One of the advantages is
a gorgeous view of the sea. The location is in the very center. The breakfast in the cafe is very good, everything is delicious and you can choose from the menu. A more or less decent bed.
That's it!
The rest is just cons! Insanely expensive for such a shabby old room! A running toilet tank, a squeaky and stripped bathroom, a small closet, there is no feeling of cleanliness, and everything needs repair!!! And a long time ago!!!

The Ritz hotel is terrible. If someone wants to have a good rest, check into the guest house. The rooms are small, the air conditioner barely cools, there is not a single shelf in the bathroom to put things on, water flows from the shower to the floor, mosquitoes like flies in the room, even the raptor does not help, springs stick out on the mattress, it is not possible to sleep, there are no blinds, not a single plate to put fruit!!! It's the same for breakfast, there is no variety, and it's not tasty, but you have to eat, because the canteens are far away. It takes 20-30 minutes to go to the beach, there is nothing closer, while you are walking you will burn in the sun, there is not even a shade (it was the same with us). There is nothing to feed the child in the cafe, there is not even an element of macaroni (if only to order) and wait half an hour. I really do not recommend this hotel! Don't waste your money, it's not worth it.

You have to visit to understand. The building is old, cosmetic repairs, everything is quite modest, even shabby compared to chain hotels. It still breathes the Soviet past. There is no water at night. One of the advantages is right on the embankment, the staff is good-natured. The most budget vacation is probably in Abkhazia.

I agree with the previous review- the reception is rude, if there is the slightest dissatisfaction with the guest, insults and direct rudeness are used, I was told: "Go look for another hotel if you find it, or live on the street ..." and this is when paying 6450 per room per day!!! There is no beach nearby, there is an embankment, but no one swims on it. You need to walk to the beach for 20-30 minutes in direct heat, there is no shade.The hotel is a greeting from the 90s: the smell of old furniture and mold at such prices! Breakfast is not delicious, cheap sausages with ketchup diluted with water, omelet fried in old butter, very fatty and bitter, that's all the menu, there is no special choice, it's expensive! I really do not recommend this hotel!!! Beware, when booking you are promised golden mountains, but in fact you may not be settled at all!
