Nice city hotel, great location. Close to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants. Smak- delicious desserts and ice cream!
The staff is good, the rooms are normal- everything worked. We cleaned every day . The food is as usual, no frills, but everything is delicious. We went to the market on Tuesdays to buy berries.
The hotel is small, but there is a swimming pool and a hammam with massage - everything went well!
We have been to this hotel 3 times. The price-quality ratio!
Cleopatra Beach is super
If you need animation and gorgeous views, choose another hotel!!

We stayed at this hotel 3 times. Great location! The beach, cave, shops, water park are all within walking distance. The rooms are clean, though not perfect. WiFi is available in the rooms. Nutrition has become worse than before. Although meat and fruits are not so diverse, they are always available. Alcohol is like everywhere else - beer, wine, gin, crayfish. There was no animation and there is no animation. There are 2 swimming pools - a regular one and a "paddling pool" for children. The staff is polite and smiling, even if they don't always understand Russian. Everything suits us, we will be happy to come again)

A small hotel in the heart of the city. Within walking distance to all attractions, including the famous Cleopatra beach. The kitchen has a new menu every day. always fresh vegetables and herbs , several sauces to choose from. chicken, turkey, trout, mackerel - this is what concerns the meat-chopping part of the menu. responsive staff , daily room cleaning , the quality of cleaning is not for the demanding customer . We are unassuming. Recommend 👍

Friendly staff, delicious food - very diverse in the season, quiet, cozy, urban hotel on a quiet street, without animation, but close to Cleopatra beach. There are no sounds of the road. The rooms are small and modest, for an undemanding traveler. The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, TV, kettle, bathroom accessories. There is a small swimming pool, a bar, a veranda. Wi-fi is decent, even in the rooms.

I chose this hotel, tempted by the price, reviews and location. I travel alone.
I read all the reviews in good faith. I was prepared that the hotel was very, very modest. But how wrong I was! We settled into a standard room with a side sea view, room 306. Everything seems to be clean. Then everything is like in a horror movie! Bed bugs got bitten at night! I jumped up, turned on the light, and they were crawling on the bed! The night in flight and the next night is such a miracle! I'm surprised there weren't any reviews about it! I'm not happy about the rest! I've only seen bedbugs in the picture! I barely waited until morning, ran to the reception. A maid, a receptionist, a girl, and apparently a guy who invites you to spa treatments came to the room as an interpreter. So this guy explained to me that bedbugs live behind the wooden headboard of the bed! It goes all over the wall and is nailed shut! He explained that bedbugs live all over the hotel, but they are at war with them. They took a picture of my bed with traces of bedbug control and offered to move into a three-bed room in room 506! The room is tiny! In addition to the beds, there is a folding bed in this room, which is so scary that you can move it. I moved it away from the wall and settled down on this cot. I'm afraid of beds now! It's uncomfortable to sleep on a cot! I sleep with the light on so I can see everything. I did see one bug crawling on the bed. I'm still in shock! I'm really worried that I'll take this stuff home too! Now, as for the hot and cold water supply and plumbing. Only the toilet works flawlessly in both rooms! It is impossible to use shower heads in any of these rooms, as a thin trickle of ice or boiling water immediately begins to run! The water doesn't mix for some reason! I live without a shower, I use the shower faucet, but there is also a problem with water regulation. However, in room 306, hot water does not run from the faucet in the sink at all. It wasn't in the shower faucet until the plumbing was sent to me. As a result, one day is lost on the road, the second day of rest is spent on relocation, clarification, proof, begging! Do you need this?! I'm not a very demanding tourist, but this hotel is terrifying! The towels that are available in the room are very scary, with some kind of straps and yellow spots. It's been 4 days, and the towels haven't been changed yet. It saves me that there is a second set in the room. Cleaning consists of taking out the trash and using the same hands, the maid refills my already filled cot to her taste! That's it!!! They don't report anything, I've already begged for toilet paper from the maid. Periodically during the day, a persistent smell of sewage appears in the bathroom, even the hood and the open balcony do not save. The food is quite tolerable, there are four types of fruits. Alcohol doesn't interest me. There are many desserts, as well as four types of canned fruits. If someone is on the right diet, then you can freely make a protein-carbohydrate breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is always porridge for breakfast. In the early days, I was very surprised that you go into the dining room, pick up coffee or another drink, and the waiter is already standing next to you to bring your cup of coffee to the table instead of you, and then bring you cutlery. When I saw that they were cleaning up dirty dishes with these hands, brushing crumbs off the table with their hands, then grabbing several utensils and handing them out to everyone along the way, I sharply said that I didn't like this and I didn't like their Turkish cups for tea! I'll serve myself and drink tea from a cup. They've fallen behind! There's a lot more to write... I am very surprised by the super positive reviews... Apparently we are all very, very different! Maybe I'm just so lucky with the numbers? My conclusion: think a hundred times before you go to this hotel. You'll earn money, but your nerve cells won't recover!

