The request I left online was answered the very next day. At the bank itself, I was very lucky with the operator (a girl with blue eyeliner, I think number 10): she really understands her field very well and clearly answers questions. It works very fast. I don't know how it is now, but it used to be the only bank where you could open a virtual Visa/Mastercard card. But of course I would like more branches than one for the whole city. There are no complaints about the work of the bank itself, everything is fine.

Very incompetent employees. We reissued the cards together. They told me to come back the next day . One person was released, but they forgot to change their phone number and had to do it manually. And the other one wasn't released at all, they forgot... They said wait an hour (then why invite them the next day? In other banks, it takes exactly one hour). As a result, after a 3-hour wait, the card was still reissued ... and if there had been a lot of time, then how?

Changed: the problem was solved, the money was returned. I took off 2 stars for the lack of work of the support service. They were just collecting information and not passing it on to anyone. In May of this year, the ATM chewed a 100,000 sum bill. I called support several times, they asked for all the data, promised to call back. But there was no result. The situation occurred before leaving for another country. Upon returning, she started calling again (about a month has passed). It's no use. I had to go personally to the bank. 08.07 it turned out that the support operators have never transmitted information about the situation to the department that deals with these issues. I wrote a statement where I indicated everything, they promised to solve the problem in three working days. A week has passed, and today, July 15th, I was invited to the bank, and I do not know if my money will be returned to me. Data on the date, time and place of the incident, of course, were transferred to the bank.
