A perfect vacation together 🙏🏽 we thank the SWANDOR team for their excellent work. A beautiful modern hotel, opened in the summer of 2023 after renovation.
Lobby with an interesting design and a welcome bar with drinks, offer to try real Turkish coffee with Turkish delight, interesting serving, incredible coffee. You can take nuts, delicious, different types - almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashews. Delicious lemonade, and water with mint lemon, try it for sure.
There are rooms for late departure to the airport, but you need to book in advance, a rest room, as well as full access to the hotel after the room is vacated.
We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, check-in at 14:00, they gave us maps to take towels, showed us where the restaurant is and we went for breakfast. Breakfast is varied, porridges, pancakes, fruits, sausages, casserole, soups, potatoes, vegetables, in general there is everything!
We had breakfast and went to the sea, the beach with pebbles. The pier is beautiful, there are a lot of sun beds, they are occupied from 6 am (1 line), the pier bar opens at 10:00, you can take ice cream at the beach bar.
There is a spa, hammam and other services, I really liked it, we went in the first days so as not to spoil the tan😅
There is a pastry shop above the bar near the spa, here, as the guide told us, you can gain an additional 3 kg. Peculiar sweets, but the ice cream is decent. There are cappuccino and espresso and much more)
The Ultra system provides access to food 24/7.
I liked the animation more during the day, I went to yoga and stretching, the girls are well done, they conduct classes very harmoniously and interestingly. We were not very interested in the evening animation, but there is something to see, one day there was a party, a club was opened, DJs played, beautiful, noisy, for an amateur.
There are shops on the territory, this is a plus, you are not accosted on the beach. There is tennis freely available.
The hotel offers transport to the city, but with its own conditions, they call in the definition of shops as advertising, we did not take, we drove ourselves, the cost is $ 1, € or 50 lira, it's easy to get there, everything is written on the buses. We went to Kemer and Antalya before Migros
The only negative is a very cold pool

We stayed at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer 5* (formerly PGS Hotels Kiris Resort) in early August 2023. The hotel has just opened after renovation. The impressions of the rest were good. New clean buildings with comfortable furniture and design in the style of modern minimalism. There are 8 buildings with Comfort level rooms (area 35-37 sq.m.) and the main building (without renovation, Standard rooms). Everything that was offered by the hotelier coincided with our expectations. It's nice that the cosmetics in the rooms were quite decent and were regularly replenished. The guest set included slippers, shampoo, shower gel, shaving gel, hair conditioner, body cream, dental hygiene supplies, a shaving machine, a small natural washcloth and a box of napkins. The towels were often brand new. Bathrobes are not provided in the rooms. The mini-bar has standard filling: water, pepsi, cola, merinda, chips... The bed linen was changed every other day. The territory of the hotel is carefully thought out: the areas of the pool, entertainment, cultural leisure, sports activities, beach holidays are well separated. Inside the main hall there is a pleasant coolness, there is also a bar with cozy tables, armchairs and sofas for relaxation. The Spa area was pleased with its beauty and cleanliness. There is a Children's club with great animation on the territory, we used its services once: the children were satisfied. The halls of the main Swan restaurant were struck by their intimacy and spaciousness. It was a pleasure for us to have breakfast and dinner in different halls. The menu is very diverse - for every taste. Turkish, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines are offered. There are kosher food and vegetarian dishes. It is very pleasant that chefs in gloves chop fresh vegetables, melons and watermelons right in the hall. Excellent serving of dishes and desserts. Of the drinks - the standard assortment of the host country. Unfortunately, we expected that the wines of the New World would be offered, but it did not happen on our arrival. However, our prayers were answered, and our friends who came after us were already offered good wines for dinner on a paid basis. We didn't appreciate the Turkish wines, but the champagne was quite decent. The daytime and evening animation were great. In the evenings, concerts were held alternately on three stages, and show programs with various special effects were on. And how extraordinarily clean and beautiful the sea was! I'll remember him in my dreams. The beach is beautiful, relaxing in the shade of pine trees is wonderful. I love Kemer. Thanks to the Swandor hotel - I did not disappoint!

