Pros:

The city center, there are parking issues, but Nemiga metro station is a 10-minute walk away. From the trading house "On Nemiga" 3-5 minutes.
The first visit left only positive emotions.

This "Dranik" is very much to my taste. National interior, semi-darkness in the room... There are a lot of free tables during the daytime on weekdays.
The pancakes here are very cool, hearty, with a slightly salty taste. There is enough honey to pour over all 3 pancakes, despite the gramming indicated in the menu.
Tea is much cheaper here than in coffee shops, and even then, in a coffee shop for this price you can only be offered packaged, and in this cafe custard in a teapot.
So, if you suddenly want to taste pancakes, you can choose to visit the "Pansky dranik".

Thank you so much for the hospitality, for the delicious home cooking, for the atmosphere of friendliness and care. Everything is democratic, national, without the rhinestones of a big city. 👍👍👍👍 Maybe it has to do with the Polish theme, but we took it as Belarus. I personally really want to come back. This is my personal opinion. 😎. We will be visiting Minsk, I will definitely rush to you.

Finally, a very tasty and authentic place in Minsk (not a coffee shop or a kebab). The name fully justifies itself. Take traditional draniki here without frills, because they are prepared here amazingly. We visited various restaurants in Minsk (both Bulbashi and Rakou Vratsar), but the simple cafe won over. The serving and taste of the dishes are on the top five. Is it budgetary? Yes, I suppose so! Zero pathos and, at the same time, a gustatory orgasm.
I recommend it to all the guests of Minsk!

For the first time on Monday/11/25/2024 I really liked it. And the service, and beer and soup with pancakes. Satisfying and delicious. It's now 11/26/2024... as if this misunderstanding had been left over from yesterday.. they were brought in spite of the stated 25 minutes after 10 minutes.to the question:and it was possible to warn that the dish for two was announced to us:well, you have to look for yourself, the weight is indicated there. They asked to wrap 2/3 of each portion with them, so they squeezed the sour cream, ahha, there was nowhere to put it, it was untouched at all / her husband does not eat it. Ok. We look further. Today, there is no tip and the area is full of establishments with more pleasant service and adequate treatment of guests.

If you want to try the national cuisine of Belarus, then take a look at the "Pansky dranik". It's very tasty here. The establishment is located in the basement of a historic building. It is comfortably decorated with a national flavor. They cook quickly and tasty. Draniki (with mushrooms, with pork ears, with sour cream, etc.), mochanka, snacks (lard, herring, mushrooms), oh, I can't list everything.... This is the third time we have visited Minsk, we definitely look here. I really liked this place.

The staff is very friendly. Unlike the neighboring Rakovsky Brovar. There's a hostess at the baseboard level. With a half-empty hall, they offered simply terrible landing options. They do not listen to the requests of the guests. To drive such people from work! As a result, they didn't stay. With this attitude, fuck the beach. They lose money from scratch. We arrived on a recommendation. And there's such a terrible attitude. Note to the shareholders of the restaurant!

Yes, many dishes are not for those who count calories, but they are prepared taking into account the traditional recipe. The only thing that did not leave a pleasant impression was that they persistently offered to take pancakes with a tongue, they say, it is very tasty. Well, it was far from the most delicious combination, to put it mildly, for an amateur. But later it turned out that the position with the language is one of the most expensive. In any case, it was a voluntary choice, but somehow the trust in the recommendations of the waiters decreases after this. Nevertheless, I really liked the service and the kitchen :)

We ordered pickup: pancakes with mushrooms, sorcerers, dranik in a zbuynitsky way, hoping for a delicious dinner (in August we visited this place only at a different address, it was divine), but it was not there, we open the package and we are greeted by a "zhorik", very similar to a cockroach, this, of course, us it did not stop, we open the containers, the pancakes with mushrooms turned out to be without cabbage (the choice of this dish was made precisely for the sake of cabbage, oops-a bummer, the institution said that they did not put it on pickup, the question why they did not put it / why they did not warn, the answer did not sound, it was also not indicated anywhere), then we open the sorcerers (knowing for sure that there is no catch, but no - we were met by a hair inside), this, of course, disappointed, but did not stop, we open in a zbuynitsky way, phew, there is no hair, the potatoes are delicious, the filling is so-so, the pork turned out to be very tough, more than beef, the sauce is delicious)
In total, the establishment is suspicious.
We still dared to try the food, dranik with mushrooms 5/5, sorcerers 2/5, zbunitski 2/5, there is something to work on, but first of all carry out general cleaning, buy a head net so that the hair does not fall (200 rubles For 100 pcs), cook pork properly.
P.S. the restaurant returned money for 2 dishes, but apologized not sincerely, sadly

They brought borscht instead of sour cream separately, there was a mass floating in it , clearly squeezed out of the package like mayonnaise. I asked a friend to try what was added to his hodgepodge, it tasted like sour cream. And after stirring it, it immediately dissolved. I have already strongly pointed out to them that it is not sour cream that floats in borscht , but like mayonnaise in chunks without dissolving. They decided to replace it. But they brought the same thing again, immediately adding it to the soup. And again, the taste is fatty and does not dissolve, floating in lumps on top. I'm not a restaurant critic, but it's a game to do that!! Moreover, having shown them that sour cream has dissolved in the hodgepodge and is in couscous, and. It does not dissolve in borscht, they left with a dissatisfied face. He refused and went with his daughter to eat somewhere else. My friend stayed, finished eating, and paid the bill. Everything was very tasty, only the beetle felt like it was without rye sourdough, but I liked it anyway. In the end, they took a tincture of sea buckthorn, very worthy. It feels like this is not a drink with alcohol, as often happens, but a good moonshine with a pleasant aroma. It is better to book a table in advance or come outside peak hours.
