The hotel is at the highest level, after renovation, everything is new, except building 1, a huge selection of dishes in the restaurant, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, order, beach with pier, two bars on the beach, the water is clean, sun beds on the beach under awnings, lots of free places, staff with excellent knowledge of the Russian language, concerts every day, live music, we are very pleased that we chose this hotel.

And now a review of the hotel from tourists who have just returned from this hotel (rested from September 13 to 24, 2023):
1. The territory was large and green, and now it is one solid concrete. The fact that it is green is not true, all the trees and bushes have been cut down, the grass has not yet taken root-it is all withered, especially this year it was very hot and it just did not have time to turn green.
2. We lived in comfort rooms (we took them right away, we thought we would chic), but... This is not the comfort of the room from the word at all: some of the rooms face the road, there are parking lots and garbage cans, the rest of the rooms look into each other's windows (the idea is so-so). The audibility in the room is just great. We got music lovers behind the wall, listening to live music)
3. Dining room: huge, there is no doubt about it, but in my opinion, the food zone itself is not particularly convenient, because there are solid intersections, people practically crash into each other. I always had to dodge so that the food wouldn't end up on me. The feeling was that people from the hungry land see the goal and do not see obstacles.
The waiters are not very efficient, they did not always remove dirty dishes from the table on time. But the dishes themselves left much to be desired, as did the food itself. There seems to be a lot of food, but it's not tasty. Sometimes it seemed that the cook was collecting leftovers from lunch, mixing it all up and giving it to piglets for dinner. I was in June at another Kemer hotel-there is something to compare it with, so I do not judge biased. If delicious, then delicious)
4. Beach: normal, but the sunbeds are not new from the word at all, it is possible only on the pier, but we did not sunbathe there, but only went swimming (it's hard to go in and out from the shore)
5. Water park: new, but only for adults, there are no children's slides, if only with adults. In one, they collided with another couple, a mother and son were driving and got stuck (there was not enough weight for speed), crashed into them (everything went without damage, but the child was scared, because it was dark), and those watching the water park were not even aware that they were stuck in the pipe.
6. Bars and entertainment: the motto of the hotel is "We will teach you to drink", because there is nothing else to do in this hotel, and there are 10 bars there) The best in the Lobby is the most delicious cocktails there and even there are imported drinks.
In general, those who were in PGS before were very upset with the new concept, as were we. We expected a Premium, but alas we didn't get it. There is entertainment, animation, aerobics and so on. There are evening programs too, somehow there is more or less something to have fun with. Excursions saved us)

I had a rest from August 6 to August 16, 2022. I was in Kemer for the first time, before that I preferred Belek. The views of the mountains are impressive, there is a lot of greenery. The territory of the hotel is compact, but there were a lot of vacationers, a kind of anthill. There are many representatives from Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Moldova. The rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony. They clean it up cleanly.
In principle, all the staff, who, by the way, are mainly from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, are very polite.
The restaurant is not bad, the olives are awesome. I recommend a massage at the spa, back problems were solved in 3 visits.
Excursions are offered in a variety of ways. We went to Istanbul. The impressions are twofold, because an early flight, an information-intensive day, traffic jams, everything is running-running and in the heat.
In short, I can safely recommend this hotel to visit

In general, it's not bad. ECO rooms are quite normal and there is nothing terrible in them, not a suite, of course, but also not a dumpster. Almost all the staff are Russian speakers. There is a lot of food, bars on every corner. Ultra is all inclusive, but for some reason there are paid positions on the bar.

I do not know who writes negative reviews about hotels... Probably those who change bed linen and towels at home every day. Those who live in freshly made repairs for no more than a week or two, and then "everything becomes outdated and they have to do everything anew." Those who eat exceptionally diverse to the point that they do not drink the same kind of tea more than once a day. Those around which a crowd of entertaining and continuously luring special people turns daily and hourly. Those who are so tired of their own children that dragging them with them on vacation is not able to occupy them themselves and requires continuous classes with children's animators.
I liked everything! And the room, and cleaning, and activities at the hotel, and food. The most important thing is the sea, the sun, vacation!!!

