During one of the last visits, presumably at this service (because the last times I was serviced by them, and before that I climbed under the car myself), the engine protection was replaced with an old rusty one of a different shape (dirt threw one protection over the stretcher, and there is another), even the rusty bolts were twisted. They did not investigate, they said that such a thing was not possible.
Don't set foot in this place anymore.
In addition, the front fenders turned out to be bolted to the subframe with different bolts. I don't know if it's a factory... What else was replaced on my car while it was being serviced by an authorized dealer?

We took a certificate from the dealer about the release date of the car, everyone said a day, and we were done in 15 minutes. Fast and even very fast. The children liked the new cars while they were waiting and looked at them. Thank you. Efficiently and quickly.

I applied for a warranty to repair the trunk lock. We spent half a day of time. They didn't do anything. They said that a braid of wires was ordered for the centralized lock, and no one looked at the mechanical lock at all. It has been more than a week, but the wires have not appeared. A very bad dealer. When buying, the manager tried to impose an unprofitable loan, while he could not even clearly explain why he was imposing it (apparently he gets a kickback from the bank). After the purchase, problems began with the car. When trying to solve the problem, the salon managers pretended to be deaf and blind, saying that there were no problems with the car (problems when handling: strong vibrations at 2k rpm, vibrations of the steering wheel when rotating and the car moving away when driving). At the same time, the car was taken away for 10 days upon request, and upon return they repeated "we did not find anything." How can you search for something for 10 days? Moreover, it was clear from the mileage and fuel that the car was just standing in the parking lot. When I was driving with the manager, he verbally confirmed that there was a problem, but "no problems were found" in the documents.
Divorce for money. I don't recommend it to anyone. 08.08.20 contacted the service. It was necessary to fix the door lock and replace the oil in the internal combustion engine. For two times to spray with a flash drive and return the bounced lock rod - 145 rubles were screwed in. The oil in the internal combustion engine was replaced. I was counting on elf oil (by default). They poured castrol without first notifying. (Castrol is a very controversial oil, I don't want to use it in my car). I didn't notice it right away, I only read the order at home. To Master Stepan - the Order of Ostap Bender, for the ability to properly breed a client.
People don't buy a Renault, bugs have been crawling everywhere for 3 years. I came to the service, they started to drive it on landing, it was after the stones, they said it inside under the hood because of the "Turbulence". And the warranty on the paintwork is 5 years, but if necessary, it's all the fault of the owner.
They served well exactly until the moment when the warranty ended. At the next routine inspection, both the oil from the engine and the box flowed, and a bunch of other little things came out. Don't buy anything there. I bought a new car . And after 2 years, this is a rusty constructor, which also needs to be serviced under warranty at the price of a Mercedes C class
The center is not bad, but the diagnosis finds something that is not there and does not need to be done. They don't even find their own comments when re-diagnosing.
