A chic Thai hotel of the French Pullman hotel chain. Fully justifies its 5 stars. We liked everything! Starting from the location, reception, rooms, meals and ending with the well-maintained territory of the hotel, the beach, proximity to the sea, etc.
If it were possible to give 100 stars, I would. For 4 trips to Thailand in 4 years, this is the best hotel!
I would like to point out that Georgy, a Russian-speaking employee, works at the reception! Special thanks to him for his help and support! All requests and questions were resolved instantly. He explained everything in detail, showed me, prompted me.
In general, I want to point out that there was no typical Thai slowness here. All employees worked quickly and accurately.
Daily room cleaning, and very clean. The rooms have a TV, tea station with all accessories, towels, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers. New bedding sets. Beautiful view from the balcony.
The hotel has a very beautiful landscaped area with beautiful landscaping, a pond with fish and water lilies. There are several pools, and some rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool.
The breakfast buffet is very varied. All the dishes are fresh and delicious. You can also take all inclusive, i.e. include both lunch and dinner. And you can also eat at the a la carte restaurant on the beach.
Beach towels are freely available, and kayaks are available. There are plenty of beach chairs. The warm Indian Ocean. You can walk along the coast to the right and left. Very tasty cafe 200m from the hotel to the right. A free shuttle service takes you from 4.30 pm to 7/11 and a mini market. There is a shuttle service for 150 baht to the big market.
I was also impressed by the fact that the manager walked around the territory every day and asked the vacationers if they were satisfied with everything, if they liked everything.

A good Asian "five", part of the French hotel chain. Beautiful well-maintained territory, cozy rooms, a good restaurant with a variety of food. I only took breakfast. There are several types of eggs to choose from, local dumplings with chicken or shrimp, delicious porridges, Asian dishes with chicken, a variety of pastries, stations with freshly squeezed juices and coffee. There are rooms in high buildings and villas with access to the pool. Room cleaning every day with towel change. Comfortable beach bags in each room. The linen was changed once a week. There is a private beach, but it is fenced with a palisade of logs. There are beautiful deserted beaches to the right and left of it. The hotel is for a relaxing stay, there is no animation, the pool closes at 21:00 and the hotel is dying out. Fans of parties are clearly not here. The hotel is located on the outskirts, the latest along the coastline, followed only by a fishing village. The staff is friendly, the communication is in English, they do not know Russian. Bicycles can be rented on site. There is a taxi stand and bike rental near the hotel. And what is important is that there is an ATM where you can withdraw cash. Very convenient. The deposit at the entrance is 10,000 baht. It can be used for dinners and excursions. Dinner at the hotel is quite expensive, it is better to look for restaurants outside the territory. Overall, it's a great hotel and there aren't too many people!

Nice territory, lots of entertainment for children, there is a separate entertainment center for children with babysitters. Large pools, but cool, the sea is warmer. The hotel room was stupid, we had a double room on the 1st floor by the pool. There is only one bathroom with a bathtub, the entrance is strangely designed, there is a normal door on one side, and the entrance of the other room is from a glass door that does not reach the ceiling. That is, drying your hair if someone is sleeping in the next room is not an option. I was extremely unhappy with such a bathroom, because for me it is sacred.
Well, in general, the hotel is family-run, there is not much to do there if you do not have children.
Live music every day is one of the advantages.
There is a large selection of buffets, but every day everything was prepared differently. If you liked something today, the same dish might be tasteless another day.
The hotel's restaurant on the beach is not bad.

I really liked the hotel. Chamber recreation, there is entertainment for children, a good kids club, several beautiful pools. A picturesque beach. In terms of price / quality ratio, the class. In general, it is focused on relaxation, a DJ played in the restaurant by the sea in the evenings, there are several local cafes nearby, prices are decently higher than in Phuket.

