I came from another city, I found it by car without any problems. A quiet, unloaded street near the center.
The reception is smart, everything is clear, the standard room was spacious and cozy. There was a water filter in the hallway not far from the room.
Breakfast was not pleasant, by 10 a.m. there was little left, the apaika on the distribution was spinning like a squirrel in a wheel and answered my complaints with irritation. From the fact that we ate cereal, the porridge did not go in, the scrambled eggs are normal.

I love this hotel, the best one for me! The rooms are always clean, there is wireless charging (not everywhere), but you can always ask and they will definitely bring it. I really like the administrator guy because it is easier to find a common language with him than with female representatives, since they are not always happy sitting there.

Not a bad hotel. For a business trip, when it's not bad to spend the night in the room. However, in the room (standard), in places the floor seemed to swell and now "walks" underfoot, the bathroom is separated from the room by matte Plexiglass... The room has a kettle, tea, bathrobes, slippers, a large TV, a mini-bar (for a fee). Very good breakfasts, polite staff, interesting recreation areas in the reception area. The location is not bad - not the very center, but not the outskirts either. 😀

Within the framework of Karaganda, I consider it a fairly good hotel. Good standard rooms, good cuisine (I agree with previous reviews). From the comments: the quality and timeliness of cleaning in the corridors, the kitchen is different from the shift. Overall, I was satisfied, I recommend it, next time I will choose OZZ.

The rooms are large enough for one, the bed is large, the service is good. I liked the breakfast buffet, but there is one drawback - average lunches and dinners are not of such high quality as in other cafes in Karaganda.

A cool hotel in a quiet area. It's budget-friendly and very cozy. A good mattress and bed allow you to have a good rest. The lounge terrace on the 1st floor is a cool feature! A faucet with drinking water on the floor is also a super solution! Well done hosts!! 👍🏻

Always had a rest at your hotel

We moved into an apartment for 20,000 tenge per day
As if the room hadn't been cleaned at all
It was dusty, the floor was dirty
But the last point was the dirty toilet!
It just goes beyond all bounds!
Silence?It's how lucky you are…
Then oohs and aahs until morning
It's some guy's conversation
Who talks all night long about what he did, what he drank, where he was
Droned on all night)
It was impossible to sleep
And in the morning he brought another friend and finished me off completely)
Of course, I did not sleep at all from the word!
Breakfasts have become worse!
The hotel used to be more family-run
For families with children
I DO not RECOMMEND IT!

A wonderful hotel. The booking rating is 95% in line with my expectations. Clean rooms and common areas.
The staff is extremely polite. It's endearing.
I liked the idea of a water filter in the hallway, although I would also like to see bottled water for an extra fee.
In my opinion, the breakfast is not great, but considering the cost of living, you can't expect much more than what is offered.
Price/quality 9 out of 10!

The hotel does not have an elevator and a porter. I carried the suitcase to the 3rd floor myself.

A great hotel for your money. We lived in apartments and suites. Everything you need is there. Soft mattresses, lots of pillows. Breakfast is normal. The only downside is that wifi crashes in the evenings.
