A cozy, atmospheric place where you can spend a pleasant evening. Desserts are delicious and understandable to everyone (ala Napoleon, honey cake, not "mousse-vanilla proline chateaubrioche depampadour"). The coffee is good, but it's more for lovers of strong robusta (coffee often tastes bitter, as it seems to me from what they do on Illy beans, but I may be mistaken). They also keep a stamp on the price tag - there is no artificial inflation for the city center, cappuccino is not at the price of an airplane wing. And of course, in the evening and on weekends, you can't get through here.
P.S. On New Year's Eve, they just put a royal Christmas tree up to the ceiling

In which the atmosphere is more comfortable, and the contingent is better, and the food is delicious, which is always available, and there are places so that you don't have to eat standing up.
That's what happened in my paragraph once. I placed an order at the checkout, while my table was being cleared at my request, a girl sat down in my place. When I found myself with a cup and food in my arms in a room where there wasn't a single empty seat, staff just shrugged and said they didn't know how to help 🤡

It seems that when served in the hall, the portions of coffee seem larger, and the cups are not full to take away. A wonderful coffee shop with a cool and interesting interior. The drinks are delicious, the choice of food is small, nevertheless, in 4 days in Minsk we had breakfast there twice.
Delicious cheesecakes, juicy sandwiches. Desserts include delicious strawberry tartlet and Basque cheesecake, but they are not always available.
There is a convenient application with different coupons. We got to a period when, in honor of the coffee shop's birthday, there were discounts of 30% or more. We also used a coupon for a profitable combo of two breakfasts.

The impressions after the visit were not unambiguous. It feels like employees are not being trained in any service standards. No one greets you at the entrance, the person behind the cash register cannot correctly suggest the menu (there was no such thing in the same coffee shop on Kalvariyskaya street).
We visited the place with a young man, took 2 drinks and a fish sandwich. There was no clarification on whether to serve the drink immediately or to the dish (from a person who himself worked as a barista in an institution with a kitchen, this is a straight base). As a result, we sat for half an hour waiting for a (not so big) order, no one warned us about such a time (but I would like to).
There is also such an ambiguous moment: you need to come for your order yourself, no matter what it is. Walking back and forth with drinks and food is somehow not very good. In such a situation, the question is: will the order be redone for free in case of loss?) and this is interesting, considering that the tables are being cleaned.
By food: 2 toasts with cottage cheese and fish were clearly not worth their 15 rubles. But spicy tea latte is my love in all establishments of this chain
In general, the place is pleasant and the coffee is not bad, but something needs to be done urgently with the manners of the employees

I chose a raf with mint syrup.
There is a question about the grain itself, double espresso combined with 33% cream, apparently Mogilev and milk 3.2 Savushkin + mint syrup which gives a chemical taste
As a result: it turned out to be a raf with a bitter taste, I think the problem is with the grain (it is clearly overcooked or a lot of rebust, I think the cheapest blend, but I may be wrong)
I was interested in why 33% cream and not the most delicious milk are used, I was told that such a recipe.
