We regularly contact Shapovalova's ultrasound specialist at this clinic. The ultrasound technician is excellent, does everything and explains it perfectly. But the woman who sits at the reception is just a nightmare! She can't communicate politely, write windows, write down. All information needs to be extracted, as if doing a favor! This is the first time in Astana that I have encountered such rudeness at the reception. This time I'm going to complain to both the management and the Consumer Protection Society because she started lying on the phone that the doctor wasn't working! And then, when I wrote it down, because the doctor, of course, is on the spot. She said that if we don't like the clinic, we don't have to apply. I explain to her that I'm not going to her, but to Shapovalova's good ultrasound specialist! But she doesn't get it, as she goes along. The person behaves as if they had come to her house uninvited. Apparently, a relative of the clinic's owners. He runs around the shops during working hours, and says into the phone that I'll be right back from the store and I'll write))) He's lying on the phone. I don't say anything about "please" and "thank you" at all, a woman doesn't know such words.