A great city hotel for your money if you come to travel rather than stay in a hotel all day. We had a vacation in early May with my husband and a 3-year-old child. We came to the hotel only for meals and to sleep at night, so we were completely satisfied with the rest.
Location: excellent, the sea is a 5-minute walk to a cool beach. Shops are all nearby, and the port is a 30-minute walk away.
Food: in general, everything was delicious, without frills, but no one was ever hungry: there was not much choice of hot food - usually 2-3 positions and a couple of types of side dishes, various cold appetizers, grilled trout on Thursday, apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits, medlars in May. The desserts are standard Turkish. The red wine is good and the beer is good.
Entertainment: there were no evening programs or even music, and apparently there was no provision. There is a small pool, there has never been a desire to lie down near it.
Rooms: we had a nice small room, the bathroom was also normal, there was no obvious rust and mold. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, but there have been stains on the sheets and towels several times, apparently they have not been washed already. The cleaning is normal.

Well, we've been to this hotel again, but we've never set foot here again. The hotel has deteriorated in all directions in 3 years. In general, for sooo unpretentious tourists.
Food
Meager, a couple of types of salads made from business and tasteless vegetables. There are almost no fruits. They come to dinner and sort everything out in 10 minutes. For any meal, you'll have to stand and wait.
Bar
I don't drink alcohol, and when asked to make a non-alcoholic cocktail, I fell into a stupor, even though I speak English well. It was offered only with alcohol.
The infrastructure is actually located inside a VERY dense residential old building.
The pool is essentially a children's pool, small. Sometimes they clean it, and it makes a lot of sense with bleach.
The room is a horror. We were 2 adults and 2 children, we were given a single room and beds were crammed in there. It looked like a very pathetic and strange picture. The ticket price is low - 300,000 for August, but this is also too much
The staff is 50/50. Half of them tried to help, the other half tried to create inconvenience. Russian is spoken by one person for the entire hotel

