We went to a musical lottery in Rio with our girlfriends. Food and drinks disappointed at an above-average cost. The tea was terrible, there was barely any yellow water, and I'm generally silent about the taste and smell. The pizza was very average, barely warm, and it felt like it was made from frozen meat. And with all this, there was a long wait for an order (one pizza was waited for 2 hours). Dishes with streaks and drops, terribly unpleasant to use. And when fully loaded, there is no possibility of pre-ordering online.

The other day I was in Rio for the first time, at an event. The kitchen is quite acceptable, you will not leave hungry from there. Music is also top. But the evening and the impression were completely ruined by the "dessert". Tables with muffins and a multi-tiered cake were brought out. Many people found out too late that dessert would not be served. First, the hungriest ones sorted out the muffins, then it was tedious to stand with a plate behind a piece of cake, which was cut by an employee of the restaurant "by eye" and the less cake there was, the thinner the portions became. Not only were people in the restaurant standing with a plate outstretched, but not everyone had enough of this cake. OK, everyone sat down at the table, and there is nothing to eat cake with. There are no devices. OK, we are waiting for coffee/tea. Drinks were served, then something went wrong and only tea was served. When asked to bring coffee, they answered: we must wait. Let me remind you - there is nothing and nothing to eat cake with. The event was coming to an end, the waiters began to take the dishes off the tables. And there is still no coffee and appliances. Then muffins were taken out several times and distributed according to a principle incomprehensible to many - they were simply put selectively to someone.. After 40 minutes, the event ended, and coffee was not brought to many. Personally, I asked him three times at the waiters and once at the bar. They told me to wait. Well, I'm still waiting. And I don't recommend this place for a big campaign.

We visited your "sensational" restaurant and were very disappointed. They took unlimited Rodisio. Meat, of course, is hard to spoil, but you could. It looks appetizing, but the taste wants the best. The meat is a bit harsh, the marinade looks like they were trying to remove the taste of the meat. They paid a lot in amount, but did not eat, in fact, even a third, which left them hungry.
We came to celebrate a birthday with my husband, but in the end we were left upset by your restaurant and cuisine.
I do not recommend it!

Already from the entrance, which is not difficult for a "seasoned" person to find, a steady smell of cigarettes surrounds. Inside, tables and tables are equipped for various occasions and the number of guests, which are not the most convenient design for a company of 10+ people.
Food: the main menu is passable. There was no desire to come back and try something else.
The meat that was offered under the all-inclusive program looked appetizing, but I did not taste it.
The waiters do not know the composition of the dishes 🤷♀️
The sound, even for an untalented listener, awakens the desire to hear it. And even so loud that there is no way to talk to a neighbor.
The colorful waiters who serve the grill are bright and an impressive show ballet)

If you decide to go unlimited, I advise you to buy a barbecue somewhere else for 38p. They bring over-salted, greasy, burnt pieces of some kind of meat, half of which is inedible. The business model works well, only after half an hour they bring meat, and before that they wait for you to eat salads and snacks. Moreover, it is advisable to grab salads early, then they will be replenished for a long time. In general, the money was thrown away, 2 rubles for the surprisingly delicious soup. The atmosphere is also dark, the hall is gloomy.

A day off, live music. The girl has a gorgeous voice, but!!!!
The appearance immediately surprised(as if from the train only) The repertoire is simply NOTHING!!!! It was a pity to look at the guests who were sitting and waiting for when they could already go out to dance!!!
But alas they never waited (((
And in general Brazil is only in the name here))) and in the output of mulattoes when serving a regular kebab (not of the best quality ). Guys really dry meat!!! Mutton in general can be strangled (((
In such a place , you really need to keep the brand !!! At least in memory of Zhuravinka)) when there was always a full house !!

This is some kind of horror, on all fronts.
The cutlery is dirty, there are pieces of food and lip prints on the glasses. The staff doesn't know what's on their menu. There is no beer in the establishment on a day off. Something is dripping from the ceiling. The interior is in the style of the 90s and has nothing to do with the theme of Rio.
We tried the set — tolerable, but not to say that it is delicious.
Don't come here if you don't want to spoil your mood.

Celebrated Birthday on 11.10.2023 We booked a table in advance, the girl explained everything in detail about the unlimited brunch! We arrived at the appointed hour, but there were no parking spaces, to which we were told by the administrator guy that he could not help us and we had to look for where to park our car (turned around and left somewhere, we called the phone to which the administrator said to solve the parking problem on our own) we had to make a circle through a dense traffic jam in the very center of the city at that moment one parking space was vacated and we parked. We went up to the restaurant itself and to our surprise there was not a single person in it. There are other establishments on the territory, but parking is shared. We are surprised that such a decent restaurant does not have its own parking spaces for guests. And the attitude of the administrator does not correspond to this institution.
P. S. The service staff was on top (the waitress and the guy who brought us food until the end of the unlimited brunch)!!! We ask the management to solve the issue of parking spaces for guests to come back to such a beautiful and modern place of rest!!!

My visit to the Rio cafe left a bitter aftertaste in my soul. After paying in advance for a table reservation and anticipating the expected evening, we were faced with the absolute unwillingness of the institution to comply with its obligations.
This is not just a miss in service, it is a complete disregard for customers and their expectations.
I can't recommend Cafe Rio to anyone. Visiting this place is extremely risky, especially when it comes to booking. It is better to avoid it and look for places where they value their customers and take responsibility for their promises. This experience has left me convinced that Rio Cafe does not have enough professionalism and respect for its customers, and I am not going to give them another chance.

After 10 minutes, the second tartar was delivered, the administrator still did not go))), after I said that I would leave without paying the bill, if the administrator did not come, he still came; he signed up for a high load, and kindly said that he would delete the spoiled carpacho from my account😂😂😂
About the fact that we stood at the entrance for 10 minutes because the guys didn't know how to put the guests before us, you don't even have to write!
In general, I do not recommend it!