The place in Khao lak is a bit boring, of course, the infrastructure is not developed near the hotel, but the hotel takes you to the seven eleven store. Review of the Pullman Hotel in Thailand:
I recently visited the Pullman Hotel, which was a real discovery for me. This is the perfect "five" on the French network, and it really lives up to its stars.
First, about the territory: She's just gorgeous! Manicured gardens, beautiful landscapes and cozy corners for relaxation create an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. We were also pleased with the rooms — they are spacious and comfortable. I stopped for breakfast, and the selection was impressive, from a variety of eggs to local dumplings with chicken or shrimp. The hotel offers various accommodation options: rooms in high buildings and villas with access to the pool. The rooms were cleaned every day with a change of towels, which is very pleasant. The rooms had comfortable beach bags, which is a small but pleasant bonus. The linen was changed once a week, which, in my opinion, is quite acceptable.
The hotel has a beach, although it is fenced with a palisade of logs. But this does not prevent you from enjoying the beautiful deserted beaches on both sides of it. The hotel is ideal for relaxing holidays — there is no animation, the pool closes at 21:00, and after that the territory becomes quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to hang out in the evening, this is not the option.
The location of the hotel is a bit remote — it is located at the very end of the coastline, with only a fishing village behind it. This creates an atmosphere of privacy, but it is worth considering that you will have to travel a little for walks and activities. The staff is very friendly, communication is in English, Russian is not supported.
Bicycles can be rented on site, and a taxi stand and bike rental are located next to the hotel. It is very convenient that there is an ATM for withdrawing cash — this greatly simplifies life.
The deposit at the entrance is 10,000 baht, which can be used to pay for dinners and excursions. By the way, dinner at the hotel is quite expensive, so I recommend looking for restaurants outside the hotel — there you can find more affordable options.

Great hotel. We had a rest in February. Cleaning every day in the room, plus a change of linen. Unlike Phuket, the beaches are long and wide, and you can take beautiful photos and take a walk. They take you to Seven Elevator for free in the evening, and there is also transportation to Khao Lak, but for a fee. There's not much to walk around, it's a wilderness around the hotel, if you just leave. I definitely recommend the hotel.

We are currently staying at this hotel. A wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. (although if you listen to the guests, it's terrible.) but as they say, the taste and color.... Good breakfasts, yes, monotonous, but the choice is large, there are always fruits and freshly squeezed juices. We read in the reviews that food is not replenished, dirty plates are not encountered, everything is replenished, there are always places in the restaurant. On the beach just to the right, massages are 400-500 Bt/hour. A cafe, a little further away at the Tsunami memorial there is a fruit tent. To the left, when leaving the hotel, 5-7 minutes on foot there are two cafes, one with live music. There's also an exchanger.
The hotel provides a shuttle service to the market, the market and the Khao Lak center.
Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 1000Bt / day, it is possible in dollars. They didn't charge us at all.
The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed.
The staff is very friendly and courteous.
The only negative is that we saw a snake on the beach in the lounge area. At the reception, we were really told that the wood is not dangerous, but still…

Good afternoon! I want to leave a review about my stay at the Pullman Hotel.
We had a rest from 22.02 to 04.03.
We were just absolutely delighted with the hotel. Everything went exactly as we wanted.
The territory of the hotel is small, but very cozy, clean, lots of greenery.
Beach and sea
The beach is wide and long. It was possible to go far in either direction. The water in the sea was clean all this time, there were no jellyfish or debris. Plankton swam for several days and it wasn't cold at all. Occasionally, leaves or branches floated, but this is not critical at all. Half of the rest had small waves, in general it was possible to swim. The rest of the time was completely calm.
There are a lot of sun beds with umbrellas, in general, there have always been enough of them.
If you go to the right, there will be a couple of very decent local massages. I did a massage 5 times. The swelling went away very well from it. I recommend. And then there will be a nice restaurant and a park dedicated to the tsunami.
If you go left, you'll have to walk 20 minutes to the Marriott Hotel. There are restaurants and massage parlors nearby too. If you go through the entire Marriott, there will be a store and a good exchanger at the exit. There was rarely a person sitting next to the Pullman in the exchanger.
Rooms
The room, I think, was just wonderful: spacious, clean, modern, with a good new renovation. Every day they cleaned and brought bottles of water (in glass). The balcony overlooked a garden with a swimming pool.
Restaurant
We had a breakfast + lunch system.
The food is very diverse. There was always a large selection of fruits, fresh vegetables, meat, and ice cream for lunch. Sometimes they had crab and other seafood for lunch. There was a lot of Indian cuisine. We were without children, but there were many of them in the hotel, of different ages, so we could find something to eat for the children.
There was live music during dinner (which is probably why it cost more than lunch).