We stayed at the Remi hotel from May 13 to May 22, 2025. We were checked in as soon as we arrived. At the reception, Neczar helped with filling out the cards and himself took our suitcase on the elevator and escorted us to the room. All with attention and a smile. But I was especially struck by the attitude in the restaurant. Hussein, thank you so much for your hard work and attitude towards vacationers! He worked hard himself and taught his guys how to serve tourists quickly and accurately. This is the first time we have seen such an attitude of the staff towards vacationers. The food was delicious, and they provided both fish and meat. The soup at lunch is delicious. Fruits and vegetables, salads, olives, everything was fresh without complaints. White wine is always chilled, super in hot weather. The room is small, but we liked it, on the second floor with a view of the pool. Cleaning was no problem, towels were changed. Germans, Poles, Turks and Russians had a rest. Everyone was greeting and smiling. A calm, friendly environment. The location of the hotel in the center of Alanya was what my husband and I needed for walking and quick access to the sea. But the sea was stormy this May...It was dangerous to swim, but we got a great tan! I recommend the hotel ourselves, if it is affordable, we will also come here with pleasure. I am writing while staying at the hotel.. The rooms are small and standard, but after renovation.. Everything is clean and functioning, the hotel is located very well.. The famous Cleopatra beach.. I was not very impressed. Wide- yes, sand- yes, there are plates almost everywhere in the sea at once, yesterday the girl injured her leg badly in front of us.We are seasoned travelers, so the beaches are different... there is something to compare it with. Yes, it happens that even at a hotel there is a very decent beach, so all this is a managerial move. The food is meager, peppery, as in Asia, by the way, only in Turkey more than 20 times and I have not met so much peppery in any hotel. Take a walk and go shopping- yes!! They clean and change towels daily, 10 pieces of water in cups were brought to us today by a very nice woman, shampoos, conditioners, creams, even more paper, it was very pleasant! It's great that after the criticism about the food.. The chefs listened, stopped being terribly peppery, new goodies appeared, the menu expanded... Well, they're just trying, well done!!! Not far from the hotel there are even ruble exchangers at a favorable rate, pharmacies, a bunch of cafes and everything for shopping.. With lots of shops and markets. I constantly bring medicines of excellent quality from pharmacies, we do not have such, and today I also bought omega 3-6-9. The weather is wonderful (37, water 25) there were a lot of beautiful boats today. They take tourists to the beaches of Cleopatra for an excursion, give them half an hour to swim and then drive off. The sea is clean in the morning, turquoise and very warm, yesterday evening the garbage was washed up. There are plenty of tourists of different nationalities, all friendly to Russians.

If you want animation, entertainment, then not here for sure. Because the Remy is quiet, calm and homely. We only spent the night in the room, but we became friends with the staff, the guys are very customer-oriented, as much as possible. From the reception area, to the maids and waiters in the restaurant. The hotel is old, repairs are needed, but when you come for the sea, the beach, the sun, etc., everything else is not so important, it happened to us) in Turkey, in Alanya, not for the first time, the hotel requires renovation, but the soul that the employees put into each guest cannot be replaced. Good location, everything is nearby, wonderful beach and sea, small pool (never swam in it) there is food) the choice is small, but we were not hungry, drinks are fine, as everywhere.... I was expecting what the level of the hotel would be. The location is good, not so far from the sea. The rooms are tiny and already very "tired". Cleaning for 3. So I want clean towels, not 100 years old. I want a clean mirror. To plumbing(shower)they were washed and wiped with cleaning products. You don't have to sweep the floors, picking up all the dust, they have a vacuum cleaner for that. Fast and, most importantly, clean. There are no blankets, but something like a thin blanket. The hotel is not crowded, quiet and peaceful. There is no entertainment at the hotel. If you are looking for entertainment and fun, then definitely not to this hotel. 3. The rooms are very small, they are normal for two, but the three of them will definitely be cramped. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle. In principle, it is enough. The water in the room is not replenished, only when checking in there was water in the refrigerator. The refrigerator practically does not cool down, because when the key card is taken out, the light turns off everywhere, including the refrigerator turns off. You can fill your bottle with water in the restaurant and at the pool bar. 4. Hotel services. There is a hammam on site. I highly recommend visiting, Alla works there. A massage therapist from God. If you go, you won't regret it. 5. Nutrition. The assortment is not small at all, but everything is cooked delicious. You won't be hungry, that's for sure. That's the trouble with fruits. Only very tiny apples, the same oranges and some kind of green plums. Pastries are also scarce at the hotel, and there are no buns or other muffins at all. 6. Alcohol of good quality. Excellent city hotel , two minutes to the best sandy beach in Alanya, friendly staff, clean cozy rooms, excellent cuisine , there are always meat and fish dishes , lots of vegetables and fruits, everything is fresh and delicious, tea, coffee and sweets almost around the clock
I would especially like to say about the SPA area , clean , cozy , excellent hammam , special thanks to the masseur Mohammed , professional massage of the feet, lymph nodes, back, neck and collar zone, completely removed the problems with the right shoulder in 7 sessions! I just recommend it to everyone!

