Great hotel! Starting from the interior and ending with the service. Very nice and helpful staff. Many people speak Russian, which is nice. Excellent breakfasts with stunning views of the city and the Bosphorus. When my husband got sick and couldn't go to breakfast, the hotel manager sent him a plate of fruit and freshly squeezed juices. I asked about his health every day. It's so nice, as if your family is interested. Thanks! It's worth a lot! The hotel is also located in the best area of Istanbul. Everything is nearby, the best shops, restaurants.
The hotel is awesome! The interior and design look expensive and very beautiful, the service and staff are wow, they will always help, explain, there are those who know Russian, which is very convenient. The food is very tasty, there is a choice and even a very good one, the restaurant where they eat is generally excellent, and the view is even better. The rooms are new, well cleaned, the design and the view are beautiful. Anyone who goes to Istanbul for a walk, etc., I recommend this hotel!!
The friendly staff is already at the entrance. The hotel is kept clean. There was a slight problem when checking in, our room with a view of the bay was occupied, but the administrator upgraded it completely free of charge to a two-room premium, also with a view of the bay, we were satisfied. Clean, water pressure without complaints. The breakfasts were purely symbolic , but scrambled eggs with additives , waffles with nutella and various types of fruits and vegetables were present . It is quite possible to overeat , but without frills . Coffee, tea, juices are kindly offered by the staff. At breakfast, the manager was always interested in how the accommodation was going. I would also like to mention the beautiful view from the restaurant where the breakfasts are held - it is gorgeous. We went to the spa , 125 euros per person per hour . You can go once , but the massage is a sure 4 with a minus . We chose a foam massage program. But, the interior is beautiful . The hotel is worth the money, it didn't come out too expensive. The choice fell on this particular network, as it is trustworthy. Within walking distance of metro, taxi , Istiklal street. We recommend it
I have long wanted to stay in this small and cozy hotel in the center of Istanbul... The dream came true, leaving a beautiful aftertaste... Attentive and responsive staff, caring from the first minute... A good breakfast on the roof of the hotel with stunning views of the Bosphorus! Excellent room cleaning, the maid was like a fairy, no worries and always perfect cleanliness! Wonderful chocolate as a compliment before going to bed - it's so cute! The hotel has an amazing meat restaurant, I confidently recommend it! We didn't have time to visit the hammam, so we'll have to go back ! The door lock caused a bit of trouble, which did not work well otherwise everything was fine. Thank you for your care and warmth 🙏🏼
The hotel is excellent, a good breakfast with a wonderful view on the roof. The rooms are not new, but they are very decent. I was upset by the lack of Russian - language TV channels . The key card did not work several times, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The location of the hotel is beyond praise.
A very atmospheric hotel. Not a bad location. When choosing, keep in mind that this is not a Rixos in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Pera is a typical urban boutique hotel. Breakfasts in the restaurant on the top floor with panoramic glazing are not very bad, but in the evening I do not recommend going there, there is almost no view, since the glass glares at the interior of the hall, the price tag is "horse", about 2 times higher than a good restaurant in the city. The rooms are tired, especially the bathrooms, cleaning every day. We took it with a view of the Golden Horn Bay, the view is normal. Those with young children or who sleep sensitively, keep in mind that the hotel is located at the intersection of a very busy intersection, Istanbul drivers for the most part do not use turn signals, prefer sound signals, therefore, a cacophony of sound from the horns of passing cars is provided for 24 hours. We lived on a high floor and there was discomfort. The staff is very friendly, there is always someone from Russian speakers at the reception.
The location of the hotel is amazing, in the center, you can walk to many attractions, a good view from the rooms. The room stock is not bad, but…
Capsules for the coffee machine in the room are paid (100 liras) and this is in Rixos and 5 stars! Breakfasts ... they just killed me, the cost of breakfast is 30 euros, freshly squeezed juices - no, fish- no, vegetables - at least, what is presented does not correspond to a five-star hotel. We went in January, the air conditioning is centralized and costs 28 degrees for heating! It is impossible to change it for yourself, as a result, they turned it off and aired it endlessly.
