We sat quietly and thought that our order was being prepared. They should have brought everything by now. The service wants the best. There is no customer orientation.

The food is not delicious, all that steak, salad with mussels was just disgusting, even khachapuri boats with so little cheese are not tasty.Sukhumi beer is still not served, wine and cocktails are very expensive. Waiters are a separate topic))) We couldn't wait for them to place an order, we waited 10 minutes. when loading 3 tables. The order itself is 30 minutes. the waiter managed to mix up all the dishes between the guests. When calculating, the receipt was incorrect, alcohol was added and a dish that we did not order. He admitted the mistake. Many people in the reviews write about local underage children who are sold alcohol, so we got to such a party, children of 17 years old under alcohol, behaved extremely dissolute and noisy, it was uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Cafe in a wonderful place. But as soon as the lights are turned on, it is impossible to eat and drink - the midge climbs into the mouth, nose, and dishes with food. You won't wait for waiters...With musical accompaniment in any way at all. It's a pity that such a beautiful place can't be brought to mind...I can't judge the quality of the dishes, they didn't wait for the waiter. For the first time, we ordered only a glass of wine and ice cream. The second time they didn't wait for the waiters, they left.

A tip is a voluntary compliment for the service. You still need to bring the change. When the administrator Denis came, he too, instead of helping to find the mouthpiece, said that he had not touched anything. Major reviews are points of growth, points of support. With this review, I want to improve the level of service of the wonderful establishment of the Amra hotel! As teeth are cut in children through pain, so growth and development are sometimes also a painful process. It is painful and not always pleasant to grow and develop. A glass of aperol costs like a steak mignon. The food is not a delight, but you can eat. The most fun was next. We ordered a steak and potatoes in bacon on an open fire. In the menu, 200 rubles are indicated for 100 g of potatoes. After that, we ordered two desserts. After trying it, we realized that one of them was not the one we ordered. It cost less, so they didn't say anything. They bring a receipt: a double portion of potatoes is indicated, although we did not ask for this, and no one told us that the portion differs from what is indicated on the menu. Moreover, the receipt contained the dessert that was ordered, not the one that was brought (the cost is lower). The waitress was told that there was an error in the receipt, to which she said, with an allegedly surprised look, "oh, I think I made a mistake," but she did not correct anything in the receipt and brought change and even 10 rubles less.

Of course, no one wanted to open the restaurant for us until I started standing and knocking myself. We ordered pancakes for breakfast there every morning, they are really delicious there. And after this situation, they made us some kind of mini portion. Like a mark that was disturbed. In addition, the day before we had lunch there and after that we felt sick. Not only is it not tasty and generally not worth the money, so we also get caught there. Before leaving, we also decided to order potatoes in bacon. And again, we were poisoned by such a simple dish. The breakfasts here are delicious, but you can get poisoned from lunch. If you go a little further, you'll find a lot of places where prices are lower and you won't get poisoned. It seems that no one cares about the restaurant and the staff do what they want. I do not recommend and advise you not to go and spoil your vacation