I liked everything. The food is great, the sea is nearby. The beach is gorgeous.The hotel is located on a quiet street, but in the center. They didn't hear the neighbors. Everything worked in the room. The staff is attentive. There is a hammam, massage, swimming pool. High-quality alcohol. You can have more variety in fruits , but everything is OK. The contingent is 40+. There are few Russians. WiFi is free and good everywhere in the hotel and in the rooms.
Do not change money at the airport! Best of all in Waikiki (6-7 minutes walk from the hotel)the most profitable course if you buy any thing. They always have change in lira. They accept dollars, euros..

Positive:
- excellent location of the hotel, Cleopatra beach is 2 minutes away, all attractions are nearby, everything is within walking distance + cafes, market, etc.
- delicious, fresh and varied food and drinks.
- cleaning every day, shampoos, soap, everything is in abundance.
- polite, helpful staff, well done 👍👍
- normal rooms, everything worked, everything is clean and tidy.
Minus:
- the hotel does not have a proper beach and as a result, there are no sun beds.
We would gladly return to this hotel if it were not for the only negative, but for us it turned out to be very significant, but for whom it does not matter, I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart!

I've been to this hotel twice. The first time was about 7-8 years ago, I got sick with an oral viral infection and went to the hospital. I went this year, I thought it would blow over, it's the same situation again. I got to the hospital.
The hotel is dirty.
The room is not cleaned at all, not even a towel has been changed in 8 days, dirt everywhere, old plumbing. The cleaner comes and makes butterflies out of the bedspread, supposedly she was in the room, and all the cleaning is on this.
The food is disgusting by -2, the dishes are dirty, the water in the kettle looks like from the tap, bottled water is 1 euro, which is twice as expensive as in the store next door. Swill is beer, wine is just tin, I don't know where they get it from. On the 3rd day, she fell ill with rotovirus, after that they stopped eating and drinking there. We ate outside in restaurants. And the prices there are also not ice now.
Mostly elderly people have a rest.
People, don't go there. It's really terrible.
The only advantage is geolocation, near the center.
Cleopatra beach was also disappointing this time, huge cobblestones, mostly people come in special shoes. A chaise longue and an umbrella are 10 dollars.
In short, we decided to save money. In the end, everything turned out the other way around and we also got harm to our health.
I would give the hotel 2 stars, not 4 stars.

A cool hotel with a big cockroach.
We have been vacationing at this hotel since August 23, 24. Immediately upon arrival at the hotel, we were shocked how such a hotel holds 4 stars. We were 3 years ago at the Cleopatra Melissa 3-star hotel, it was clean, the room was well maintained. And here everything is shabby, dirty, stained. The food is monotonous, I didn't want to go there at all on the 4th day. Everything is greasy and spicy. They put us in a terrible room, as I already wrote, the wallpaper is torn off somewhere, dirty, the bathroom is a nightmare, the bed smells damp. And most importantly, the air conditioner did not work, I asked for another room, they say that there are no available rooms, but then they gave it anyway, they came there, it was not cleaned at all after the previous vacationers, two separate beds, although they asked for 1 double bed. They took me to another room again, this one is certainly better, but not perfect. I'll attach a photo. In short, they exhausted all our nerves with this settlement. The mood was ruined. Towels and bed linen are all washed. Oh yes! the most interesting thing is, we come home in the evening, a huge cockroach with long mustaches is sitting on the wall, they tried to kill him, but he pulled away from us to run under the bed, a night of sleep was provided! In general, at 4 a.m. I saw him in the toilet, it was a war, we won!
In general, I would give this hotel only 2 stars. Of the advantages, I liked only the staff and the location of the hotel: near the sea, the city center. All shops are within walking distance.