For 150 baht per one-way trip, you can drive to the center of Khao Lak.
Bicycles and kayaks can be rented for free.
It is not very profitable to eat and drink in the hotel restaurant on the shore. If you're saving money, it's easier to go right along the beach and walk to the nearest tent (near the massage parlors). Beer and coconut are decently cheaper there. The Blue sky restaurant has good cocktails and food.
In general, it turned out to be a real dream vacation, as the beaches were completely empty (the nearest Marriott hotel is a 20-minute walk along the beach). You could easily go to the left and be completely alone. Moreover, at the same time, it was said that it was difficult to find an empty place on the popular beaches of Phuket.

I really liked this hotel.
The only disadvantage is that it's far from Phuket, and therefore the cost of a taxi, because the area is not very developed yet. but it's 100% worth it, and to some extent it's even a plus that there are very few people!
A 5* hotel, there was never any doubt. The service is top-notch. All requests and wishes were fulfilled in 5 minutes (I'm not exaggerating). Sun beds on the beach, room cleaning, additional services - just say the word.
The room has a huge bed and a 3-meter blanket)) very convenient light functions and air conditioning system. The ceilings are high and the room itself is very spacious.
The beach is right on the territory of the hotel, absolutely deserted. Clean. It's a pure thrill!
The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Tasty. If you wish, you can try different things every day.
The Cram restaurant on the beach was just as pleasing throughout the rest. Fast and friendly service, insanely delicious food! If you arrive at the hotel only for breakfast, then you can refresh yourself in the afternoon or evening!
You can also take a transfer to Kaolak and to the store if necessary.
I recommend you to visit.

A very good and decent hotel for families with and without children! It is beautiful, cozy, the rooms are very nice, clean, the beach is gorgeous, the pool is excellent, the staff is responsive, I want to return, but there is one big minus (for me) there is no Russian-speaking staff, and some do not really understand English at all, and the minus is small, it is expensive on the territory of the hotel and this is certainly not a problem when you examine everything outside the hotel)))! Great hotel! Quiet, secluded, away from crowded places.The staff is very polite, friendly and generally pleasant.If you know English, then you can communicate with them perfectly.The entertainment in the hotel is not very good, but this is the specifics of Asia, these are not party Turkish hotels.The kids' club is good, there is a children's pool with a mini slide and various watering cans.The food is delicious, the drinks are of high quality. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, cleanliness is monitored. It's nice to be here. The territory itself is not large, stretched out between the buildings, there is also a main pool. There is a beautiful shallow pool on the beach, a lot of people gather there before sunset, very beautiful views. But mostly there are children splashing around in it.
There is a massage parlor on site (husband and son gave 1,700 baht for half an hour of general massage). An hour for two is 2400, the child is 9 years old. Of course, prices are lower in the city, but the atmosphere here is much nicer and much cleaner.
There is also a children's club with a console.
I haven't noticed any particular animation in four days, neither for children nor for adults.
In general, it is very quiet, no loud music, as in Turkish hotels.
No one occupies the sun beds, there are enough of them at any time.
Coast. Not the most successful, to be honest. On the beach, logs stick out in the sand, apparently so as not to wash away the shore. But they spoil the view. In the morning, the tide is high, the shore is quite deep. But those who swim well and confidently are fine. After lunch, the tide is out. The water goes away and a lot of leaves, mud and stems appear. The same garbage floats in the water near the shore. It's not pleasant to come in. The beach itself is also not very beautiful because of the garbage. We were on Khao Lak earlier and there was no such thing, well, apparently, we were just unlucky this time.
There is also nowhere to go for a walk along the shore. Packs of stray dogs are running around.
Fitness. The hall is not bad, it is not very well equipped, but you can find equipment in principle.
I came to class on schedule, but no one from the staff showed up, we waited 25 minutes. Then a girl came, smiled, apologized, called someone, but to no avail. I was pissed off by this situation, honestly.
What's beyond the territory. If you walk 300 meters to the right along the beach, there will be cafes and bars-fruit carts, smoothies, etc. We tried to eat there once, but we didn't like it. But the fruits and juices are on fire.
On the street, walk 300 meters to the left again, there will be two Cafes. We had dinner in one yesterday, it was delicious. Relatively clean. There is nothing else. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the 7/11 store. You can take a tuk-tuk to the left of the hotel, to the center of Khao lak 1200 baht in both directions, but this is the standard price. It's the same in the city itself, because the hotel is on the outskirts. It takes about 45 minutes to drive.
Food. It is more convenient to take breakfast and dinner, especially with children. If there is one on site every time, it will be more expensive. And you will quickly get tired of walking outside the territory twice a day.

