They packed it carefully and efficiently, but I didn't calculate my strength. The portions are large, the establishment is in great demand, book a table by phone in advance and you will be lucky. My husband took the shots and was as happy as a child. Dear owners, do not change anything, you are exactly the color that tourists are hunting for.

It's a great place. Satisfying, delicious, simple but cozy atmosphere, fast service, affordable prices. From the name it is clear that the main feature of the institution is a variety of draniki. Traditional dishes are also present, but mostly, of course, dishes with a national flavor. I definitely recommend it. It was May 2nd, high season, and we booked a month in advance to get to the right time.

Very cool. Atmospheric interior, courteous service, cool toilet (!). The kitchen is beyond praise. It just tastes better. Wizards and draniki with ears are the top. And everything else, too. The prices are very reasonable right now. Even Cornflowers, although they position themselves as an inexpensive institution, they still lose out in prices. The three of us sat in the "Pan dranik", taking into account three hot dishes and 4 glasses of beer for 90 rubles. It's nothing at all. I highly recommend it.

The city center, there are parking issues, but Nemiga metro station is a 10-minute walk away. From the trading house "On Nemiga" 3-5 minutes.

It's a great place. On a weekday evening, tables are quickly available. A clean toilet. Huge portions, you can take the half-eaten with you.
Tried it from the menu:
- draniki with mushrooms and draniki with sour cream. A little bit bitter. Delicious fatty sour cream, plenty of it for a serving. Sauerkraut did not cause any emotions to the draniki
- a frying pan with pork ears. I didn't take it, so I won't describe it in detail, but, as they said, it's delicious.
- soup is a bug. Unexpectedly, the most delicious for me is probably one of the items on the menu that is definitely worth a try. Rich and delicious broth.
- tea with sea buckthorn and honey. The taste seemed to me insufficiently saturated, the ratio of sea buckthorn puree and water is not perfect.
Bottom line: I definitely recommend visiting this cafe. The location near the tourist center is very convenient, the prices are very reasonable (draniki cost 15 rubles, the whole receipt turned out, if my memory serves me correctly, less than 70 rubles for three people, moreover, we actually ate too much), excellent authentic cuisine. On the downside: it's a little stuffy in the gym.

Thank you so much for the hospitality, for the delicious home cooking, for the atmosphere of friendliness and care. Everything is democratic, national, without the rhinestones of a big city. 👍👍👍👍 Maybe it has to do with the Polish theme, but we took it as Belarus. I personally really want to come back. Finally, a very tasty and authentic place in Minsk (not a coffee shop or a kebab). The name fully justifies itself. Take traditional draniki here without frills, because they are prepared here amazingly. We visited various restaurants in Minsk (both Bulbashi and Rakou Vratsar), but the simple cafe won over. The serving and taste of the dishes are on the top five. Is it budgetary? Yes, I suppose so! Zero pathos and, at the same time, a gustatory orgasm.
I recommend it to all the guests of Minsk!

Have a quick meal and leave the cafe. The interior is ordinary, the tables are in a row, and the benches are uncomfortable. The food is all about draniki, however, it corresponds to the name of the institution. There are a lot of dishes, again, all with draniki. I just ordered pork with vegetables, I didn't like the dish from the word at all. They asked to bring cold vodka, it turned out to be barely chilled, they insisted that it be put in the freezer and after 15 minutes it was cold. The service was three-course, but all the dishes, and there were six of us, brought both cold appetizers and hot dishes at the same time, so the cold appetizers remained untouched. In general, the cafe is a three-star.

Great atmospheric place! We visited several times, excellent cuisine and courteous staff. Of the dishes, I can single out zbynicki dranik and carp in a frying pan: very satisfying and delicious. The place is not devoid of national flavor and is definitely worth stopping by and spending a couple of minutes having a pleasant lunch or dinner.

Guys, this is the best place for our 5-day tour of Belarus (Brest, Minsk, Grodno). I highly recommend everyone to visit! Dishes are on fire, be sure to take a knuckle, just like in Prague, even better! Draniki, of course, is also great! Tinctures of our own production, I'd rather not try, it's just a song! For the first time on Monday/11/25/2024 I really liked it. And the service, and beer and soup with pancakes. Satisfying and delicious. It's now 11/26/2024... as if this misunderstanding had been left over from yesterday.. they were brought in spite of the stated 25 minutes after 10 minutes.to the question:and it was possible to warn that the dish for two was announced to us:well, you have to look for yourself, the weight is indicated there. They asked to wrap 2/3 of each portion with them, so they squeezed the sour cream, ahha, there was nowhere to put it, it was untouched at all / her husband does not eat it. Ok. We look further. Today, there is no tip and the area is full of establishments with more pleasant service and adequate treatment of guests.