In general, an excellent hotel, really 5 stars, but as always there are + and -, namely:
Advantages:
1) a great big kids' club, children of all ages really like it there and have something to do throughout the day, and in the evening they watch cartoons, up to 23 hours for sure
2) a large number of bars, I counted 15 pieces in total!!! It is clear that they all do not work at the same time, but there are really a lot of them here!
3) a large number of staff, and inconspicuous and friendly, which makes tourists' holidays comfortable, clean and fast. Basically, everyone knows Russian.
4) European alcohol, i.e. baileys are baileys, not analogues, martinis are martinis, etc., and at all bars, not just in the lobby
5) on the beach you can always take ice cream in a cone, delicious
6) there are no problems with sun beds, there is no need to occupy them in the morning in advance
7) a water park with cool mountains, even adults are breathtaking))
8) Children's pool and one heated pool
9) I recommend a ride on a banana, a local barker offers this walk for 40 bucks, which is an inadequate price for a banana, as a result, we bargained for 20 bucks per person, there were 10 of us, with 4 children for free, and as a result we alone occupied the entire banana, the walk lasts about an hour, they take us almost to Kemer, they take you past picturesque places and caves + swimming, in general, a worthwhile excursion, not like in Sochi)
10) the food is generally delicious and varied
11) there is a pier with its own bar and you can dive into the sea from it
Of the cons:
1) not a large hotel area, only 3 swimming pools, including 1 children's pool
2) I didn't really like the evening shows, out of 8 evenings, 2 were good shows, the rest were nonsense, and we found 3 discos in the club, in general it was cool.

Hello everyone! We rested in this hotel for 10 days with a child and a sister. At first, I was bribed by a lot of locations, food and the presence of a large pier with a bar. We always choose beaches with a pier so as not to suffer from a stone beach and entrance. Now having been there, it is clear that there are a lot of people for such a small space. We lived in an old building, where the rooms are tired and without any kind, although this is the story with all the buildings. Such a low rating is due to my injury on the pier, where there is no flooring, because "not in the concept of the hotel". As a result, the rupture of the muscle of the left thigh. No one watches the pier, does not dry, as in other hotels, even with flooring.

And now a review of the hotel from tourists who have just returned from this hotel (rested from September 13 to 24, 2023):
1. The territory was large and green, and now it is one solid concrete. The fact that it is green is not true, all the trees and bushes have been cut down, the grass has not yet taken root-it is all withered, especially this year it was very hot and it just did not have time to turn green.
2. We lived in comfort rooms (we took them right away, we thought we would chic), but... This is not the comfort of the room from the word at all: some of the rooms face the road, there are parking lots and garbage cans, the rest of the rooms look into each other's windows (the idea is so-so). The audibility in the room is just great. We got music lovers behind the wall, listening to live music)
3. Dining room: huge, there is no doubt about it, but in my opinion, the food zone itself is not particularly convenient, because there are solid intersections, people practically crash into each other. I always had to dodge so that the food wouldn't end up on me. The feeling was that people from the hungry land see the goal and do not see obstacles.
The waiters are not very efficient, they did not always remove dirty dishes from the table on time. But the dishes themselves left much to be desired, as did the food itself. There seems to be a lot of food, but it's not tasty. Sometimes it seemed that the cook was collecting leftovers from lunch, mixing it all up and giving it to piglets for dinner. I was in June at another Kemer hotel-there is something to compare it with, so I do not judge biased. If delicious, then delicious)
4. Beach: normal, but the sunbeds are not new from the word at all, it is possible only on the pier, but we did not sunbathe there, but only went swimming (it's hard to go in and out from the shore)
5. Water park: new, but only for adults, there are no children's slides, if only with adults. In one, they collided with another couple, a mother and son were driving and got stuck (there was not enough weight for speed), crashed into them (everything went without damage, but the child was scared, because it was dark), and those watching the water park were not even aware that they were stuck in the pipe.
6. Bars and entertainment: the motto of the hotel is "We will teach you to drink", because there is nothing else to do in this hotel, and there are 10 bars there) The best in the Lobby is the most delicious cocktails there and even there are imported drinks.
In general, those who were in PGS before were very upset with the new concept, as were we. We expected a Premium, but alas we didn't get it. There is entertainment, animation, aerobics and so on. There are evening programs too, somehow there is more or less something to have fun with. Excursions saved us)

I had a rest from August 6 to August 16, 2022. I was in Kemer for the first time, before that I preferred Belek. The views of the mountains are impressive, there is a lot of greenery. The territory of the hotel is compact, but there were a lot of vacationers, a kind of anthill. There are many representatives from Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Moldova. The rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony. They clean it up cleanly.
In principle, all the staff, who, by the way, are mainly from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, are very polite.
The restaurant is not bad, the olives are awesome. I recommend a massage at the spa, back problems were solved in 3 visits.
Excursions are offered in a variety of ways. We went to Istanbul. The impressions are twofold, because an early flight, an information-intensive day, traffic jams, everything is running-running and in the heat.

