That's just the service is lame, I ordered at the bottom and asked the waiter to bring it, and the menu at the same time so that I chose tea, they gave me a number, I sat on the 2nd floor, waited for the waiter for 15 minutes, looked at the bottom for 5 minutes, thought when would they notice?
As a result: 4 🌟 for the setting and khachapuri with sausages + berry tea (delicious insanely, I advise you to try).

The coffee was good. The waitress was very nice and helpful, but her manager was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. The pie was completely frozen and inedible. When we complained, we were told that nothing could be done. Definitely not up to the standards they advertise.