Bottom line: a chamber hotel in the center of Istanbul, with a good location, a bad breakfast, a good view and good staff. If it were 4 stars, I would not find fault, but in my opinion, the star rating does not meet a number of criteria.
A very good hotel, excellent location, cafes and a large number of shops nearby. I especially liked that there were a lot of Russian-speaking staff in the hotel, and we felt very comfortable.
The hotel is probably not on the level of other Turkish Rixos, but for the price they ask, it is a very decent option for Istanbul.
The main thing is to merge into the main building - the rooms are fresher here. The breakfasts, by the way, are also good, there is everything from greens and vegan dishes to pastries (hold me seven).
A pleasant hotel, within walking distance from the metro, good cosmetics in the rooms - all in separate bottles)
The breakfasts are average, but there is a choice.
The price tag for massage services is unrealistically high and in euros.
The territorial location is very convenient, near a street full of shops and restaurants, you can walk along it and around endlessly.
The service is good, there are Russian-speaking administrators, always in touch.
The room is small, but has everything you need. The view of the Bosphorus is impressive.
On the whole, we are satisfied.
Convenient location. The staff is very attentive. There are Russian speakers from the staff. The rooms are cozy and clean. Excellent breakfasts. In general, "excellent".
Rixos. My worst hotel.
Lesson: expensive does not mean good.
It was our first time in Istanbul, and where to stay was a mystery to us. We decided to start by visiting the old town and chose the Bentley Hotel — we didn't like it for 200€ a night, but everything was more or less normal.
Then we decided not to experiment and choose a chain hotel. The choice fell on Rixos Pera due to its excellent location in the European part of the city. Our Deluxe room cost 250 USD per night, and we had no doubt booked it for two days. And what did you get in the end?
Stripped joints, shabby furniture, burnt upholstery of the bed and chairs, the smell of doner. Simply put, the rooms look very old and battered.
But this is just the beginning.
The air conditioner was turned on immediately after arrival. After 5 minutes, they turned it off and heard a strange annoying sound, reminiscent of crackling electricity or the operation of a pump. It is simply impossible to sleep and relax under this electric ringing, even with birushas. We call the reception, the master comes, listened and just left. An hour passes, we go for a walk, on the way we go to the administrator, ask him to take control of the situation and say that we will be back late. We explain that it is necessary to fix the problem.
We return to the room at about 22:00, having walked almost 30,000 steps around the city. We go into the room and... you already know what we heard. Nothing has changed. More conversations, trips to the reception, explanations, a new master. And so, at about 23:00, we all fix the air conditioner together in our room for two hours.
They refused to replace the room, referring to the fact that the hotel is fully occupied. But most of all I was surprised by the attitude of the staff — they did not apologize, but were clearly unhappy with our outrage. The air conditioner was eventually fixed, but we did not receive any apologies or compliments from the hotel.
Oh, I fondly remember the Marriott in Mumbai, where they brought me bouquets of flowers every day for putting me in a poorly cleaned room.
Do you think that's all?
Checkout. We check out, and we are billed $35 for free coffee and water. So that you understand how it usually happens in hotels: there is a price list with a mini-bar, and everything that is not specified in the price list is free. It makes sense, doesn't it? Anyway, in which hotel does a capsule coffee maker and plain water cost money?
What the h...
No, we didn't swear, we just clarified, understood everything and paid, or rather, debited from the deposit. It became clear why and why the deposit system operates here.
Rixos, goodbye. Or better yet, go to...

We moved to this hotel from Yalova! Luxury! Beauty! Fresh flowers are everywhere! While waiting for the check-in, we spent time in a cafe in the courtyard. The juice was served immediately. The room is royal! Cleanliness! We had breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor. The view of the city is crazy! The breakfasts are delicious, lots of fruits. The hotel is located near Istiklal Street. Everything is nearby, within walking distance. We really liked it! Now we will only stay here in Istanbul!