I do not know who writes negative reviews about hotels... Probably those who change bed linen and towels at home every day. Those who live in freshly made repairs for no more than a week or two, and then "everything becomes outdated and they have to do everything anew." Those who eat exceptionally diverse to the point that they do not drink the same kind of tea more than once a day. Those around which a crowd of entertaining and continuously luring special people turns daily and hourly. Those who are so tired of their own children that dragging them with them on vacation is not able to occupy them themselves and requires continuous classes with children's animators.
I liked everything! And the room, and cleaning, and activities at the hotel, and food. The most important thing is the sea, the sun, vacation!!!

We stayed at the hotel in August 2022. The review will be useful for parents with children like ours, and we are almost 2 years old. There's nothing to do with kids here, but those who like to drink a lot, hang out and eat everything in a row will like it here. There is no children's menu at all, in the morning porridge in one form, as a rule, rice floats in milk, the same chicken soup for lunch, everything else is peppery and will not suit the child. We took porridge, a mixture and mashed potatoes with us from home. To buy all this here, you can visit a pharmacy or walk a long way to Migros in the village of Kirish. The kids' club is on the side away from drunken parents and is kind of small and uncomfortable, in the evening a crowd of children attacks a small single slide). The animation of the children scared us, we have a child with a delicate mental organization and he was just scared of very loud music, besides it was completely uninteresting. A petting zoo is everywhere on the territory of the hotel and it's just cats. The entrance to the sea and the stones closer to the pier are quite large, so the first thing to do on arrival is to buy swimming slippers, unless you have special growths on your feet. We took the child with us from home and bought it for ourselves at the hotel, the quality is not very good, but you can go in and out of the sea. I consider everyone who swam without them heroes. As for the rooms, they are different and can be rented in new buildings with an additional fee if you do not like old furniture and ancient plumbing. We lived in a bungalow on the second floor, the room was spacious, everything worked, you can hang something to dry on the balcony a little, and when checking in we asked for a cot and a kettle. They cleaned normally, you can always ask them to vacuum if you see that they didn't do it or change the bed. There is even a cleaning quality control) a girl came. Also at night, a giant red cockroach came to us, my husband met him when leaving our room on the balcony, after that he did not sleep all night). To sum up: in general, the hotel is not bad if it cost up to 150 thousand, but we decided that next time we would go back to belek and to a hotel where there is a children's menu and entrance to the sea without stones. One of the pleasant advantages is the Very responsive staff. The food is probably for four, there is a lot of food, but not everything is delicious. The people ate everything as if they were not themselves, so here, as they say, who knows how.The territory is compact and is compensated by the view of the mountains as well as the promenade outside the hotel. We weren't interested in animation, so I can't write about it. The quality of alcohol is average, we took with us and bought the local young wine.

There is less greenery, more pools and concrete. The kitchen is a little worse. Four not small slides of the water park. A huge pier for entering the water with a bar and sun loungers around. Children's club. Good animation and live music in the evenings, except two days a week, when they try to stuff everyone into a small room of a disco club (there are only enough seats for a third of those who want). The latter is terribly annoying, because the rest are completely bored. At least they would have released music videos, and not just a promotional video of a hotel advertisement.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are clean, the territory is well maintained, green, cats)), the mountains are incredibly beautiful in the distance. The sea is generally a fairy tale, and very close. There is a lot of food, the food is delicious, the staff is wonderful! Of the minuses, of course, are the sun beds, which are really all occupied with towels (but this is a claim to ill-mannered tourists, the hotel staff themselves said that it is not at all welcome to occupy sun beds like this). For me, the main disadvantage was the night noise. Although we were young, we were relaxing with the children, so the pounding music was annoying until midnight. Another inconvenient thing was that with a large number of pools and even a pool for very young children, there is nothing for middle age. That one is very small, and the central ones are 1 meter 40 cm. My 7-year-old and 9-year-old could only swim with my husband and me in our arms or in circles. Although, to be fair, I note that there is a lot of animation and a great playground for children.