We rested from June 21 to July 2, 2024.
I wanted to write a review the next day, as there was a slight shock after the 6th visit to the 4* city hotels in Alanya, but in order
1) the hotel's room stock is very different: we moved from room to room for 2 days, as it was initially simply unsuitable for living (a room of 10m2, a thin mattress with protruding springs, stained gray-yellow linen, broken doors on the balcony), after prolonged torment we were moved to another, but there was no a working hair dryer and, most importantly, an air conditioner! The Anex tour guide did not solve the problem in any way - they achieved everything themselves, as a result, they dismantled the air conditioner and completely installed new equipment, thanks only to the hotel staff, who still tries to preserve the image.
2) The food is good (if not compared with 5 cool ones), chicken, turkey, poultry offal, fish every other day (mackerel, trout), a lot of vegetables, enough fruits (nectarines, apples, apricots), watermelon was given twice in 10 days only. There are few desserts, there are no traditional ones.
The most important thing is that everything is fresh, without surprises!
3) The staff at the bar are simply the best that we have met in Turkey! And in general, the hotel staff liked it very much: no one begs for anything, they do not impose services, thank them for that!
I recommend the hotel, but the rooms are a surprise, of course! We understood that the best rooms in the building, where the elevator is next to the dining room, we had 115. Probably there will be a suite now, after changing the air conditioner and a new hair dryer
The sea, as always, was beautiful and clean enough, it is usually poorly cleaned. We went to 6 (the stove is not slippery there, the staff is good and the umbrellas are beautiful and big. 100 lire per item!

Let's explain why there are good and bad reviews here. Good reviews are left by people of retirement age or who are used to living in one-room Khrushchev houses in the province. The hotel is populated by grandfathers and grandmothers, just like in a nursing home. The food is as immediate as in the canteen when you are in the hospital, well, maybe a little better. You won't starve to death, of course, but you definitely won't experience pleasure. From meat, at best, chicken, side dish pasta or rice. Well, there are 10 types of vegetable salads, where the ingredients are simply changed and flies are crawling over them. The rooms are all old, like Grandma's in the village. There are 2 people who speak Russian. One of them is constantly and very obsessively trying to sell you spa treatments and does not hear refusals. The rest of the staff doesn't even speak English. But that's all the lyrics. One night, the electricity went out completely in our room. We went to bed late, had to get up at 7 a.m. sweating from the wild heat. I went to the reception, they are trying to tell me in broken English that I need to wait until 9 a.m. and then they will come up with something. No one was even going to apologize. The electricity went out only in our room. At 9 a.m., I was told in a calm voice that I had to wait until 12 o'clock and then we would be relocated. It is located next to the 4th Cleopatra beach, near the Damlatash cave, fortress, port and hangouts. The food is quite decent, you will not stay hungry)). The room stock is tired, but it is quite suitable for sleeping. I would like to note that the hotel staff is very good, everyone is polite, attentive, always help, prompt, cleaning every day. The disadvantage of the location is that the entrance to the sea is on slabs, so we swam for a couple of days on our 4th beach, and then began to walk to 1, 13, 14, 16. Wi-fi is free on site. There are no animations and night discos! Germans sit quietly around the pool at night, quietly market, sip beer and smoke. Wow! Silence, relaxation and it's almost in the center of Alanya! If someone likes this kind of vacation, then I definitely recommend it!
There are shoals too, but I didn't notice them, and I went swimming on the sea - the sea is just awesome! Cleopatra Beach is 300 meters away! There are few people, but in the morning there are almost none at all! We are currently staying at the hotel. The hotel justifies its 4* 100%. The staff is very friendly, they try to help in everything, do their job with a soul and a smile. The cleaning is of high quality, linen and towels are changed every other day. The food is very tasty, always fresh, the waiters bring drinks on demand. Turkish tea, coffee, and cold drinks are always available by the pool. The beach is 4 minutes away, unhurried, there is a stove at the entrance, but you can get used to it. A shopping street begins 50 meters away, a shopping paradise. Things are of high quality, the prices are shocking. In a good way, everything is very cheap. We recommend the hotel.

