A wonderful cute sculpture in the form of an anchor dedicated to Dvina. The plaque has lyrical words praising the river.
For Verkhnedvinsk, the Dvina plays a big role. On the one hand, it feeds, on the other, it can destroy with its floods.
It's great that such locations are being created.
