Very friendly and knowledgeable. Good quality refurbished bikes at reasonable price (we bought two). Had a wheel fixed, the owner did a great job and did not try to sell me a new wheel but simply replaced the broken parts.
We took our two girls to stay over the holidays. We received daily updates, photos and videos as well as access to a video camera inside the room. The cats had a great time and were very relaxed. The whole staff made sure that our babies felt safe and taken care of. All round professional and dedicated; although we don't speak russian, communication was never an issue. Thank you so much, I will definitely use your services again.
Nice hotel near the centre. Very quiet considering how busy the streets around it are. The people working at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. Clean rooms.