At the moment, we are currently staying at this hotel. And to be honest, I'm not coming back here anymore.
It all started from the first day of reception-so rude and unfriendly staff met us, the hotel was told that the honeymoon was asked to decorate the room, but again there is nothing.
2. The breakfasts are just terrible!!! There is nothing! This is the first time a buffet with such a small selection, the food is all spices and smells, there are only 2-3 types of fruits. If you come later for breakfast, eat what's left-and that's nothing. Lunch and dinner are the same as at breakfast, no updates and no choice at all.
3. The rooms are cleaned when you ask in person, the rest of the time there is no cleaning -but when you leave a piece of paper in the room, like they were but could not enter-but did not even try to enter. But even when you ask and tip, Cleaning for two , shampoos and balms do not replenish, the bed is not changed, the surfaces are not wiped, there are no BATHROOM ACCESSORIES in the room, no Slippers! You even have to beg for a toothbrush.
4. The food in the Alaskan restaurant is not delicious.
5. The location is far away, there are no shops and cafes nearby, you need to travel with a paid shuttle bus!
6. The staff does not respond to your requests in any way and does not hold on to the client!

Unfortunately, the level of service expected from a five-star hotel is clearly not true here. The first thing that catches your eye is the carelessness in cleaning the rooms. Surprisingly, it seems that changing two towels out of the six suggested is the height of the staff's concern. Moreover, the trash cans remain overflowing, and it seems that no one even bothers to look into them, leaving an unpleasant smell and the appearance of sloppiness.
This is perplexing, because a hotel that positions itself as a high-level service segment must pay attention to the smallest details on which comfort and overall impression are built. It's implausible that positive reviews might be the only ones that don't mention such serious flaws. The authors of these praises probably did not encounter the real quality of service. The disappointment of expectations and reality is becoming more and more obvious, and, alas, dreams of luxury are turning into bitter disappointment.
It's not worth the money, it's easier to rent an apartment or villa near the sea for that kind of money. Relaxing in such conditions is only disappointing. The deck chairs are all occupied, and those that are free are often not in the best condition. Tired and exhausted from the hustle and bustle, I'm trying to find a cozy place where I can spend time comfortably, but the lack of available seats forces me to reconsider all plans.
This place promised a great vacation, but instead it brings only disappointment and regret for lost time. Perhaps it would be better to consider other options where understanding customer needs is highly appreciated. After all, a vacation is not only about a beautiful view, but also about quality service, creating an atmosphere where you want to stay and come back again and again.
The hotel, which was supposed to be an oasis of comfort and joy, turned out to be a real disappointment. When I checked in, I came across dirty floors and dirty glass on the balcony — as if no one cared about cleanliness and comfort. I was especially disappointed that, in addition to the lack of proper service, no one bothered to wish me a happy birthday. It felt like the hotel didn't care who walked through its doors at all.
The bungalow by the beach also left much to be desired: garbage was everywhere, and no one took any measures to clean it up. The terrible attitude to work has confirmed all my worst expectations — it's not just incompetence, but complete disregard for the guests. My vacation turned out to be ruined, as I expected at least a minimum level of service that meets the stated standards. A huge disappointment — that's how my experience at this hotel can be described.

