stop there!

There are many advantages, but there are also disadvantages. Terribly slow stuck elevators. It is very strange to see people in bathrobes at breakfast, lunch and dinner in a restaurant. The administrator apparently does not care about this... On Friday evening, "tourists" arrive - they drink and shout all night, but the guards do not react to this / on the night of July 19-20/. However, there are much more advantages! Excellent pine air, good and varied sanatorium food, medical procedures and of course the staff of the sanatorium!!!

The impressions from the sanatorium are only positive. I was afraid of stomach problems , but my stomach has never been outraged by the food, and it is quite diverse. The food is very good, the dishes and salads are varied. You definitely won't leave hungry). Every day we visited the aqua complex, which includes: a swimming pool, a hot tub, three saunas. The water is always warm and clean . I really liked the salt sauna, the hammam and the Finnish one. The territory is well maintained , the nature is gorgeous . Near the lake with cute ducks) were fed every day. There is even a well-equipped place for swimming, a little further from the sanatorium along the walking path. Every evening there are musical evenings, movies are shown, you can ride bicycles, play sports games and just take a walk in nature. There are 3 shops , a pharmacy and small retail shops with clothes. The trip was without treatment, so I can't evaluate the treatment. In general, I liked everything very much! I would love to come back again.

In general, a good sanatorium, a large territory, excellent food, friendly staff, a lot of all sorts of procedures. But there are also disadvantages: wi-fi is one name, I have not seen such a slow and unstable network for a long time. Even the most expensive rooms don't have washing machines! You can comfortably get to the sanatorium only by taxi. Minibuses from Minsk are old, dilapidated, without air conditioning!

The service, staff, procedures, doctors, the area are all just great.But the food for 4* is disgusting!!!!!it is necessary to feed the chefs with their "works"-a salad of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and salted red fish, a steak with an "egg" is something ((, fish balls....I do not even advise you to take putty!!!We are in Belarus, which has excellent cuisine.Utter disappointment.You can cook simple dishes!!!but they will be delicious.The cafe on the territory of the sanatorium does not work.So it's sad.WiFi is weak, but even this is not a problem compared to "power". One of the best sanatoriums in my memory. Rooms for every taste, excellent cuisine, courteous staff. The medical field is at the highest level, I advise everyone. The area around is well-groomed, the sanatorium is surrounded by a clean pine forest, the air alone there can already be considered therapeutic) There are places for outdoor recreation, there is a beach.

We took a weekend trip: the pool is included in the price, but upon arrival they said we need to go to the doctor and all procedures will be scheduled, we did not get to the doctor, as the doctor took a long time, then completely left. We were left without a pool.
The food is served on the table and awaits you cold, the restaurant is 3 points high, there are a lot of people. The tables are very close to each other.
The territory is wonderful 5+: pine forest, river, room in building No. 4 is good, the elevators are new, high-quality.
The staff is on the 3rd floor, there is not enough qualification.
It is better to choose sanatoriums where there is a buffet and where they immediately give a bracelet or admission to the pool.

This sanatorium has only the location.forest and air. Of the 12-day trip, the son left 4 days earlier.and me two days earlier. They brought an infection. I arrived home with a fever and immediately went to the doctor at the clinic. There was suppuration on the body in three places. I've never had this before. It means that an infection was introduced somewhere during the procedures. Plus only the good ones .polite nurses at the procedures. The food is generally trash. Trout were often given.other fish, etc. But! Everything is the same type.everyone is buying in plates. The word doesn't taste good at all.

We had a rest in January 2024. This is the third time we have been to this sanatorium. We lived in room 500D, this is a superior room. The room was tired, of course, but the cleaning was daily, thanks to the maid for cleanliness and neatness. Thanks to the medical staff for their polite and attentive service. We received high-quality treatment. The food is good, the waiters are polite, but the dining room is certainly cramped. Special thanks for the buffet with vegetables and salads. The territory is large and well maintained, there is a place to walk. We decided to book trips again for the summer, but the prices were disappointing, to put it mildly. A standard room has become more expensive than a VIP room in winter. I would like the service to grow in proportion to the prices.

I am delighted with the visit. Everything is at the highest level. Comfortable rooms, cleanliness. The room has a TV, hairdryer, kettle, dishes (cups, spoons, forks, plates), basin. You can rent a bathrobe, various games, and a bicycle. There is a swimming pool. The prices are affordable. The room has a folder with all the services offered by the sanatorium. Such a moment as sets of towels of different colors in the room pleasantly surprised (if you're having a rest together, you won't confuse it). We had one set of white in our room, the second one was cream. Such accents show concern for the guests. The staff is polite, but not intrusive. There is a small shopping center on site where you can buy groceries and manufactured goods. The territory is landscaped (paths, benches, playgrounds, sports grounds). Excursions are offered, information about which is posted in the lobby, concerts, discos are held.

In the sanatorium Radon I rested and was treated for the first time. And I didn't regret my choice for a single day. The medical base is at the highest level. The rest, the food, the attitude of all the staff was excellent. From the first day of your stay, you can even get medical advice on weekends and immediately prescribe procedures. One thing I regret is that due to full employment, I did not go on an excursion. But procedures were a priority. Next time I will definitely come to Radon for a longer period.

