Yesterday we celebrated a friend's birthday!
I am absolutely delighted with the service: I booked a table online, we called back quickly, promptly! The administrator is in his place, customer orientation is at the highest level!
And Stanislav is a miracle waiter, there are no words!)
Met with a smile, greeted, charmed ....))))) He helped me hang up my outerwear and familiarized me with the restron action.
Delicious, juicy, moderately toasted mouth-watering pieces of meat, with a slight aroma of smoke, were presented by a smiling black guy))) And potatoes with mushrooms are just mmmpalchiki!)))))
A piece of cake with a candle became a pleasant and sooo unexpected surprise!
The restaurant staff is attentive to their visitors, it's nice!
I recommend this wonderful, delicious, cozy place in the city center to everyone!
Will we go back there again- definitely and more than once!

We rested on August 18. The place is gorgeous. An interesting concept is unlimited meat! We tried different types of meat, everything is delicious and satisfying. But when relaxing with a company, it is still better to choose dishes from the main menu.
It's more refined. Although Rodisio is a cool thing.
The service is also at a high level. We were served by a waiter who came to the table every 15 minutes, poured drinks, offered additional orders, cleaned and changed the dishes.
In general, everything is great. Keep it up !

On March 21, 2025, my husband's doctor was celebrated according to the Rodisio Standard system. The place is wonderful, from the interior to the food. There is a lot of food- 4 types of salad, 3 types of cold appetizers, sushi, and a lot of meat on a wooden board. We didn't even eat half of what was on the table. Fruits and desserts are delicious. Everything is delicious! The music is great! Clear! Cozy! 10 points.

DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
This year we celebrated New Year's Eve in Rio, for the second time, last year we really enjoyed it, there was a lot of food, meat was constantly carried, the price included 0.5 alcohol per person, the show program was also good. The ballet was danced— the girls 5 or 6 dances —in gorgeous costumes. We sang a boy band, a beautiful girl with a gorgeous voice, a couple of Latin Americans, in general, we really liked it last year and we decided to repeat it!
But everything went wrong.:
On January 30, they called us and said that they had messed up something there, and we were being moved to another table, to the back of the hall, although we had booked and agreed on a place a month in advance, we kicked out our place with a scandal.
We arrived at the restaurant on January 31 at 22:00, there were weathered tasteless salads on the table, alcohol was not included this year, there was no promised unlimited meat, once they took out some mutton, they distributed 20 grams per person.
Now regarding the New Year's program:
The host played with only 7 people from the entire hall (there were 240 people in total), not interesting contests for a narrow circle of people, not for a large audience.
Santa Claus and the snow Maiden worked for exactly 10 minutes. Nothing to worry about!!!
The only thing that really pleased us was the cover band "BANDITS" — the guys did a great job, they were just beautiful!!!!

I was at a relative's anniversary on 03/15/2025. A restaurant with great cuisine and service, I would say 6 out of 5. But there is a disadvantage - this is a musical group (if I'm not mistaken, then Ogonek). The essence of the discontent is the weak level of the soloists, especially the girl, who has very modest vocal abilities, although she pleases the eye, a spectacular beauty. And you also need to work with sound in general, since it's not a sound, but a cacophony. And the visitors breathed a sigh of relief when the band was relaxing and the DJ was playing dance tracks.
In general, the invited (hopefully) musicians do not match the level of a restaurant, not even a metropolitan one.

RIO Restaurant is a worse than average place! Last year we celebrated a corporate party - it was a good place with good cuisine and music! This year we also went there for a corporate party - just a tin!!! Music is a wild collective farm and sucks, the kitchen is absolutely everything except ice cream, not tasty or too salty! The presenter - he's a DJ and a singer in one person - is full of hat, talking nonsense! Contests suck, only for the elderly! The dancers have torn tights, sewn with threads!!!

Serving dishes like in the kingdom of crooked mirrors is the opposite. Ice-cold steaks were immediately brought, followed by salads and potatoes. Salads waited 1.5 hours, and potatoes waited 2 hours. One of the steaks was not from the beef portion that was ordered. The only thing they couldn't spoil from the dishes were deep-fried potatoes and roast beef salad. We celebrated my brother's birthday. First, he booked a table and pre-ordered it in advance. The first thing I didn't like was that the whiskey was brought not the one that was ordered and they said there was no one that was in the pre-order. So the question is, why pre-order? It seems at first glance a good place, beautiful, etc., but if you book a table with sofas and accidentally the phone got into the gap between the sofas, there is tin, there is a whole set of everything in the gap: crumbs, garbage, hair, etc. Next is the toilet. It's something. There are two cabins in the women's room and at the same time the handle is broken in one and it does not close, and in the other there are cracks on the toilet seat!!! And all this is supposedly disguised as the best steakhouse!!! The concert program is dust in the eyes!!! Of course, I understand that not everyone understands music, but singing out of tune is disrespectful to customers!!! Yes, they congratulated me, brought a piece of cake, etc., but this did not fix the situation!!! Next is the kitchen: we pre-ordered the hot stuff, they brought us a large tray of meat, but it's tough!!! Unlimited? No, we didn't hear it, and there wasn't, two unfortunate waiters (like Brazilians) almost didn't come up to us and didn't offer meat, well, where to, so there's a lot on the table!;? The show program??? This is something! Yes, the beauties in feathers came out...dances...and that was all over and in order not to work later, dear admins simply turned off the music because dancing for ordinary people on the dance floor is not allowed!!!! In connection with the above, I inform you that the institution does not justify its image, etc. Admins don't care about visitors and their comments, the kitchen is so-so and the show program is too. They politely sat me down and told me that now I can help myself in the salad bar. The meat will be a little later. Having prepared, I took only vegetables so that there was room for meat. They began to bring the declared grill treats in turn. If desired, you can refuse what you have brought now. For example, I didn't take potatoes and sausages. I really liked the mushrooms, chicken and pork!!! There was a cheese and meat plate in the salad bar. Washed down with beer, brought by a helpful waiter. Pleasant unobtrusive music, dim lighting. I left after 3 hours absolutely full and satisfied! I paid 54 rubles with beer. It's a pity that it's so inexpensive only on weekdays during the daytime. The waiter advertised weekend events and performances. In short, I recommend it! I told all my friends, and now here ☺️
