Friends, if you really want to experience Turkish meze, rakı, and seafood culture, this place is exactly what you're looking for.
First of all, a very warm and friendly chef personally serves you, explaining how the dishes are made, their ingredients, and their stories. And I guarantee that all the mezes are absolutely delicious.
Besides that, you can also find Turkish rakı here. If you enjoy it, one of the best brands is available.
Additionally, the fish is extremely fresh and incredibly tasty. When you visit, don’t forget to order a starter to share. For example, we had shrimp casserole, and it was both fresh and delicious. They make their own bread and it is so delicious. We ordered extra. And at the end of your meal a warm Turkish tea is a must.
In terms of price, if we had eaten the same meal in Turkey, we would probably have paid at least twice as much. For a place like Almaty, the prices are quite average.
If you’re craving fish, meze, or seafood, I highly recommend this place. It fully deserves a top rating in its category.
Today we had a family dinner at the Realfish restaurant in Almaty. A cozy, quiet place with Turkish cuisine. The menu mainly includes fish and seafood dishes. The food is delicious, almost homemade. All products and fish are fresh. There are not many seats inside, 5-6 tables. There is a small flight attendant, but because of the rain it did not work. Orders are accepted by the owner himself. The service is fast and good. There is no alcohol, but homemade lemonade and Turkish tea are very tasty. I especially liked the set of 5 types of fish and the shrimp set. The crispy eggplant also tasted great. The price tag for a seafood restaurant is very affordable. There is no separate parking, but it was not a problem to find a place for a car on the adjacent street. I recommend it for a quiet family evening or a date for two. The owner of Ozgur is a very pleasant and welcoming person. In honor of his birthday, he gave us a special 10% discount.
We were invited by friends to have dinner at this place. And we did not lose. Serving lentil soup, followed by a warm salad, everything was fresh and delicious, and most importantly, it was appetizing. We will definitely come again
Everything is wonderful! The staff is friendly, the fish is delicious, the atmosphere is homely and cozy. But!there is one thing, but the entrance is like a storeroom with all the junk.
Polite staff and attentive receptionist. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The prices are affordable. I liked two dishes very much, because of which I wanted to go to Istanbul, these are balik ekmek (fish kebab) and kelepatcha (lamb head soup). It turns out that you can also taste a piece of exquisite Turkish cuisine here in Almaty.
The Turkish breakfast came in parts and eventually not in full. The waiters were waiting for a long time, no comfort and taste. I don't think I'll go there for breakfast anymore. Improve your service, otherwise you will be left without customers
The prices are too high, the steak is 3 out of 10, only the sauce saved, the salad seemed to be collected from the remains of other salads, the fries were asked for some fried spicy potato chips for the children. I don't recommend it.