Yes, the hotel is not the first freshness and it is not Max Royal, but:
- excellent hotel, quite responsive staff, normal room cleaning, excellent food by today's standards, and most importantly, there is variety.
The animation is unobtrusive.
Discos are normal.
And most importantly, the individual guides Pegama - Said and Alper are great guys - they are always in touch, they will help, they will tell you if necessary!!!!!
This season I recommend, next year it should be already updated (in September it should be closed for repairs)

We had a rest in August 2022.
We rest in Turkey often, in different hotels, so there is something to compare it with. I will write a review on the points, so that it is more informative.
1. Territory + sea. The territory is not huge. The location of the main facilities (reception, restaurants, swimming pools, mini club, amphitheater) is convenient. The territory is green, there are many flowering plants, which pleases the eye. The pools are conveniently located, the sea is very close by, which allows you to cruise, if desired, alternating between the sea and the pool). There are two slides, near which a lifeguard is on duty, he also directs who to move out when, ensuring safety. The beach is sand mixed with small pebbles.
2. Bars. Lobby, by the pool, on the beach. The bartenders work fast, the waiters collect the dishes on time. Drinks, of course, are not imported, but if desired, you can choose a cocktail to your taste. There are nuts).
3. Rooms. We got a bathroom, but there are showers. There are balconies in each room, they have a plastic table and a couple of chairs. The room is carpeted. Comfortable beds. Built-in wardrobes. The TV is small, there are about 30 channels, a couple of them are Russian, there are children's ones, but in Ukrainian, German and Turkish.
4. Food. The main restaurant has food for every taste. Lots of meat, chicken, and fish every day. Grilled (French fries, balls, nuggets, kebabs, etc.) pasta, bulgur, mashed potatoes, rice, stewed vegetable dishes, pizza, pide, soups - always. There are a lot of desserts, different. Fruits - watermelons, melons, grapes, peaches, plums, apples, pears, oranges. In general, everything is for every taste. I haven't had enough food in two weeks. You will definitely not stay hungry. There is a grill restaurant where you can eat during the day without leaving the sea. It is located almost on the beach. They only ask you to get dressed, not in swimsuits and swimming trunks, after all, a restaurant. From 11 a.m. tortillas - gozleme, from 12 soups and grilled dishes. There are 3 a la carte restaurants: Italian, Turkish, fish. Dinners are held in the grill restaurant, i.e. directly on the sea. We went to the fish shop, we liked everything. Drinks are included.
5. Animation. There aren't many animators, but they're great. Daily activities - aqua aerobics (conducted by Gizem), volleyball, boccia (conducted by Katya), darts (conducted by Suleiman), water polo, pool games. The guys also communicate with the guests and you can always find out from them what kind of entertainment is planned. In general, the animators are all lighters there!
In the evenings, a mini-disco is held in the amphitheater for kid guests, who are then invited to a mini-club for games or watching cartoons, so that parents can watch a show in the amphitheater at this time. The shows are different, interesting, and this hour of showtime flies by unnoticed! In the mini club, the girls are good, they look after the kids and at the same time entertain those who are older. There are daily programs - quests, crafts and other games. But I would like to mention the head of the mini-club Sasha, as well as the girls Hatice and Azhar, because if a person loves children, then it is immediately visible. The kids around them are like chickens. Thank you, the child is delighted.
But that's not all! After the show, the "live music" begins. There are tables near the pool bar and you can sit and listen, as well as dance. Singer Oktay himself plays acoustic guitar, and Bogdan also plays bass guitar. They are also accompanied by a woman (I don't know her name, she doesn't communicate with anyone, she is very important). The repertoire is in Turkish, English, Spanish and Russian. The guys sing soulfully and the dance floor is never empty.
(!) However, there was also a fly in the ointment in our vacation... Sitting in the bar after the end of the entertainment program, we and several other tables with guests watched an unpleasant scene with the participation of the aforementioned singer girl and one of the executives. He just quietly asked her to go home, since it was after one in the morning, and she started shouting and swearing at him all over the hotel, using obscenities, right under the windows of the rooms. We stayed at PGS Hotels Kirish Resort 5* with a family from 06/26/2022 to 07/06/2022. The hotel is good. Compact and beautiful territory. Nice beach. The food is amazing almost all day long. The staff is polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and towels were also changed every day. Very cool discos. We were delighted.