About the cons at the end. Lovely hotel, good location. We took two rooms with a view of the bay, in fact, the view is purely nominally of the bay, since the hotel is located on the corner and there are also many rentals around, but from the top floor you can see the bay if you come close to the window, in general everything is fine. Excellent spacious and clean rooms, which is rare for Istanbul, perfect cleaning, everything is there: bathrobes, slippers, absolutely all hygiene products, friendly staff, but not all. It is worth warning that on the ground floor there is a lobby restaurant where two men work the night shift, one of whom speaks excellent Russian, who immediately come up with prices themselves and do not serve the second floor of the restaurant, saying that it is closed. Therefore, always check the invoice for compliance. There are menus with different prices on the bar, they say that one of them is old and the prices are old, but they do not remove it, but that's not all, they can count it even more expensive, explaining that they were mistaken and counted the room service. Then they will hand-write you an invoice, which again may not match the prices. Check all positions, it doesn't matter if you pay immediately or subscribe to a hotel room. In general, they are enterprising guys. The hotel information also indicates that the rooftop restaurant is open until 01:00, in fact, it is until 00, but even here, if there are no people around 23 o'clock, you can simply be told that they are closed, the service upstairs in the restaurant is so-so, they forget the items from the order, if you are waiting for something for a long time, it is better to clarify exactly whether it was accepted in the order, but there is a beautiful evening view of the bay and mosques, there is a veranda for smokers, there is no stink of cigarettes in the hall itself. Breakfast takes place in the same restaurant, strictly on time, it will not be possible to have breakfast a minute later. The breakfast food is the same every day, not to say that the choice is huge: porridge, omelette, vegetables, fruits, sausage, fish: slices of smoked salmon and canned tuna, meat is really only paper sausage. There were 5 days, not everyone went to breakfast for the last 2. And the main disadvantage is that all room keys stop working at least 4 times a day, be prepared to constantly go down to the reception to replace or program the key. Otherwise, there were no problems, all requests were fulfilled quickly and always tried to help. During the day, wonderful girls work in the restaurant downstairs, who will always help with the choice of dishes, always smile and are glad to see you. The hotel also has a beer pub and a beautiful bar area on the street (unfortunately, it did not work, since it was in January and it was cold. This is not the first time in Istanbul, so we are well acquainted with their hotels. Rixos is definitely worth paying attention to when choosing! Despite everything, there are many more pleasant moments! Have a good rest! I hope I'm not writing honest reviews in vain and they will help someone🌹
The hotel requires renovation. The staff is polite. The spa is not working. Breakfasts also leave much to be desired . We rented another hotel in the same price range , but at a higher level .
Great hotel, great location!
They settle earlier, they evict later than they should!
A great breakfast with a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus, from the top floor!
We stayed at the hotel for a week, we really liked everything. The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas, we took a room with a view of the Golden Horn and were impressed 😍 The service is excellent: every day at breakfast, the manager asks each guest if everything is fine; every evening they bring handmade sweets as a treat for the night; they liked the room service and the restaurant itself in the hotel! The location is very good: 3 minutes walk from the main street with Istiklal shops. I would like to thank the following employees of the hotel: Nuri, Sēvde, Uğurcan, Doğukan. Thanks to the hotel for our wonderful stay!
The hotel is located next to Istiklal Street. It is better to ask for rooms with windows facing the courtyard - there is constant traffic outside the windows. Breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor with a view of the Golden Horn. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Issues are resolved quickly.

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it, I will stay only in it on my next visit! We lived for 6 days in a two-room room during the winter holidays. Clean, cozy, delicious, there are many attractions within walking distance! The staff is friendly.