In general, it is good, the main disadvantage is the remoteness from civilization, 120 km from Phuket, from the hangout on Khao lak 30. Everything is fine on the territory of the hotel, there is a children's water slide, a children's water town, a children's club. The road from the main road to the hotel goes through the local slums, which is a clear dissonance for the five. We took accommodation and breakfasts. Probably the best hotel nearby. The pool is gorgeous, with a bar. There is a children's room, which even has an Xbox. There is an aqua slide. Not far from the hotel, if you go to the right, there are several cafes where you can drink alcoholic cocktails, coconut milk, buy fresh mango. There is also a cafe there, but I did not go there, I will not say about the quality of the cuisine. If you go deep past the Buddha statue, you can see the memorial alley dedicated to those who died from the tsunami in 2004, Khao Lak beach was completely destroyed, then there are fishermen's boats. Sometimes something biting floats in the water, similar to a large transparent rice, when it comes into contact with the skin it burns like from a jellyfish, they say it's salps, someone says plankton, someone that it's small jellyfish.

It turns out that the travel companies themselves sell this information to us in advertising booklets? The hotel, in my opinion, is a solid four. Although they bought the "five". Well, yes, in general, everything is fine. Location in a remote location from Phut, sandy beach, free, places in bulk. Russian russians are plentiful, but the staff does not speak Russian. The rooms are large, the cleaning is good. For those who need a quiet relaxing holiday, this is suitable. Of the disadvantages, from my point of view, the following should be noted: the territory is well maintained, but very small. There is one buffet restaurant and another bar by the beach. It is not enough for such a large number of tourists. There are problems with the products at breakfast, you have to wait for more to be brought. There are only a few village cafes in the area, the food is good, but simple and without frills. Once a day there is a free shuttle service to the nearest magizines and market. The hotel guide from Anextur held a meeting on the first day, sold his excursions, very carefully informing about the terms of the excursions, only the part that is profitable for sale. We haven't seen him since, communicating via messenger. There is no shop with beach trivia in the hotel. But otherwise everything is fine: weather, sea, nature.

I recommend it exclusively for families with small children. The main disadvantage is boredom. No entertainment in the evening after dinner. The hotel dies after 21:00, and there is nowhere to go outside the hotel.
Otherwise, it's passable, the food is generally delicious, but I'm tired of the monotony on the 4th day.
Another disadvantage is that there are very few sunbeds by the sea, and the sunbeds are not on the sand, but on the grass.
We were at Khao Lak in other hotels, there were no such problems, I will not return to this one anymore.

A gorgeous place, a wonderful hotel, varied food, spacious rooms, cleaning every day. Lots of seafood and fruits. A quiet, family-run hotel with a small children's slide, a clean deserted beach. One minus, for someone maybe a plus, far from the center of Khao Lak.

I didn't like the room
A completely uncomfortable room. The bathroom is just behind the curtain, not a separate room. The toilet is behind the glass door. The room is not small, but there is nowhere to put things. There are not even full-fledged bedside tables. Let's go, only one of the two rooms is ready. And there are stains and hair everywhere on the floor. From fruits - apples, bananas, tangerines. A watermelon that is constantly running out. Pineapple is extremely rare and ends instantly. Often, during breakfast or dinner, something ends. How is the issue being resolved? The plate with the name of the dish is simply removed, although it is still far from the end of breakfast or dinner. The staff is very slow. There are much fewer sunbeds than there are guests in the hotel. I'm not coming here a second time. And I will not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is very nice, but there are a few disadvantages:
Minuses:
- Restaurant without air conditioning. When the air temperature in the shade is +36, it is simply impossible to have lunch or dinner, IT is VERY hot. Having lunch and sweating is just terribly unpleasant. We had to have lunch in the room to somehow escape from the heat.
- There is no latch in the toilet room to close the door behind you.
- There are almost no shelves and drawers for clothes in the room. All the clothes were in the suitcase
- The food in the restaurant is quite poor.
- The beach bar opens at 12 a.m. Who needs him there at 12 in the morning, when at this time many people go to their room to wait out the heat?
- The pool bar is a disaster. I've never been able to order anything there. The queue is longer than 20 minutes any day.In fact, I have never been able to buy a drink there during my entire vacation. It's just impossible to wait!
- There is no WiFi on the beach in its far sections.
In general, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Although at first the disadvantages that I wrote about were very annoying.

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday away from the rest.there is a village a kilometer away, as well as several kilometers of empty beach in each direction from the hotel. We were visiting friends at this hotel. The territory is very large and beautiful. The interior of the building itself is in a modern urban style. The hotel is located on the shores of the Indian Ocean, with a private beach, white and soft as flour sand. There are also swimming pools for adults and children.