Rest at the PGS KIRISH HOTEL.
I give the hotel a solid four. The staff is polite, smiling, the animators are trying, well done. The hotel has a main building and several buildings of two-storey bungalows - for lovers of peace and quiet, or tourists with children - it will not work, because live music every evening until 12 at night, and the bungalow is right behind the stage. The territory is not small, but keep in mind that there is no place to walk, everything is OK in terms of nutrition, you will not stay hungry. Two restaurants, shared and kind of like a la carte, but during the day it's like a snack bar. We only went to it once, just like to a snack bar. Gastronomic delights should not be expected. The food is ordinary, a small area of diet food, fries. There was much more and more varied food at the last dinner than in all the previous 10 days. There are 2 children's and 2 adult pools on the territory, but adults are always standing on two slides, it's okay to ride a couple of times, there is a separate pool for them. In total, there are only 5 pools on the territory. But there is always a place on the sun beds by the pools, which cannot be said about the beach.
On the beach with sun beds, it's hard what's going on. If you come after 10 a.m., we went after breakfast, then all your attempts are unsuccessful. And at 8 a.m. you won't find a place on the beach... 🤦♀️ People occupy them, throw stones, slippers, towels, whatever comes to hand and leave. They can take a sunbed under a canopy, a sunbed on the beach under the sun, and also on the pool and with all this not appear anywhere... 🤦♀️ The height of idiocy... The beach is pebbly. The entrance to the sea was a little uncomfortable for us, because the stones are both big and small, so we always jumped from the pier, but you can also go down the stairs. It's more convenient for anyone here. The majority of Russians and residents of Ukraine are in the hotel.
Do not expect imported alcohol in the hotel, it simply does not exist. In the mini bar, only cola, fanta, juice and mineral water are replenished every day, depending on what you have drunk. The volleyball game starts at 11.30, but keep in mind that the opportunity to play it is minimized, because the same people play there all day and very rarely take someone else. You can just sit on a bench in line for a game all day, but never play. Evening shows are held daily at 21.30, the performance is an hour, after live music, but there is a problem with the tables, they have either already been occupied, or they are running to occupy a few minutes before the end of the performance.
Separately, I want to say about Pegasus, at the meeting you will be told about a free transfer to the mall - this is a divorce, you can go and see, but do not buy anything! Space prices! It's like a shopping center with 4 floors, clothes, food. All this can be bought in Kemer, having reached without problems by bus for $ 1, much cheaper and tastier in the same carrefour (if halva, lukum, etc.).
We were "impressed" by the Pegasus guide, Islam. We came to choose an excursion, while we were sitting talking and asking him, he told us everything very enthusiastically and dissuaded us from going to the aqua park, insisting on the "monster jet". In the end, we said that it was probably an aqua park and went to get the money. While we were walking back and forth, we read the reviews and decided that we would not go either way. We came to him and told him that we were going on only one excursion. That was the way to see it, he instantly changed in face and mood. 10 minutes ago, he talked us out of the aqua park, and now he was trying to persuade us to take it. And in the end, he generally said that we were setting him up strongly and this was not done, because he had already taken our places and paid for everything and we owed him money, $ 130! otherwise he would have to pay for it out of his pocket. Naturally, we paid for only one tour and left. There was also a misunderstanding with him on the day of departure. They post information about the departure at the stands after 20.00. We had round-trip tickets in business, but we knew that our flight was canceled and we need to resolve the issue with luggage, because we only have 10 kg in the economy. We approached the guides, there was only Islam there. They started asking questions, and he said that they could not help in any way, they should have come earlier, they no longer work. But excuse me, as before, if the information about the departure is only after 20.00?! As a result, I called Inna and asked her to come, but at the same time I told her not to hurry.. What?!?!
Inna came, while we were discussing how many kg to buy, I listened to voice messages from my manager about luggage. And at the same time, they hurried me and said that I was tired, let's pay already or I went, because the working day is over. The time is 20.45. They said at the meeting that they work either until 21 or 22, I don't remember exactly.
In general, I summarize: we don't set foot in the pegasus hotel anymore, we are not fans of getting up at 5 in the morning and running to occupy sun beds, well, if you like, like us, to have fewer compatriots in the hotel and an adequate contingent, then you are not here!!!

It was renamed in 2023. The concept is ultra, but only on the 2 main bars. So everywhere alcohol is local, imported is hidden. The mini club is not bad, but there is no involvement of employees in working with children. Food for 7 days gets boring, although there is plenty to choose from.
The water park is on 3, we got stuck in the slide and let the next ones in, we were demolished.

from August 17th to 28th.I have a very pleasant impression of the hotel.Food for 5 . You definitely won't stay hungry here!! The territory is large, well-maintained and beautiful.Palm trees, pines, mountains.The animation works all day.
The disadvantages are local alcohol and tired hotel rooms, although the room was cleaned every day.
We recommend the hotel for recreation.

Ilya took away 3 hours of precious morning time from us, it would be nice if this meeting took place at noon, another matter. At the meeting with Ilya, at the entrance to our meeting room, Ilya's assistant did not let us in with the children, she asked the children to leave with someone outside, arguing that children could interfere with Ilya.
