The doors are not checked for defects during packaging and shipping. Victoria, the door consultant, is far from working with clients, runs from one client to another, which affects the quality of services provided, she gave her phone number, but in the end it was very difficult to reach her, they reached her for two days. The cashier did not document the word at all, in the return invoice she asked to sign in the "received" field, although the name of the storekeeper who received the goods was printed in this field. He argues with the client to the last.

I bought the doors, they said everything was in stock. After ordering, they called an hour later and said that the platbands were not in stock, they would be able to bring them in 1.5 weeks. I didn't get a call, I called an hour later, I only got through to the call center, the previous 2 numbers are no longer responding. I'm going about my business, the delivery calls and says that the car has been loaded, they will arrive in 10 minutes (not 30 and not 1 hour as they said in the store) ...I was at another address, flew there. I took the platbands, I ask the courier, who is responsible for logistics? Courier: no one, we have a separate delivery from the store, on our own.
