I bought a level 60 cm in the evening for 90 rubles. Quite expensive from the range. In the morning, the installation of windows was planned, I decided to check the builders so that they were well installed.
It turned out that he was "lying" 4 mm per meter long.
In the morning I went to the store with the receipt, I thought I would change it.
They were sent from the information desk to the return room.
I show the elderly woman, politely explain that when the level is rotated 180 degrees, there are different values.
She does not delve into it and does not look at it, she brazenly proves that she does not see this as a problem.
We invited a consultant from the sales department. He immediately said that yes, there is a defect.
The woman gave me a statement in which I have to describe everything, give the level for 2 weeks and wait for an answer.
Again, I politely ask you to change it to exactly the same but serviceable one. Less than 12 hours have passed since the purchase. And the whole check, including the level, was about 700 rubles.
- No, it's not allowed!
I called the general manager. He also began to force me to write a statement and wait. I ignored the fact that I needed a level right now.
As a result, I got nervous. I broke it on my knee with a bang (the level, not the manager...) and left it for them to examine.
Such is the unpleasant story in this store. Of course, I will not buy anything else there.
