There are pros and cons.
Positive:
- beautiful hotel;
- the territory is clean enough;
- friendly and friendly staff.
Minuses:
- lack of a restaurant;
- the hotel has imported breakfasts (buffet), that is, there is no restaurant in the hotel and it is not possible to eat (dinner after the end of the day, etc.), not to mention eating "with a knife" at all;
- during the entire stay, a manhole was opened near the pool, into which you can fall;
- when we arrived, we were accommodated in a room on the ground floor with access to the pool. The room was not cleaned, there was garbage in the trash from previous guests, etc.; the air conditioner did not work and when a hotel employee was called, it was impossible to fix the problem. We were frozen because it was +16 degrees in the room. We also couldn't turn on the TV - it didn't react to the remote control, apparently the batteries to the remote control for the TV hadn't changed for a long time. There was only one set of slippers and so on in the room. After two hours of freezing and waiting for a fix, we were offered to move to another room. We agreed. But, the room turned out to be a much worse level and smaller in size, on the second floor, without a balcony. There was no compensation or any buns.
- there was no kettle in the room to drink tea;
Russian Russian TV channels are not available (even in Seychelles, there is Russian TV in guest houses);
- the hotel is located far enough from the central locations;
- the fountain at the entrance only works at night (why? - it remains a mystery to me)
To sum up, it is difficult to say that this is a 4* level hotel, although the hotel is clean enough, but there is something to complain about. Yes, the staff is very friendly, but there is no restaurant, there is simply no kettle and tea in the room, the plumbing is already tired (the faucet is wobbling), the hotel can only be given 2 *. Unfortunately, expectation and reality are far away.
The perfect place! I accommodated a group of 34 people - there were rooms for everyone. We were greeted like family and despite such a large number of guests, we were settled ahead of time.
Special thanks to Elbek. This is a caring person who knows how to think about everyone and everything. I organized a representative for the group from a local telecom operator. The hotel did not have the necessary amount for the exchange - I collected money from the group and sent the person to the bank to exchange it. We forgot our things at the hotel and arranged their delivery from Samarkand to Bukhara. If you need breakfast an hour earlier, please!
Any of our issues were resolved instantly.
The hotel is new. The rooms are large and comfortable. The linen and towels are perfectly white, there are bathrobes and all hygiene products. Mattresses of medium hardness.
The staff washes and rubs something all the time during the day. But at the same time, everything is done quietly, without disturbing the guests with conversations among themselves and noisy work.
We just checked out of the hotel. A great new hotel. Transfer . Taxi (Yandex) for a lot of notes from 150 -350 rubles. They asked me to move the beds, they moved them. Bathrobes, towels, and accessories were all there. The service is at the highest level. Everything will be brought and prompted, all wishes were fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Wine and whiskey glasses, cutlery, ice were all brought to the room immediately. We overslept breakfast, brought a cake straight to the room, although not. They organized excursions for us, everything is fine, both the driver and the guide. Currency exchange! Yes, Elbek organized everything. The administrator is just a class. Went to the spa, $48 an hour. The spa is great, bring fruit slicing. There is a lobby bar ( expensive).
Of the cons: there is a smell of sewage in the bathroom, a foot towel on the trap solved the problem, but something needs to be done with the shutter in the trap. The refrigerator was not working. We were offered a different room on the second day, but we were too lazy to move) . And find out in advance how much drinks cost in the lobby bar. For example, 430,000 SOM were read for 7 cans of beer before leaving. But this is not critical). Thanks to all the staff!
We lived in the Sultan Palace Hotel with a large group. I really liked everything. Delicious breakfasts, cleanliness in the rooms, comfort. Nice sauna and swimming pool. The administrator Elbek is very attentive, always listened to any wishes!
A great hotel with good service. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly. I would especially like to mention the administrator of Elbek. A full breakfast with fruits and delicious food. One of the disadvantages is the paid spa area.
A luxury hotel for little money (by the standards of Uzbekistan and generally tourist places) for two. The hotel is NEW - it's enough to understand that it's cool there for that reason. Clean, carpets everywhere, air fragrances, its own swimming pool with a terrace for relaxation, super polite staff. Hair dryer, large shower, soap accessories, snow-white towels.
At the meeting, they offered drinks, helped to lift things to the room (I left the guys a tip for this). The breakfast is excellent, a good selection of dishes, snacks, fruits. The day before, we lived in Dushanbe in Hayat and, to be honest, we liked Sultan no less! Despite the fact that the price difference is 5 times!
Great location, no need to drive into the city in traffic, left the transport in the parking lot and calmly took a Yandex taxi to Registan, the road took 13 minutes. We left in the morning the same way, without driving into the city through traffic jams, it's very convenient! The only thing is, if the balcony faces the road, it's a little noisy with the door open. Next time we'll ask for a window on the field.
Thanks to the guys for the rest after the road! We will stop only here.
We chose between this and another hotel to stay in Samarkand for 3 nights. We stopped there and did not lose! It is located far from the center (10-15 minutes by taxi), but the hotel is worth it!
The service, the attitude of the staff at the highest level - the five of Egypt/Turkey and even Dubai have a lot to learn👍🏼
Everyone is ready to prompt, bring, help, etc., politely and with a smile.
It can be seen that the hotel has recently opened - everything is incredibly clean and new, the room smells (nice :)) a fresh renovation. The room has everything you need, the furniture is very clean and new.
By the way, this is the first time I've seen that there are humidifiers in the room (and in all public areas)! A separate fat plus!
It's a pity that we won't get to the opening of the restaurant. I'm sure it will be very tasty!
While the hotel has a delivery service. They bring very tasty food (chicken is a delight! Appreciated by the whole family), put on plates and you can eat in the lobby bar.
The breakfasts are delicious, but there is a variety of food for every taste, there are even strawberries!
The hotel has three pools - one on the street (the water was 23-25 degrees in May, you can swim, and two on the 1st floor. At the moment, you can "book" a swimming pool, hammam and sauna for your company + a locker room with showers and toilets. That is, there will be no one but you - it's great! There is also a massage here.
Obviously, a small fitness room is planned, but a little later👍🏼
Prosperity and success to the hotel and its staff ✨
It was nice to stop!
We really liked it!!!
The service is excellent.The rooms are super.The breakfasts are good. Thank you very much.
If we are in Samarkand, we will definitely come only to you.
