One of the best hotels in Almaty since it was opened. Highly recommended. Spacious rooms, varied breakfast and a magnificent swimming pool together with a friendly staff make this hotel one of the best in the city.

The staffs do not smile. They all seem tired. Kazahstan people do not smile which I am very aware of after travelling for one week here but the truth that the staffs in this kind of the hotel all seem tired makes me feel it is waste of money. I think people from Almaty have some kind of their own standanrd of manners that is very different from that of other countries.

The hotel is luxurious in Kazakh, pleasant staff, everyone is very friendly, the breakfasts are delicious and varied (the coffee is weak, but as usual in hotels), the bed linen is simply excellent. Someone wrote in the reviews about pillows (I thought the nerds had prescribed a pillow rating) so the pillows are really incredibly comfortable! I have never seen such pillows in any hotel in the world.
The spa area is nice; the pool, baths, everything is in good condition (for a "four" with tension), but somewhere, for example, in the hammam on the ceiling you can see black streaks (similar to mold), in the pool near certain columns there is a musty smell (but generally the pool is absolutely clean), The jacuzzis are great, but one day, apparently, a lot of chemicals were added and the child's body itched terribly after it.
The children's room in the spa area is a complete failure (a small nook surrounded by a mini plastic fence).
Room service: unfortunately, IT's NOT tasty and expensive (DO NOT ORDER PIZZA!)
In general, as we wrote earlier, the hotel is already worth a little combing, it's so tired (carpets in the rooms are a bomb! The drawing is beautiful, but black spots everywhere on it are disgusting, of course, uncomfortable for such a hotel).
However, if the view from the windows is towards the mountains, then you don't notice anything at all, except for this stunning scenic spot! Rahmet for his hospitality ;)

A good hotel, beautiful and very rich interior, there is a spa center with a private pool, courteous staff, always ready to help.
Very tasty food, especially breakfasts, a very varied menu. We tried the apple strudel- it was served with ice cream, it was deliciously delicious, you can go back for the strudel.
Overall a great place to stay

We lived at the Royal Tulip Almaty on December 21, 2024. In general, everything is great, large cozy rooms, excellent breakfasts, polite and friendly staff. One of the minor disadvantages is that it's far from the center, but it all depends on the goals and objectives, and the proximity of the venue was geographically convenient for us. Recommend👍🏻

Oooh, this hotel is one of the best in the city, located in a beautiful area - in the foothills. But everything there is artificial. Everything is not for a person. Well, not for a woman, exactly. A very strange bathroom with a passage between the wall and a glass screen. And it is into this lumen that water flows if you take a lie, and not soak in the bathroom. There is no shower with a flexible hose in the shower cabin, but there is a tropical shower and a foot shower. There is a huge bidet, but the water there comes with such pressure that you have to crawl almost into the wall to wash something. The mirror above the dressing table? There is. Only there is no lighting. You 'll make up your face . There is a light above the sinks, but one of the two lamps is on and the light falls so that you look like a mask from a horror movie. Bathroom advantages: mosaic on the wall, beautiful shampoo gels, clean white towels. The bed is large, comfortable, snow-white. There are no charging outlets near the bed. There are stains and traces of glasses on the furniture. Gilding, stone, precious woods - all imitation. Pink onyx plastic. I didn't really like the breakfasts either. It seems like a lot of things, but there is nothing to eat. Desserts are not bad and apples. The phone rang three more times during the night. Just ringing and silence. It's terribly unpleasant, especially in the middle of the night, when it snaps you out of sleep. And the hotel cost, for a minute, 160 thousand rubles for 3 days (with late check-out)

A normal hotel. Comfortable, good breakfasts. In my opinion, the interior of the painting is kitschy, but generally good. They also have good sauna rooms, and a wonderful brand new spa.
It's a long way to the city center. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby. But with shops within walking distance, it's a real problem.
Overall, we stayed two or three times and were satisfied.

A very cozy chamber hotel with its own atmosphere. Breakfast is provided in the cafe on the ground floor, there is a service - serving food in the room. Daily cleaning service. Polite staff. The location is in the very center of the city near attractions, walking areas and entertainment. The building is historic, there is no elevator. On the floor there is a common living room with a TV, sofas, armchairs, books, coffee machine, guest toilet. The room was small, but with everything you need and all the amenities. I would love to return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone for a stop in Tver.

I stayed for 3 days on a business trip.
The location on the one hand is convenient, not far from the center, but the route is through the private sector, and you get into traffic a little bit, the roads are narrow. There is a small grocery tent within walking distance from the shops.
It was cold in the room, the air conditioner did not heat above 21 degrees.
Breakfast is for three, there are standard elements (porridge, eggs, coffee, etc.), but everything is mediocre.

Nice Spa, huge and clean rooms. I had a great view from the window. The only outlet at the bedside table occupied by a lamp. There is insufficient hot water pressure on the fifth floor during rush hours. There is no ironing board in the room, it is on the floor. She was absent one evening and I didn't iron it. Inconvenient for the conference. At the same time, the conference room is good. It's not stuffy, everything is visible and audible, there are no columns, as it often happens.

A gorgeous hotel. Purely oriental: gold and crystal, walnut furniture. Made with taste. There is a fitness room, a swimming pool and a sauna of 3 types. Of course, it is a very good hotel - it looks very elegant, but there are many minor flaws…
The rooms are cleaned so-so - I checked into a room with a sticky table with crumbs, a bottle of steers on the balcony.
The pool is excellent, deep, clean, but the saunas are barely warm, the hammam generally needs repair - dirty and peeling.
The breakfasts are good, but when you remember the price for the room, you realize that they are short.
In general, the price/quality is 4.

We got into a difficult situation, on February 8, a landslide descended into the courtyard of our residential complex, we evacuated at 2 a.m., because it was the nearest hotel from home, children were with us. The hotel kindly gave us a 50% discount and we were able to stay there for 3 days while the cleaning was going on. Now about the hotel itself, I do not agree with the reviews "expensive-rich", everything is done with taste and stucco and gold fit perfectly! There are gorgeous paintings by our artist Sergei Vladimirovich Ryasnov in the lobby! The rooms themselves are spacious, high ceilings, good furniture, clean bed and soft towels!
