Today we chose a lamp. Going into a special room, we asked the consultant girl to help with the choice and pick up a lamp that will well illuminate the room according to the quadrature. Which was followed by a charming comment "well, you have to look," then the girl showed a single lamp. While she was trying to tell something about him, a girl approached her with a question about an extension cord, after which our consultant safely left us and never returned. They left without a lamp, because they did not wait for the consultation we needed.
The only thing that deserves a really good evaluation is a beautiful girl in the infocenter. Very positive and pleasant. Although for some time they were waiting for the delivery due to the queue, but after communicating with her, the negative left by the consultant subsided a little. Therefore, I put three stars. It would be more if it were not for such an attitude towards customers.

I ordered several items of goods, only three were brought, although we previously agreed on delivery for several items of goods. I've been waiting for delivery for two weeks! The carrier is a third-party company, neither an invoice nor a receipt was provided. There was a discrepancy in the amount of the order and delivery. Managers do not want to work with the client, they ignore it! The problem could be solved by sending the goods or returning the overpaid funds, if of course you are interested in customers. They've been playing football from manager to manager for more than a week. With such now - no business !
Addition to the review: October 2023. According to my appeal, the issue was resolved, the missing goods were delivered! Not so fast, but still fulfilled their obligations.
