One of the best located residential complex in town.
Mega shopping center, a bazaar next to it every Saturday and Sunday, Alot of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, public transport, shopping center and more are only few minutes walk away.
Good location and quiet environment. One of the best place to rent house in town.
Fast service, tasty food, reasonable price, kind and caring stuff. Especially at night the street where this restaurant is quiet. So I recommend you to get there afternoon or Sundays. Not very crowded. Restaurant and it's toilets are clean.
Unfortunately when I was there a drunk man disturbed some of the guests and restaurant manager, stuff were unable to keep him away. That was not an enjoyable thing for me.
It has a sitting area at the front of the restaurant, sitting area, chairs and tables are comfortably enough. However it is unfortunately not allowed to smoke there. The smokers has to go near the smoking area.
To sum up, I can recommend this place for a nice, not expensive and tasty lunch or dinner.
We got pizza, it was not good. And it came in 25 minutes. Prices are regular, not so cheap or not so high.
You can smoke water pipe here. But it makes inside of the restaurant a little foggy. If you do not like tobacco products this is not a good place for you.
However they have smoking area outside where you can smoke and dine. Their drinks are good and service is ok too.
The biggest, most monumental mosque and Mausoleum af all in Ouzbékistan.
However it is not well preserved. But definately another must see place in the country.
The Bibi-Khanym Mosque (Uzbek: Bibixonim masjidi; Persian: مسجد بی بی خانم; also variously spelled as Khanum, Khanom, Hanum, Hanim) is one of the most important monuments of Samarkand, Uzbekistan. In the 15th century, it was one of the largest and most magnificent mosques in the Islamic world. It is considered a masterpiece of the Timurid Renaissance. By the mid-20th century, only a grandiose ruin of it still survived, but major parts of the mosque were restored during the Soviet period.
The 3rd and last monument in Regestan area. It is different in many ways. Inside is magical. There are sales shops inside that sales artifacts. Definately do not miss this place.
Together with the Ulugh Beg and Tilya Kori madrassas, it forms the monumental ensemble of Registan, the ancient heart of the city. The building is considered one of the main tourist attractions in Samarkand and is known for its profuse tile decoration and polychrome plant-themed paintings.
Another magical place. A masterpiece of Turkisthan's Turkic art and culture.
It is the youngest monument in the monumental ensemble of Registan, which is formed by the Ulug Begue and Sher-Dor and Tilyakori madrasas. It was built between 1646 and 1660, ten years after the construction of the Sher-Dor Madrasa. The madrasa was not only used for the education of students but was also one of the most important mosques for a long time.
Here is a short info about it. It is magical and the most well organized one.
The Ulugh Beg Madrasa (Uzbek: Ulugʻbek madrasasi) is a madrasa (Islamic school) in the historic center of Samarkand, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Uzbekistan.[1] Together with other monuments, it forms the monumental ensemble of Registan, the old heart of the city.[2] It was built between 1417 and 1421 by the then-Timurid governor of Samarkand, Ulugh Beg, Timur's grandson and prominent astronomer, who was later emperor between 1447 and 1449.
It definately a must see monument.
I won't explain these three masterpieces called:
Ulug Beg Mmadrasa
Sherdor Madrasa
Tilla Qori Medrasa
One by one. But this square is home to one of the mightiest monument's in the world.
Like in giza where famous pyramids are, you feel yourself tiny pice of the universe.
All these monument's are must visit attraction and some of the most famous ones in the world.
There are visual light shows at nights when the sun sets do not miss it.
Very nice ang green area that is good to chill at the hot summer nights.
Next to it the registan square where three masterpiece of Madrasah meet eachother.
I was expecting something better but it definately tastes little better than that chain restaurant's Big Mac Burger.
It was such a disappointment. With this price and that tastw I would definately chose some other place to eat my burger.
Plus the burger was smaller than I expected. They bring less fries than regular plate in many places. Definately not a price performance burger shop.
Prices are normal, service is fast. Burger bread is ok, atmosphere is fine, they have an English menu.
Not planning to get back here again while there are better options in the town.
