I advise you to change the oil and oil filter only in this company, the price is below the market. The staff is polite, professional, the service is at the highest level, it is comfortable and cozy to wait for your car on the second floor. A new center for mitsubishi. This is the third time in recent years. Except for mitsubishi, Renault and VAZ, they are sold and serviced on the same site. The service is courteous, there is a recreation area with a cafe and TVs, including videos from the repair area. There is a children's area. Now about the cons: recording. It never worked out to get through to the service the first time, they call back after hours at best. Online recording does not work. The work is done slowly. For customers, there is a monitor of the service area, so it is perfectly visible there that the car is being defended somewhere for the vast majority of the time, and when it is in the remzone, it is only occasionally approached. Well, the need to wash the car before repair is also not entirely clear if it has nothing to do with the work being done.

Although, when the car was under warranty, there was a problem with the front levers and they talked about replacing a pair. But no. Only the left one was replaced then. I stopped at a service station near the house, a part, replacement and collapse of 215 rubles and an hour of work. Do you catch the cost of changing the oil and the camber lever? Well, who do you think I'll go to for repairs now.And one more thing, I came earlier, bought the wipers and put them on myself. They don't sell it now, it's a service. I bought a car here in 2017, which I service here. The impressions about the salon are good, the staff is competent and polite. The only thing that is not done here is body repair (although it used to be). Now it has been moved to the salon in Kamennaya Gorka. Obviously, the company sees some sense in this... I will not say that this is not convenient, because this is reported when signing up for the service, if you say that there are questions about the body.

I serviced the warranty car, there are a lot of issues under warranty, the air filter housing mount was broken.I changed the filter and oil on another service and what can I say with the original filters and does not smell, salon SCT, oil is generally some kind of Russian,oil is not sure at all what Castrol was,maybe Lukoil.In short, everything is sad.The price tag for spare parts and service is atomic.The staff is polite, but it doesn't make it any easier))))))

As it was said in the famous movie - damn the day when I visited this car service! 05/02/2022 I came to change the oil and the filter, the replacement lasted about 2 hours, during which the master or manager (who will sort them out) tried to impose additional services, so be ready to hold the line. As a result, the master manager appeared with a mournful face and told me that 5W40 oil was poured into my car instead of 5W30, but the brave guys from the car service fixed everything, only you need to pay 20p extra. Looking ahead, I will say that my refusal to pay extra cost me a new washer tank lid - it evaporated after the service, and the service staff naturally deny their involvement in this disappearance. The result of an oil change in the official service: -minus the washer cover, - suspicion of pressure relief in the air conditioner system (the air conditioner began to make noise), - suspicion of everything in the world))). Now the advice of a seasoned: 1) be prepared for the fact that your car will be taken away from you for the duration of the work and God only knows what will be done with it; 2) before giving the car to the master manager, take a picture on your phone of the engine compartment, the condition of the wheels, the appearance of the car, the interior of the car and all this is desirable against the background of the service (or make a video :)); 3) be sure, after receiving your car, in the presence of the master manager, make a thorough inspection of the entire car, at least those places that are accessible to your eye. In the spare parts department, men loiter back and forth about their business and do not want to serve, the answer is "wait, we will call you." They sit at tables and do nothing. Sometimes they answer the phone. Zero service. They didn't even ask anyone what the purpose of the client's visit was. With such managers, it's amazing how they didn't go broke. The mood is spoiled, there is a nervous atmosphere in the cabin. I do not recommend it.

It's a pity that you can't put 0 stars. I came to replace the DRL bulb, placed an order, the master "carefully" promised to ask that the lamp be replaced faster. After almost an hour and a half of waiting, the master informs me that there is no necessary light bulb and declares that I must write a refusal to do the work. He was allegedly only told that there was no light bulb! And this is an authorized service center! The order was placed after at least 15 minutes of "hanging" in the computer and voicing the cost of the service. Anti-advertising on my part will be provided. You also need to be able to find a way out of unpleasant situations.

Service: it's expensive, it's not clear what they're doing there. A new car bought in the salon was serviced by them under warranty. But, with the conditional replacement of all liquids at the next service station, it is unclear what they were doing (there was a feeling that at best they changed the oil), the antifreeze did not top up, the filter had to be changed by friends at the service station after half a year, although the car passed only 20 thousand km...in general, everything is interesting. Another remark, their repairs and coloring are gold. If it costs up to $ 100 to clean the corrosion in the city, paint the element and cover it with antikor (for example, a rack), then without even looking without antikor treatment, they charged from 300 rubles and above. The parts may be native, but in the same car market, new ones are also sold 1.5 / 2 times cheaper. So, who needs to be serviced at the dealer in principle, please. I don't recommend it that way. Salon: "licked" from head to toe, especially if you came to buy. And so the salon is like a salon, like everyone else.

The car passed 28 thousand and the top layer of the coating was wiped off on the steering wheel.And according to the experts of the service station at Kamenogorsk, this is a defect from operation. What is the defect if the car is not two years old. And what will happen to the steering wheel in five to ten years? Why don't you give me the steering wheel along with the spare tire? And another question is what the members of the expert commission would do if the steering wheel had worn off on their personal car two years later. And why, when buying your cars, you do not say that there are design features-the clutch will twitch when starting, that in two years the steering wheel will be wiped, and so on. The only answer is the company's policy. It's just not possible to express the attitude to this in normal words, but it's impossible in the old military dialect.