Total disappointment ((( 2 stars, no more. It's better to look for a good 4 than a bad 5, yeah, thanks (for the first time in Turkey, we'll know, of course. But this is such a terrible hotel that my inner aesthete cried every day. At first they settled in a very small room, there was nothing to breathe, the water did not leave the sink and it was not comfortable, of course they had another room only thanks to the guide, in the morning. The new room is better, but the interior is "babushkin", the shower stand had to be repaired by ourselves. In the end, my husband changed the light bulb in the toilet himself, because he couldn't wait for help. The water was turned off twice. And it's a nightmare. You come from the sea covered in salt and sand and just can't wash yourself and sit for an hour, waiting, and it's lunchtime. The food is like in cheap boarding houses for old people who are no longer needed. There weren't even sausages for breakfast. We got fish two times in 10 days and mashed chicken once. The rest of the food is so-so. Rice every day! Every day!!! In the end, I didn't want to go anymore. A strange all-inclusive schedule breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30, from 9:30 to 10 brunch (what the hell) lunch from 12:30 to 14:00. Well, seriously (dinner from 18:30 to 20:00. They didn't get poisoned, and thanks for that. In the evenings, I had to eat in restaurants and cafes. Employees are basically all sweethearts, but some impose their services and it infuriates. One of the advantages is the proximity to the sea and the center , I don't care that there are no Russian channels there, I don't watch TV, and I haven't turned it on once. I didn't swim in the pool either, it's cold and small. I went for a massage once for money, and not for a 15-minute free divorce. In principle, I liked it. Honestly, I didn't understand why they gave 200 k for 10 days for two.

I won't talk about the pros, the hotel is terrible, room 105 is dead, small. The three of us were put there. The doors have no sound insulation, the floor is stone without carpets, the sockets work through one. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner above the bed has to be turned off. Heat. The bathroom is small. There is a big problem with the furniture, there is not enough space for accommodation - a small wardrobe, two bedside tables and a table, nothing at all in the bathroom. Everything is on the surfaces, suitcases are in sight. This is a 2-star motel, no more. There is only chicken, eggs, potatoes and bread in the dining room, the rest is disgusting, even butter is a banal spread. Wine is disgusting. Beer is sometimes tolerable.
The pool is not bad, but there are not enough sun loungers, and swimming is prohibited after 20:00.
WiFi is free, but very slow, in the evening more than 120K does not rise.
The water in the hotel is only paid, all the rest is piped, even in the dispenser.
In the next room, a washing machine came from somewhere, the feeling that you are in the laundry room, MAYHEM!!! The administration doesn't care! I definitely do not recommend it!

I didn't even think it could be that bad. The food is extremely poor, there is practically no meat, there was fish once, there are no pastries for breakfast at all. You absolutely cannot go there with men, they will just stay hungry, I am not picky, but I have never seen such savings on everything.
The water flows barely, thick hair can not be washed, for all our complaints, nothing has been fixed.
The highlight was the stolen new hair spray. The owner came out to our appeal and said that he didn't care what we said, he trusted his employees. For the rest of the vacation, I had to hide everything more or less valuable.
Choose another hotel!

I really liked the hotel. The staff is polite, everyone is sincere and friendly. The atmosphere is literally homely. I came to visit my family. The director himself communicates with the guests, wondering if everything is okay. The food is delicious and for every taste. Everything is clean and comfortable. A lot of Russians are constantly drinking, but about 24 hours the staff politely escorts them to sleep, they are not allowed to yell songs. For me, this is a plus)) The food is not too varied, the fish is mackerel, too salty and tough, there was no dorado. Fruits - apples, pears, sour tangerines, sometimes a little grapes. There are no slippers in the room. Towels and sheets are grayish. In general, there is no chic, but everything you need is at a minimum. Not a 4-star hotel, in any way, good 3 stars.

We rest at the very end of the season. The hotel will close for the winter on November 10. Very nice family atmosphere, the staff is friendly. Two small six-storey buildings, administrative offices and a dining room on the ground floors, a hammam and massage in the basement. Massage is recommended. Russian-speaking administrator Alishan, a massage therapist with golden hands Saadi and a beautiful massage therapist Sevka. There is a small swimming pool on site. Yes, the whole territory is tiny, but the main advantage of the hotel is not the territory, but the location. We were satisfied with the food. Fruits were in abundance, I didn't even want to go to the bazaar.
