The cafe is located in the pedestrian part of Rakovskaya Street, a popular tourist destination. The interior of the cafe does not stand out in any way. The hall is a little dark for my taste, but there is a cozy track. The food is just great! The branded dranik at the price of shawarma is simply huge and is able to satisfy two hungry tourists. The staff is efficient and polite. I definitely recommend it!

I really would not like to give this place 4 stars, because the food is very tasty, but unfortunately the service wants to leave the best. Even when we called the waiter, she just looked at us and didn't react in any way. To place an order, we had to go to the bar and even at the bar when we made an order, the waitress did not react in any way and did not say that she would come to accept the order, but simply recorded our order.

We were in Belarus in August. Visited: Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Maryina Gorka, Vitebsk.
Of all the cafes in the cities, "Pansky Dranik" turned out to be the most memorable.
The prices are the same everywhere, approximately. We had a rest with two families - 7 people.
We liked it here - the service, the interior, the dishes - were very tasty.
During further visits to Minsk, we will definitely go to the cafe.
We recommend you to visit.

The reviews here are very laudatory, but in fact the kitchen here is not very 😔the pancakes are very greasy / oily, I ordered another grilled tongue, and they did not remove the skin from the tongue, there is some strange taste and overcooked on the other hand, the waiters do not look when they are addressed, the walls here want to leave the best with mold and huge cracks, the atmosphere here is depressing, it's dark and there hasn't been a repair for a long time, even a 1-star rating is a lot
In short, they ruined the mood for the day with tasteless food and atmosphere

When we come to Minsk, we always visit the Pansky dranik! If you want to taste the local cuisine, then it's worth visiting this place! About 2 years ago they were in the basement, now they have moved to a more pleasant place for the interior!
Large portions, everything is delicious, especially the draniki! Pots with ears are also worth a try, soup, lard!
The only thing is, I didn't really like the waiters, somehow they weren't very friendly, they were 2 times and 2 times I was unlucky, but I put it down to the fact that there was a large flow of people, and we were without reservations. Anyway, there are more advantages and the Pan-dranik is definitely worth a visit!!!

A magnificent, atmospheric and very tasty place. We arrived in Minsk for 3 days. We found this place on the map by chance and did not lose it! It is cheap, tasty and few people here (even on Friday evening they found a place without booking). They cook themselves and you can feel it. The staff is very friendly.
We dined here all 3 evenings and did not regret it at all)
Below we wrote about the long wait and about the kitchen closing early - I don't know, we didn't see any of this.

We came as a family on their recommendation, according to them, half a year ago there was an exemplary institution with excellent staff and cuisine, now it is, to put it mildly, a horror.
1. There was mold on the tortillas, they were replaced
2. In a dranik with a filling, the hair from the beard partially protruded.
3. They forgot about one dish and brought it only an hour later, 3 reminders and promises to bring it in 5 minutes and several attempts to refuse.
I'm disappointed, I don't want to go there again.

I wanted to taste pancakes and delicious Belarusian cuisine with my family. They chose the menu and reviews for the bright pictures, but everything was confirmed, they did not regret it. Draniki with a tongue is the highest score. I was especially pleased with the tinctures. Excellent raw materials, mild taste, saturation at the level (I tried it in different places and countries for taste - there is something to compare it with). Tinctures are top, you should definitely try them. From my favorite - horseradish, aniseed and pervak.

We went to eat national cuisine. Tables are wobbling, benches are wobbling. We took borscht, draniki, a pan burger and tea. The Russian ruble came out at 1,800 rubles, which seems unreasonably expensive. To say that it was super tasty is not. It seems to me that in the Russian Federation, the national restaurant is more delicious. In burgers, the cutlet is chopped, there are a lot of veins. The pancakes are super oiled, it's clear that they are fried, but you can squeeze them right here. I took the lard to the borscht, hoping that the lard was my own salting. The usual store. In general, there are tastier places in Minsk with similar prices.

After reading the reviews, we went to this institution and were not mistaken!!! Friendly staff, and all Belarusians in general are very pleasant and polite people))) we cooked everything very quickly and tasty, everything is fresh, including draft beer. The food is freshly cooked, not yesterday's, which is important. The portions are very large. We ordered caesar, pancakes with salmon, and a frying pan with pork and vegetables, we wrapped the salmon with us, we couldn't handle it. The check for 3 adults is 130 bel. rub., which is approximately 1300 rubles for Russians. It's been 5 hours since I visited your place, and I'm still full. If we manage to visit your city, we will definitely come to you again!!!

It was our first time in Minsk and Belarus in general, we really wanted to taste the local cuisine, and the choice fell on the "Pansky Dranik".
The hall is pleasant, dimmed light, cozy, nothing bothers the eye.
In the evening, I had to wait a little while until a table was available.
Draniki, sorcerers, tar-tar - everything was delicious, the portions were huge (barely got out from behind the table), the serving was fast, despite the full hall of guests.

Visit the cafe "Pansky Dranik", Minsk, Rakovskaya str., 18. A very good cafe in the historical center of the city. The cafe is small, probably 30 seats. It was Saturday, 09/9.23, city day. All the nearby establishments were free, if not empty, and here I had to wait up to 10 minutes outside until the place was free. The staff is friendly, they were invited in and started serving very quickly. The menu is varied, everything is mainly based on pancakes, sorcerers combined with fish, pork, veal and vegetables. Very appetizing snacks of mushrooms of different varieties and vegetables, cold cuts, etc. Belarusian cuisine is well represented. Black kvass and mors are good drinks. We ordered an appetizer of pears with sour cream, an appetizer of honeydew with red onion, sorcerers with sour cream and pancakes with roast pork. We drank tomato juice and black kvass. Hot tortillas with garlic are served instead of bread. Everything is fresh, crisp and very tasty. Everything and the menu cost 71.5 rubles

I recommend "Pan lard". It just melts, I've never eaten anything like this in my life. The pancakes are real, they differ from all other places in Minsk: they look like pancakes everywhere, but that's exactly what they are here! Horseradish on moonshine is strong!!!!!

They waited 40 minutes for glasses of beer (they were reminded of them three times and asked to bring them), as a result, beer was brought at the end of the meal... A glass of water is water from the tap, not from the cooler :)