We stayed at the hotel in August 2022. The review will be useful for parents with children like ours, and we are almost 2 years old. There's nothing to do with kids here, but those who like to drink a lot, hang out and eat everything in a row will like it here. There is no children's menu at all, in the morning porridge in one form, as a rule, rice floats in milk, the same chicken soup for lunch, everything else is peppery and will not suit the child. We took porridge, a mixture and mashed potatoes with us from home. To buy all this here, you can visit a pharmacy or walk a long way to Migros in the village of Kirish. The kids' club is on the side away from drunken parents and is kind of small and uncomfortable, in the evening a crowd of children attacks a small single slide). The animation of the children scared us, we have a child with a delicate mental organization and he was just scared of very loud music, besides it was completely uninteresting. A petting zoo is everywhere on the territory of the hotel and it's just cats. The entrance to the sea and the stones closer to the pier are quite large, so the first thing to do on arrival is to buy swimming slippers, unless you have special growths on your feet. We took the child with us from home and bought it for ourselves at the hotel, the quality is not very good, but you can go in and out of the sea. I consider everyone who swam without them heroes. As for the rooms, they are different and can be rented in new buildings with an additional fee if you do not like old furniture and ancient plumbing. We lived in a bungalow on the second floor, the room was spacious, everything worked, you can hang something to dry on the balcony a little, and when checking in we asked for a cot and a kettle. They cleaned normally, you can always ask them to vacuum if you see that they didn't do it or change the bed. There is even a cleaning quality control) a girl came. Also at night, a giant red cockroach came to us, my husband met him when leaving our room on the balcony, after that he did not sleep all night). To sum up: in general, the hotel is not bad if it cost up to 150 thousand, but we decided that next time we would go back to belek and to a hotel where there is a children's menu and entrance to the sea without stones. One of the pleasant advantages is the Very responsive staff. The food is probably for four, there is a lot of food, but not everything is delicious. The people ate everything as if they were not themselves, so here, as they say, who knows how.The territory is compact and is compensated by the view of the mountains as well as the promenade outside the hotel. We weren't interested in animation, so I can't write about it. The quality of alcohol is average, we took with us and bought the local young wine.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are clean, the territory is well maintained, green, cats)), the mountains are incredibly beautiful in the distance. The sea is generally a fairy tale, and very close. There is a lot of food, the food is delicious, the staff is wonderful! Of the minuses, of course, are the sun beds, which are really all occupied with towels (but this is a claim to ill-mannered tourists, the hotel staff themselves said that it is not at all welcome to occupy sun beds like this). For me, the main disadvantage was the night noise. Although we were young, we were relaxing with the children, so the pounding music was annoying until midnight. Another inconvenient thing was that with a large number of pools and even a pool for very young children, there is nothing for middle age. That one is very small, and the central ones are 1 meter 40 cm. My 7-year-old and 9-year-old could only swim with my husband and me in our arms or in circles. Although, to be fair, I note that there is a lot of animation and a great playground for children.

Rooms of the ECO category will not even reach 3 stars. The whole old building is just a nightmare. Elevators are like in the entrances of Khrushchev, with the same smell. The room is just falling apart.
Upgrading the room category to the one stated on the hotel's website will cost 75 euros per day.
We were deceived by the travel agent, who sold the tour and did not warn us that this hotel has this building "for the poor" and that by default the tour includes a room in this building. We bought it through a teztur in Moscow, an office on Voykovskaya Street. The tour operator ended up being a Pegasus. And no one is responsible. For 260 thousand a week, we were housed in a chicken coop.
There is little greenery on site. The beach and the pool area are dirty. Dirty sun beds, dirty tables everywhere. By evening, the toilet by the beach smells and looks like a station. The beach and the pool area are not cleaned until nightfall, after vacationers leave, there is a pile of junk and garbage everywhere. They probably clean it only early in the morning.
There are crowds of people everywhere, mostly from Russian regions. The music by the pool and on the pier is screaming. Moreover, Russian music is mainly played by the pool.
The full feeling of a three-star Anapa hotel.
The sea is near the shore with some garbage. The pier is clean.
The food is good, the restaurants are good too, and that's the only plus of this hotel. Alcohol is cheap.

There is less greenery, more pools and concrete. The kitchen is a little worse. Four not small slides of the water park. A huge pier for entering the water with a bar and sun loungers around. Children's club. Good animation and live music in the evenings, except two days a week, when they try to stuff everyone into a small room of a disco club (there are only enough seats for a third of those who want). The latter is terribly annoying, because the rest are completely bored. At least they would have released music videos, and not just a promotional video of a hotel advertisement.

We were vacationing with our son at the hotel at the end of August 2023. The price was too high! But from the regions of the KhMAO, the price of the tour is 50/50 flight / accommodation, so... it's debatable in my case. By comparison, Alva went below 400K for 1 vz +1 for 11 nights.
Further… It's definitely better than it was. I was in it 7 years ago. It's a pity only the greens, which were almost all removed. It was immediately clear that the hotel was opened hastily and there were many shortcomings. They're trying. But this hotel is clearly not premium, as many (not to be confused with THAT) claim. The advertisers of the hotel are well done, they have promoted 200% 😁 another point: many are outraged by Eco rooms, but I assume that some tourists paint comfort rooms, and send them to ECO, because the price difference is quite decent and tourists fly in order to save money. I think SHE should still tell tourists more truthfully about the hotel and not offer it as a premium. Not everyone can search for information on the web 😊 I knew where I was going and there was no surprise for me 😊
The sea is gorgeous, that's what we were going for. The food is normal. No one will be hungry. Of course, the choice is not the same as in the Royal group hotels and Stone group, but there is nothing to compare here - there are many different levels of hotels, there were few fruits, sweets, meat of three types, fish, standard fries+nuggets+pasta. The waiters are cheerful in the morning, tired at lunch. The wine is not delicious, the coffee is even worse. Mojito in the bar, where the reception is normal, alcohol can also be found there, judging by the assortment. I was surprised by the water in plastic cups on the beach. There are refrigerators with water everywhere.
Comfort room, block 8, mountain view / water park/not a parking lot mixed with a construction site. Not critical. If you cover it with towels and sit on a chair, then only the mountains are visible. They did not change the number. The area is not very large, the furniture is new, towels are clean and plenty. I was surprised by the not bolted hangers in the closet. The air conditioner works, turns on and off automatically if you open it/You close the balcony door. I didn't close it completely - the air conditioner doesn't work.
Cleaning, as in most hotels, is average.
In general, I recommend it!
