Still an excellent experience.
Everything was great, as always.
The hotel continues to maintain its high standard.
You come here as good friends, and you see the same familiar faces with sincere and friendly smiles. All wishes and requests are fulfilled quickly and clearly (special thanks to the reception staff).
The rooms of all categories are quite large and comfortable, everything is in good condition, perfect cleaning.
Excellent spa center and massages.
Breakfast still surprises with its variety, the products are very high quality and for every taste.
Great cocktails at the bar.
Cigar lovers are not forgotten, there is even a cigar room.

A very decent hotel. Of course, with its own flavor. But the rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is the very center. The rooms have everything from an ironing board to scales. I don't even write about ordinary things, I have everything. The pool is clean and there are few visitors. The breakfasts are impressive, we thought either to eat here or in a coffee shop in the city, decided to stay and did not regret it. A large selection of everything: porridges, pancakes, cheesecakes, several types of fish, hot, sliced, cheeses, desserts. And everything is very tasty. There was also caviar and champagne.

Cozy, clean. Convenient location. Quietly. The staff is friendly. The room is large. Tea, coffee, water. Mini bar . The bathroom has everything you need (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shaving kit, cosmetic kit). Bathrobes and slippers. Ironing board and iron. The mattress is comfortable. The linen is pastel and crisp. Comfortable pillows. The parking lot is large. There are shops in the hotel. Including a truss Communal apartment, without extra charge, the choice is good.We decided for ourselves that we will now stay at this hotel!

The name of the hotel sets the highest standard. And in general, the level is consistent. I gave it 5 stars, although it's actually 4+. Clean, spacious, very polite, calm, quiet, without fuss. For early check-in, they did not ask for a surcharge. Spacious halls, corridors, rooms, the room is fully equipped, everything is there, including a minibar, but for a fee.
Now about what needs to be worked on:
1. The elevator doors are covered with a film with the name of the hotel and the logo, on one of the elevators the film is scratched and already torn.
2. In the bathroom, the countertop is made of natural stone, requires polishing or deep cleaning from limestone. Everything is blurred.
3. The tripod for the shower watering can and its brackets are kept on their word of honor. The tube flies out of the brackets along with the watering can. This is not acceptable.
4. Shoe spoons can't stand even once, plastic is cheap. It seems that there are spoons, but in fact they are useless.
The location of the hotel is much better than you can imagine, in the very center, everything is within walking distance.
I hope the shortcomings and comments will be corrected! In general, I recommend it to everyone.

We recently stayed at the President Hotel in Minsk for one night and were very satisfied. Comfort at the highest level! The mattress in the room was just wonderful, the sound insulation was beyond praise, we had a good rest and slept well. The room itself is spacious, with a thoughtful interior, cozy, clean.
Breakfast at the hotel is a separate pleasure, fully corresponding to the five-star level. The variety of dishes and their quality.
I would also like to mention the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There were few people in the morning, we swam and had a good rest. The sauna complex is open on weekends from 11 or 12, we did not have time to get there, we had to start in the evening.
The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, makes a positive impression.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient: right opposite there are two theaters - a theater and a puppet theater, which will be especially interesting for fans of cultural leisure. We went to the theater, it was very convenient.
The train station can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes.
In general, the President Hotel in Minsk left only positive impressions. We recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort and convenient location

The hotel is good!!! Spacious room and bathroom (good quality cosmetics), comfortable beds (there is no pillow menu in the room, but after contacting the reception you will be offered pillows for every taste, after 5 minutes the maid has already brought them to us). The breakfast was varied, with a wide range of meat and fish dishes, porridges, soups, eggs in all their possible forms), especially pancakes (very thin!!!) with cottage cheese. I was pleasantly surprised by the cook's concern: I look at the jams with a wandering eye, the cook comes up and asks what I would like from what is not presented at the station, I answer - apricot jam, the answer is now!!! And after a couple of minutes, I was already enjoying pancakes with apricot jam.🤷♀️😄 You can also ask them to cook something for you personally in the kitchen. There was also no visual information about fresh fruits, but the golden rule "ask and you'll be happy!" worked in this case. It seemed a little strange to have several types of sausages + bacon, and pancakes with cottage cheese + fritters + cheesecakes in the same dish (at the hot station). In general, it didn't bother me at all, it was just strange). I definitely recommend the hotel, the large room with good sound insulation and the staff who are responsive to any of your wishes will make your stay wonderful!!!