A very beautiful hotel with very sensitive, attentive and friendly staff, a lot of Russian-speaking staff, which greatly facilitates the relaxation environment! It's clear!beautiful! We will definitely go back there again!
An atmospheric place, inside a coffee shop and an Irish Pub. beautiful view from the restaurant. I had a Jacuzzi in my room, a buzz.
Interiors for an amateur. The location is comfortable.
A good hotel in the center of Istanbul, convenient location, stunning views of the Golden Horn Bay and a little bit of the Bosphorus Strait
Be sure to ask for numbers on the side of the British embassy or on the bay, but this is an additional one.the fee, if the windows look out on the street, it's very noisy only to sleep in earplugs, the restaurant on the top floor has a beautiful view on weekends, live music, not much food, so the hotel is already old, but there are almost no new hotels in the center of Istanbul
Very nice hotel and beautiful views from the top floors. The breakfast is worse than 3 stars, I am very disappointed, but I still put 5 comfort on the level.
A very beautiful hotel. The rooms are a little bit cramped. There are a lot of different cafes in the area. You can take a leisurely walk to the park of the large and beautiful Istanbul market.
We stayed at the Rixos Pera Hotel in a family two-room suite. To say that the hotel does not meet the 5* level is to say nothing. Boorish staff who laugh in your face, dirty old rooms, leaky sheets, dirty bathrobes and a complete lack of sound insulation in the rooms - that's what you can count on staying at this hotel. If you decide to stay here, be sure to (!!) check everything when checking in. Otherwise, you will be accused of "lying" and actions that you did not commit. For your own prepaid money.....
Wonderful hotel, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, room beyond praise. There are huge bouquets of fresh flowers in the lobby, which are constantly changing.
On the first day of rest, 2 pairs of earrings were stolen, the staff did not show any assistance. They studied the cameras for 2 days. They didn 't even write a statement .They said on the 3rd day that they could help with the transfer of the police .gold diamond earrings and silver pearl earrings were stolen .the rest was ruined.Be careful with the sleep prep function when they lay out the candy and prepare the bed.Put everything in the safe.Because we didn't know when we left at 7 p.m. for dinner that someone else would come to us .
The seafood salad is terrible, the chef should be ashamed! In the salad: greens, dry small shrimps, greens and crab sticks! The salad is not delicious, they asked to replace it, the bill was brought incorrectly, instead of three glasses of wine they counted 4. An evening of jazz was announced, as a result, the musicians came, there was no jazz! The most wonderful thing is the employee Kristina, very polite, does everything for the guests! Kristina made our evening wonderful!
Very nice hotel, very clean. The restaurant is very pleasant and friendly. The magnificent view of their windows is 10/10. And the motivation after descending to the embankment, to climb back up was satisfied. We will be happy to return!
Three only for the interior and views. Everything else is a confident unit. Greedy management, poor breakfasts, paid coffee capsules. It's good that at least they didn't take money for the tap water.
I didn't really like the hotel. Initially, they moved into a room with a view of the garbage dump and there were strangers' hair on the bed, dirt under the bed. The second room was more successful , but for extra money . I remained disappointed with the Rixos line
It's good that it's in the center, but it's very strange that they don't correspond to 5 stars. There is no pool and during breakfast they insulted my country for asking about Istanbul. Thanks
The hotel itself is not bad, but the breakfasts are very ordinary, I did not like it. Otherwise, there are no questions, a convenient location, a comfortable room. The hotel is quite old, repairs have not been done for a long time.
The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars at all! Net 3-ka
The rooms are tired, the bathroom too. We spent the night for three days, during this time the towels were changed once! The bed in the room was never made, which suggests that there was no cleaning. The breakfasts are mediocre. In my opinion, pure 3+. For the money that they ask for at the booking absolutely unequivocal no!!!!
I expected the best for Rixos, you can say the hotel is pressed, the staff is wonderful, the location is convenient, the breakfasts are so-so, you won't stay hungry
