A very nice place, not far from the hotel where I stayed and was there almost every evening🙂Delicious food, polite, non-intrusive and courteous staff. You will always be treated to tea or coffee, do not refuse, it does not count. I have tried many dishes, I have not found any flaws. Octopus tentacles are served here better than in Greece, they just melt in your mouth! Everything is very tasty! Live music once a week, of course I would like to hear it more often.
I lived across the street and ate 1 meal immediately after arrival.
It's very expensive for a mediocre kitchen. Delicious, but not 5 stars. Yes, there were compliments, yes, there is live music on Fridays.
Mixed feelings, because there are more interesting places in the area.
But it's not fair to discourage you from visiting, because if you're tired, that's the thing)
Unfortunately, it's not paradise at all. We lived nearby, decided to have dinner and watch the Euro 2024 match with Turkey. Result:
1. as a compliment, lavash is very hard, it was impossible to eat.
2. We ordered snacks, one of which was not brought at all, we forgot.
3. We mixed up one of the two ordered salads, after it was indicated, we changed it, but the waiter did not actively "notice" us after that, although he was not overloaded with orders. The vegetable salad served was not seasoned, which is the norm for Turkey, while butter and sauces are usually served, but they did not bring us. Our signs to the waiter asking them to come up, they were frankly ignored for 10 minutes, then after voicing the request to bring butter, he carried it foot by foot, which was unpleasant, because the joint with the salad was not ours, but his.
3. The final bill included the originally served salad, which we did not order and which cost almost 2 times more expensive than the ordered one. After pointing this out, the bill was corrected.
4. As a result, 10% of the service type is immediately included in the bill, this is done in most establishments of the tourist part of Istanbul by default and you just need to know about it and be ready. We did not dispute this, but in this case we did not want to pay for such an inhospitable service.
Bottom line: I liked the Turkey-Austria match🙂