Nice hotel. We visited the New Year holidays. Surprisingly, there weren't many guests. The room was on the third floor and at first glance seemed gorgeous: large windows, a nice bed with a comfortable mattress, a large bathroom with all the necessary accessories from a dental kit to a shaving kit. But the room turned out to be cold (it was 19 degrees Celsius. They immediately closed all the windows with curtains and informed the reception. The technician came and said that this was the norm on this floor and they gave him a heater. We were satisfied with this, but in my opinion it is not very acceptable for a 5-star hotel. There were also some stained furniture.
Another disadvantage is that the hotel has few parking spaces. There were about 15 cars and almost always everything was occupied. We were lucky that during the holidays all parking is free and we were able to park the car near the hotel.
Plus, I can mention the beautiful reception area and the bar, which has delicious cocktails, desserts, tea, beer.
The hotel has its own restaurant. They offered to take breakfast, but in my opinion 2 thousand per person is too much.
Overall, I got a positive impression. Maybe we'll come again.

Great hotel, convenient location, huge room and bathroom with two sinks. There is a swimming pool and a spa center. The doorman helps with things and doors at the entrance to the hotel. A variety of breakfasts with an excellent choice: fish, caviar, meat products…
Of the cons: the glass curtains in the bathroom reach only to the middle and there is a wide gap, after the shower there is a puddle on the floor. Not all light switches work. Because of the carpet on the floor, there is a musty smell in the room.

It was my first visit to this hotel, and I was absolutely delighted! Convenient location — only 15 minutes by car to the train station. The room was clean and cozy, and the water was constantly replenished, which was very pleasant. 💧

Nice furniture and bathroom. The room has everything you need. Even an iron and ironing board in the closet)
The staff is polite and friendly.
The only nuance that turned out at check-in was the non-working pool. They offered a kind of mini VIP pool. But it is quite difficult to enroll there. Only two time windows were offered, which did not suit us.
It seems to me that information about a non-working pool should be available on booking sites so that people will not be upset by this upon arrival.
But everything else is at a high level.

This is a place that you want to return to! The hotel is located in the center of Minsk. You can stroll through the streets of the city, visit the sights and have a delicious meal in Cornflowers. The metro station is very close. So the hotel has its own Parking lot and already at the entrance, friendly security will find a place for your car. Next, the doorman, (unfortunately I do not know the name) He is a mega friendly man, very sincere. The reception quickly settled in, taking into account the wishes of the view from the room. The room is simply gorgeous! There is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay! Breakfast in the morning is simply divine - there is everything not only for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner. You can 't even eat that much . At any time during the day, you can eat a la carte in the restaurant. There are a lot of sweets in the lobby bar. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a kommunarka factory shop, souvenirs, currency exchange - all this is very convenient. Well, the pool in the hotel is superbly simple. Clean, big, the changing rooms are clean, the showers are clean, it's nice to be there. Definitely worth staying in such a hotel.

This is our fourth time staying at this hotel. Everything is just great. Very friendly staff. They say that the theater begins with a hanger... and in this hotel the doorman Stepan greets kindly... the man does his job well...

A classic hotel without unnecessary frills and pathos. Clean, cozy rooms, well equipped. There is a Smart TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle. Free tea, instant coffee and water. Free Wi-Fi. There is a guest parking (there is a good sink on it). A good restaurant with dishes of Slavic and European cuisine. As a cigar smoker, I really like the smoking room and the outdoor smoking areas. The room price includes free use of the swimming pool (25m) and three types of baths: Finnish, Turkish and hammam. And all this is in the very center of Minsk and for the cost of renting an apartment 2-3 metro stops from the center. There are many restaurants and cafes of different cuisines in the immediate vicinity: Belarusian, European, Mediterranean, Lebanese and others.

