A magnificent hotel. Although it says that the hotel has three stars, we would actually put four. Everything is clean and tidy, all equipment is working everywhere, light bulbs are on everywhere, nothing is broken, nothing is hanging out, everything is adjusted, everything is securely fixed. Nice cozy rooms spacious 70 TV programs are running. I appreciate the quality of the room if the control panel works flawlessly. So the staff at the hotel keeps track of everything down to the smallest detail. Wi-fi stopped working for a while, and immediately within 10 minutes a specialist appeared who fixed everything, then apologized for the inconvenience, But in fact it was very pleasant. At the reception, they told us where to have lunch, where to go, they helped us change a large amount of money for smaller ones, they were always friendly with a smile and were ready to help with all problems. A magnificent hotel that left the best memory if I return here, I will definitely book rooms in Azamat

Service is provided upon request. The staff is very friendly and considerate. The rooms are already well-worn, but everything works; air conditioning, TV, kettle, extractor hood, light. The cleanliness is relative, of course, the smell of carpet is wow, but the main thing is that the bed and towels are clean. The sounds of the street are not audible. It was not possible to eat, the restaurant was open only for festive events, we ate in a cafe nearby.

We traveled with my husband, got into a very decent hotel for a reasonable price. The only minus is the distance from the center, but this is not a hindrance to the tourist, as a result of which it turned out to take a ride on a brand new trolleybus, as well as communicate with the locals))

Fenced, guarded Parking, surveillance cameras are hanging everywhere and the whole parking lot is in the palm of your hand from the security office. Since I was driving a loaded pickup truck, this was the deciding factor when choosing a hotel. Polite, thoughtful and very qualified person. Purity by five. The repair is not new, but the condition is good (solid four). I rented the cheapest room for half a day for 9,000 tenge. A full day is 11,000 tenge. I was satisfied.

The hotel is not bad.. But the upholstered furniture in the room was dirty - it was scary to sit on the sofa. They cooked delicious, but I would like fresh vegetables for meat dishes and bread so that it was not only wheat.

Неплохая гостиница на правом берегу. Плюсы: просторные уютные тёплые номера, завтрак, свежие полотенца и постель, приветливый персонал. Минусы: один ключ на номер, нет бирок на ручку двери.
В номере есть холодильник, телевизор, санузел.

Доброжелательный, отзывчивый персонал банкетного зала и гостиницы. Чистые уютные номера с мощными кондиционерами - очень порадовало в такую жару.
Администраторам огромное спасибо за организацию отличного обслуживания на мероприятии. Всё понравилось.

I do not recommend this hotel. The audibility is very strong. All night in the next room they listened to music, shouted, moaned and it was all very clearly audible. The administration doesn't care at all.

She didn't give us the number, but asked us to go somewhere else. Due to the fact that we asked for A NORMAL ROOM WITH A REFRIGERATOR.

Останавливались в этой гостинице в мае 2023 года. В целом, нормальная трешка, номера чистые, персонал вежливый. Район, правда, не очень, если окна во двор, мешают спать собаки.

Классная гостиница, только персонал не вежливый, охрана в 8.30 утра будет будит тебя в очень грубой форме, в ресепшен девушка казашка молодая не объясняет правила заселения в отеле, с утра потом с вами ругаться будут и утверждать что это элементарные вещи что посетители должны знать время заселения и выселения в гостинице какая, и какие у них правила. До этого была девушка казашка среднего возврата , объяснила все четко, очень вежливо , во второй день сама позвонила в номер и напомнила о выселении в вежливой форме. Так отель очень хороший. Снимал люкс номер 5 дней. Когда молодая казашка была каждое утро настроение портилась, а как ее сменщица была, очень классно , хорошего дня желала всегда .

Повелись на хорошие оценки на букинге. Ночевали одну ночь. Номер люкс 604). От люкса там только название. Всё старое, грязное, розеток мало, обои отваливаются, полотенца жёлтые, с пятнами. Вода течёт еле еле. Спросили на ресепшн про завтрак, на что администратор ответила : "А завтрак я вам повешу на дверь"))) такое мы встречаем первый раз)) отель 3 звезды... Ну смотрите фото сами. Не рекомендую.

Плюс только за интерьер ресторана. Кухня не вкусная. Меню старомодное. Персонал оставляет желать лучшего.

Хороший отель. Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Есть все необходимое, доброжелательные сотрудники, удобное расположение, неплохой завтрак. Рекомендую, не пожалеете. Спасибо!

Чистота слабовато, с семьёй больше точно не буду останавливаться. Ремонт старый, хотя в свое время был наверное классным.
Желательно обновить ремонт. И несколько креативных идей не помешало бы.

Жил возле курилки на третьем этаже. Постоянно шум, разговоры и вонь. Заселялся осенью, было холодно.
Завтрак приносят в номер в пакете и стучат в дверь, обычно в 8:30 и не важно, хочешь ты выспаться или нет - разбудят. В номере был очень слабый напор воды - толком ни помыться, ни, извините, смыть.
Из плюсов - вежливый персонал, даже в сезон была возможность продления номера, чистота, бесплатная парковка.

Халаты в номере отсутствуют. Пришлось звонить на рецепшн. Опаздали с завтраками. В некоторых номерах белоснежные простыни не первой свежести.

Заезжали почти ночью, группа 45 чел. Долго не могли организовать расселение, пока не стали возмущаться, хотя была предварительная бронь, были УЖЕ распределены номера и паспортные данные на ресепшене. В номерах был чайник, но питьевую воду нужно было спрашивать самим на ресепшине, хотя по идее она должна быть в номерах. В целом впечатление не плохое, завтраки вкусные, чистое белье и прочее.

Это не гостиница, это сарай. Здесть только домашний скот пристроить можно. В номерах отваливаются обои, розетки вырваны с корнем и болтаются на проводах, кресла и стулья в номерах ходят ходуном. Розетку нашёл одну, и ту под столом..... Не рекомендую.

Отвратительный завтрак! Принесли холодные яйца, ужасный пирожок с картошкой и один пакетик чая на двоих.
Розеток в номере очень мало, свет тусклый, кондиционер работает очень громко.

Прокурено, не так уж чисто. Завтрак приносят в номер в пакете в одноразовых контейнерах. Жареное яйцо или каша. За такую сумму можно снять отель получше.