We really wanted to get to this previously popular sanatorium. Disappointed. Very. We planned to rest and get some treatment. As a result, only frustration. The doctor didn't even really look at the diagnoses, despite the fact that I outlined my main health problems. Not what is needed is discharged from the treatment, but where there is a free specialist with "windows". As a result, out of the required 4 massages, 1 was prescribed. And then you need to go to the reception every morning and ask about the availability of vacant "Windows". It is impossible to buy, because there are no specialists. And so it is throughout the prescribed treatment. A neighbor at the table was prescribed procedures that are categorically contraindicated for her. She learned about this from another doctor in the same sanatorium. to whom she came with a seizure. A good medical base. But vacationers are not even announced the possibility of diagnostics and procedures. From the good- around the gorgeous forest, cleanliness and excellent nutrition., own radon springs and mud. Bottled medicinal mineral water is provided. But no one knows how to drink it. The doctor did not explain. Cleaning is regular. There are questions about cleanliness. But these are small things compared to such treatment. There is definitely no desire to go to this sanatorium again. By the way.... The elevator is open from 7 to 23
It's not easy to get into it either. Therefore, if you do not want to stand waiting for him for a long time, get ready to walk up the stairs, or take rooms on the lower floors. And massage (not paid) in my opinion, room 24 on the 2nd floor of a woman is just terrible!!!! I visit sanatoriums every year. But there has never been such a "fuck off" attitude anywhere.

In the sanatorium for the first time. Let's go, because there were no other options. We had a suite, without treatment, but we bought treatments there. Prices are reasonable, visits are well organized, there are no queues anywhere, although the sanatorium is 100% full. The food is normal, without frills, although you can find fault. They never added salads, who managed to eat it. But we are not going there for food. The procedures are good, the staff is polite. I recommend it to those who want peace and wellness. Young people have nothing to do there. Maybe we'll come again. Thanks to the staff.

We rested in the sanatorium with our family in a new building, comfort room. I really liked the area, the staff is responsive and attentive. There is space everywhere. The room is large, everything is brand new, you can drink tea and coffee on the balcony, listen to the chirping of birds.
The procedures are excellent, the list and quality are better than in other health resorts. We have already recommended it to friends, some are resting, others are going). We can go (by car) to Brest, Grodno, Slonim. And there is something to do on the territory of the sanatorium, if you are not lazy. The air is clean, there are wonderful forest routes for hiking and cycling. Concerts and movies for vacationers, there is a spa.
We will definitely come again), thanks to the staff for their attention and professionalism.

The service in the dining room is so-so, confusion with a customized menu, dishes can not always be offered to a child, there is no separate children's menu, the staff is not polite everywhere, there are people who are tired of such a flow of people and therefore the attitude is not very good, the rooms are clean and the maids are just smart, the territory is beautiful, well-groomed. Little attention is paid to children, at least a playground for children and a small children's room and that's it, no entertainment and animation for children, dancing with everyone at the disco late in the evening. For visiting the pool at the desired time, you will be charged an additional fee and children too, not included in the package. The procedures are much higher in cost than in the capital. The food is good, you can choose at will, the waitresses try their best, they know their business. Everything is fine! I've been here 6 times already. I noticed the following: the chef has obviously changed, I would like to increase the range of dishes on the menu, dishes are very often repeated. Do it the way it was before!
When going on an excursion, if it is long, they previously gave at least a sandwich, cucumber or tomato, water and fruit. Now: 2 juices (small), 2 oranges (which are on the road, well, it's really inconvenient to eat), 2 apples, 2 packs of cookies.
Also, it needs to be reconsidered somehow. Give it less, but at least have a sandwich or something like that. Sometimes you don't have to eat on the tour, but on the bus you took out a sandwich and had a snack.
As for discos: I would like the repertoire to be of different grades, from the 90s to today, so that all generations are satisfied.
In all other respects, everything is a SUPPER! Radon is the best!

The main advantage and difference from any other is the same radon.The rest of the procedures are standard, the quality is also very different. The workload is very high , which cannot affect anything.
I would especially like to mention the lymphatic drainage massage performed by masseur Gross V. - very diligently and efficiently!
Good physical therapy (male instructor). In everyday life, of course, there are changing rooms in the pool (for some reason it is paid and very small)- it's already been written about here
The dining room....the service is... so-so..
The standard double rooms are very very cramped…

I got into this sanatorium on the Recommendation of friends. We are resting and undergoing treatment with our spouse. The staff is very professional and friendly. 4 meals a day, according to the choice in the menu. Everything is very tasty. Scheduled procedures . Parking is paid for by the guest . There are barbecue areas. Bike paths. There are bicycles for rent. Walking paths along ponds and in the woods. There are 2 grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants. There is a disco in the building and in the next building. Bank and Post Office , Pharmacy. Everything is present. You can pay with a mir card. Everything is very cool , I advise you .To relax and improve your health is definitely here.