The room rate includes free use of the swimming pool and three types of baths. WI-FI works well. The breakfasts are gorgeous, with a very rich assortment of dishes. You can have lunch and dinner, the kitchen is great! Water in the room can be additionally taken from breakfast, although the maids put enough bottles. You walk in and out of the hotel on the red carpet like Hollywood stars! The breakfast is varied, but either there are not enough waiters, or they do not cope with their duties. If you come by 7:00, everything is there and the tables are clean and free. But if you come by 10:00, you can not sit down, either there are no seats, or the tables have not been cleared and there may be 5 pieces at once. There are many channels on TV, both for children and for parents, between tourist runs around the city you can relax and watch a movie. I was struck by the area around the hotel, the area is designed so that the residential and living part of the city does not come into contact with it, so there is a peaceful silence, which is not a little important for different time zones for guests of the city. A good spa area, but since you can visit the local, there is not enough space in the pool for everyone.

Among the disadvantages: a long check-in time - 10 minutes per person, on a huge bed there are two tiny pillows and a heavy winter blanket, a heavy blanket that I pulled off the bed in 8 receptions, but in the evening I found it on the spot, and, of course, the price of accommodation.

The hotel reflects the vibe of Minsk.

On the ground floor, behind the Kommunarka store, at the very end of the corridor on the left there is a smoking room. Cozy and luxurious in Minsk. (There is in the photo)
Everything is present in the room (apartment on the 8th floor) - bathrobes, slippers, a large set of toiletries. There is also a sauna. The bed is comfortable, nice nice linen. Free water in the amount of 4 bottles. After cleaning, it was updated.
The mini-bar is naturally paid. (Or rather, a maxi-bar - it is located in a large refrigerator in the kitchen) there is also a freezer - very convenient. But unfortunately there is no coffee machine(
Among the disadvantages:
The TV in the large living room did not work.
A tired shower.
A huge plus is that if you set "do not disturb", they really do not come to you.
The cleaning is good (I advise previous commenters to just leave a small tip and everything will be OK - the work is hard and the maids will be pleased that you remember this and are grateful to them for their work).
The air conditioning is central. But we opened the windows (there is such an option in this room) and everything was normal in temperature.
The breakfasts are very, very good. A variety of egg dishes (omelets, etc.), porridge, a large selection of desserts, cuts and more. Pastries, of course, pancakes, there are even halal products. Good coffee.
The staff carefully monitors the availability of dishes and updates the assortment - a separate respect)
We ordered food in the room - it was brought within 40 minutes (absolutely normal waiting time) - everything was beautiful and delicious.
The overall impression is very pleasant.
Luxury in the style of our parents' dreams.
Probably, the choice of a hotel in Minsk has been determined by me forever.

Marx Street-industrial equipment worked until 12 at night, they complained -and not the first time, but the situation was "resolved" by the head of the hotel security-thanks to him ... 5 stars are doubtful.

Great hotel. When I booked, my husband was in doubt and said that it was old. And when we checked in, he was surprised at how pleasant the room was. The room is really big, including the bathroom. Everything is very clean. After reading the reviews that there were only 2 pillows, now there are 3 in the room. Of course, really 4 would be ideal. They are not particularly lush.)
There was no mini bar, and at some point it was very lacking. Since it was expensive to order something from a restaurant. 2 aperols-2500 rubles. Well, you can arrange a cocktail yourself for that kind of money. Next, we lived in the winter. The room is cool, but they responded to our request so quickly that they brought a heater at the moment. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of bars/restaurants and attractions. The spa is very pleasant. They came, of course, at closing time. But a very cheerful sauna and hammam. There is one person per lane in the pool. There is also a Jacuzzi. You enter separately from the room in a bathrobe and slippers, at a separate entrance. In general, I recommend this hotel. The only drawback is that it is necessary to change the shower head in our room, including it, the water splashes in different directions. As a result, the entire floor is wet.

The staff is polite and attentive. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food is all on the level. It is located in the very center, literally next to the metro. Public events are often held at the hotel itself.
