I can honestly say that I was preparing for the fact that my task would be solved for six months, as is customary in consulates. But I was pleasantly surprised when everything was done in the shortest possible time! Many thanks to Elizabeth, such a young girl, but already with professional skills and encyclopedic knowledge. I described everything in detail, promptly contacted the right person! I hope the authorities will pay attention to the young specialist!

Dear the same people who wanted to get through and at least clarify the situation on the issue of interest, this review is for you. Don't waste your time, and if you want to do it, I sincerely wish you strength. The situation is as follows. I tried to call the notary department a week ago. At first, I typed the specified one from the site (!!!) Number. There were no beeps - there was an immediate reset. I thought it was my problem. I decided to call next week (i.e. 19.07 today). The same problem. I started calling the other numbers as well, because I needed a certificate of marital status. I called the registry office - reset, called other numbers - reset. In general, you can see the history of my calls in the screenshots. ONE SINGLE TIME (!!!) I was able to get through to some common number. Happiness, the beeps went off. But that was not the case. The answering machine began to say that you need to select the department of interest on the site and that's it. Reset. And so on for all 40 minutes, until I got through to the notary 20 minutes before the end of the working day. By the way, the calls turned out to be paid. To my questions "why can't I get through to you and why do you constantly drop calls?" the answer was as follows: "Everyone gets through, everything works out for everyone." The girl also could not answer my question "how can I make an appointment?", saying that I should sign up for the waiting list, because the entire record has already been scheduled (and it is basically not on the site, which I safely sat and updated every day), and when you will be called is a matter of time. No approximate time frame, no record, no information, no way to get through-NOTHING. At least wait until your grave for your turn. And after all, the most important thing! You have to sit on the waiting list and update your personal account every day to see the long-awaited appointment. Read the screenshot about the waiting list. To the question "wouldn't it be easier to go to another city to the consulate to get this certificate?" - the answer was "WELL, IF IT'S EASIER FOR YOU, THEN PLEASE." Thank you very much. Apparently, it's true, it's easier in other places, but not here. I think that in principle, to get there, lay AT LEAST (!) six months for everything about everything. At least to get through to them. I sincerely advise against it. An inhuman attitude, as indicated in the comments above 👍
Thank you very much to the embassy staff, I came for the first time, handed over the documents and a month later I arrived and received a Russian passport. Before that, he lived in Kazakhstan for 32 years with a birth certificate, originally from Russia, and in Kazakhstan for 16 years he was unable to become a citizen of Kazakhstan.
We came to apply for passports, and it turned out that we were blunted, not the fact that we could have dealt with this issue during the day, but we came from Petropavlovsk. As a result, the girl helped us, even though it wasn't her job. In general, I want to say thank you very much to this girl, and also to the man who let us in, marked or registered us, I don't know how to say it correctly. In general, thank you very much, everything turned out well!
They lost their Russian passport. The package of documents (and witnesses) was prepared according to the instructions on the official website.the website. All information was confirmed by phone. As a result, we arrived with everything we needed, after 1.5 hours we received a START - it turned out unexpectedly quickly! I consider the employees to be professionals, at least in my question for sure.
Oh, at least honest reviews, I also had to get a notarial certificate, honestly, I was just shocked, in Kazakhstan, polite employees sit in state structures, in PSC, they help with everything, here there was a feeling that you really are some kind of cattle, employees allow themselves to talk rudely, send, yelling at people, being rude, you don't get answers to questions... it's terrible...even sheep are treated better..it's a terrible place, I don't understand why adequate employees should not be put in place, and not some kind of bastards, in this regard, it's unclear why the Russian center was liquidated, their services were used for many years, wonderful employees, solved any issue, helped, everything was very polite, friendly and correct, I was always delighted with them, they helped literally for pennies, worried about your difficulties. After that, visiting the Consulate and communicating with its staff was just a shock (((it is a pity that in Russia they do not monitor the staff of state institutions(((
At the checkpoint, they told me to make an appointment by phone. I've been calling for the third day, I make a lot of calls, I call for 1-2 hours, not during lunch break, not on a day off / holiday. I don't see any reaction in the mail yet for the second working day. Well, then why does this company exist???
152 calls, maybe some communication problems, the wrong number, the wrong employee works for you in a position?
The lack of competence of the department's employees means renunciation of citizenship. They speak differently every time. There is no specifics. They don't give you a word to insert or explain the problem. Just the attitude to FUCK OFF! although I thought there should be people in such places who can help their fellow citizens. it seems that you OWE them SOMETHING.
They lost my envelope, or they didn't, I don't know. But there were important documents in the envelope
I wouldn't even put one star on it. It is impossible to get through on any phone. I got on the waiting list for notary issues a month ago, I never got on the entry list. The question just hung there. You don't even know how to reach them. It's a terrible place.
The girl, having explained nothing really, throws the phone, and talks very nervously, why in such a structure where it is necessary to communicate with people, put people who hate people to work, it is unclear?