The institution was chosen based on the principle of being close to the place of work and with a working time until midnight. However, at 22:50, the staff of the institution asked to pay off and get ready, as "they work until 11." On the maps, on the website, in the insta and on the doors of the institution itself (!) it is indicated that until 00:00, but this did not serve as an argument.

This was our first visit to the institution.
The main room has been renovated, so the cafe has temporarily moved to the upper floor, where it loses in the atmosphere when compared with the photos of the original room.

Prices for something are average, for something above average.

Of the cons:
- it seems to be good that I have a photo of all the dishes, but it spoils the impression that it was photographed like on a phone camera of the 2000s.
- I would like more attention from the waitresses and friendliness. There were 2 of them for 3-4 tables in the establishment, but somehow they did not work willingly.

We visited this cafe on May 2, 2025. We were guided by the numerous positive reviews in yandex.maps. I really wanted to try something from the national Belarusian cuisine. How great was our disappointment when we started trying borscht first, then salad, and then the vaunted dranik. Unfortunately, no dish can match similar dishes in any provincial city of Russia and Moscow.. this surprised and upset us a lot. Just yesterday, I ordered borscht from a good cafe in the Nizhny Novgorod region, and it was a billion times tastier than borscht in this flagship restaurant in Minsk. It was very sad and amazing. The dining room level, my husband put it more bluntly, he got the impression of a piggy. After all, even the fat in addition to the borscht was stale...

If you want to try the national cuisine of Belarus, then take a look at the "Pansky dranik". It's very tasty here. The establishment is located in the basement of a historic building. It is comfortably decorated with a national flavor. They cook quickly and tasty. It's a great place. Everything is very tasty. Draniki, for me, are the most delicious of those that we have tried.
The staff is very friendly. Unlike the neighboring Rakovsky Brovar. There's a hostess at the baseboard level. With a half-empty hall, they offered simply terrible landing options. They do not listen to the requests of the guests. To drive such people from work! As a result, they didn't stay. With this attitude, fuck the beach. They lose money from scratch. We arrived on a recommendation. And there's such a terrible attitude. Note to the shareholders of the restaurant!
But the Pansy dranik - well done. They got me drunk and fed me. Thank you. We will recommend this particular place.

I couldn't recommend a place to visit. The borscht was not tasty, there were several pieces of meat in it, the rest was cabbage. Sour cream pancakes (the usual ones without all that) are the most tasteless pancakes we've tried, we couldn't eat half of one, it's just awful. The staff was questioning on the 16.04 shift, on Wednesday, when we arrived, there were several tables in the establishment, but these people were already eating, they no longer needed attention from the staff, but they didn't even greet us, the waitresses were busy with each other, chatting behind the bar. At the moment when the order was made, we asked the waitress about the satiety of the dish (dranik with cheese, meat), she replied "well, it's satisfying", she didn't answer a large portion or not, as a result, the portion is very huge and is designed for exactly two people, not one, but OK, the dish at least it was delicious, but we had to wait 30 minutes, while we were waiting, a woman came out of the kitchen to the bar (in black special clothes, like a cook) and talked and hugged the waitress all the time. If it really was the cook, it's a horror, because it turns out that the cook leaves the kitchen occasionally during cooking and stays in the hall with the staff behind the bar.
The prices are above average, so this place, unfortunately, is not worth it.
The music, by the way, is also terrible and obscene, although the place is themed. And the waiters wear uniforms, which implies an entourage, I advise the owner to pay attention to this.

Yes, many dishes are not for those who count calories, but they are prepared taking into account the traditional recipe. The only thing that did not leave a pleasant impression was that they persistently offered to take pancakes with a tongue, they say, it is very tasty. Well, it was far from the most delicious combination, to put it mildly, for an amateur. But later it turned out that the position with the language is one of the most expensive. In any case, it was a voluntary choice, but somehow the trust in the recommendations of the waiters decreases after this. Nevertheless, I really liked the service and the kitchen :)

This "Dranik" is very much to my taste. National interior, semi-darkness in the room... There are a lot of free tables during the daytime on weekdays.
The pancakes here are very cool, hearty, with a slightly salty taste. There is enough honey to pour over all 3 pancakes, despite the gramming indicated in the menu.
Tea is much cheaper here than in coffee shops, and even then, in a coffee shop for this price you can only be offered packaged, and in this cafe custard in a teapot.
So, if you suddenly want to taste pancakes, you can choose to visit the "Pansky dranik".
