Minuses:
Dilapidated room stock (Sockets are thrown out, doors do not close well, wallpaper is peeling in places and quite large cracks on ceilings and walls are visible. There is a problem with appliances and plumbing. The smell of damp and old age in the rooms)
Disgusting sound insulation.
The elevators are very noisy. (If someone arrives on your floor at night, then it's wonderful to hear (I woke up every night).
Uncomfortable bathtub/shower.
A dreary view from the window.
The stripped-down external air conditioning units, which are perfectly visible from the window. (The feeling that they have not been washed since the opening of this hotel)
Lack of Parking. (only for 3 cars)

It was a pleasure to stay at the Nomad Hotel. The staff is polite and attentive.
The breakfasts are decent. There is a dry cleaning and laundry studio, it also works on weekends, we used the services, and we delivered our ready-made clothes to the room ourselves. Nearby there is a park area and a lot of cafes and coffee shops. The embankment is within walking distance.

The staff is friendly. In the second building, the rooms should be highlighted - a lot of things are worn or broken. Wishes: 1) Solve the problem with WiFi - the Internet connection is extremely unstable and, most often, is simply missing from the rooms of the 2nd building. In the restaurant of the 1st building on the 2nd floor and in the lobby at the reception, there is still a net. 2) Put mini-refrigerators (mini-bars) in the rooms - now there is nowhere to put food if it is bought in a store and not eaten immediately. 3) There is not enough furniture for storing clothes - one narrow closet and 4 hangers in it. For one or two nights with a minimum of things with you still nothing. And if there are more clothes, there is nowhere to hang them. There is no chair with a back - only a banquette at the table. You can add a floor hanger for a suit - there will already be at least some help plus a closet. At the same time, the rooms are small, there is not much extra space for furniture. 4) Only instant coffee at breakfast - it would be better to put a coffee machine. The first hotel I've been to (and I travel a lot), which offers only instant coffee for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is very, very modest in assortment. The location of the hotel is good - shops, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance.

I stayed here for more than a month. The repair was done 10-15 years ago and has not been updated since then. It can be seen that the wallpaper is glued periodically, the furniture is tinted with a marker, and the wiring leaves much to be desired. There is only a TV, a telephone and a couple of glasses in the room. At my request, a small refrigerator was brought, as I was stuck here for a long time. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed. And the bed linen is changed 1, sometimes 2 times a week. There are also advantages - not all hotels in the city have breakfasts, there are, but mediocre ones - they arrive in the second week. For breakfast: tea, coffee, sweets - 2 types of cake, pie, Belgian waffles. 2 types of porridge. Muesli, balls, flakes. From the hot, which is cold here - rustic potatoes, sliced sausages, meat (presumably beef). there are also scrambled eggs and cheesecakes. The eggs are warm-if you're lucky. Drinks: juice, water and milk. Although the juices are different every day, everything else is the same. Another advantage of this hotel is that it is located in the leisure center - there are parks to walk, beautiful streets, and also where to eat, there are many good cafes around the hotel. At the reception, friendly staff meet and escort you by opening the door. The Internet is terrible, crashes periodically, it is impossible to hold a meeting, and watch videos too. In general, an old hotel for a lot of money (About 80-100 Euros for an average room). I would not really like to recommend it, but I lived in another hotel, without breakfast, but with good repair and in general this one is better because of the location and breakfasts.
The worst thing is that everyone knows about the cons, but they don't change anything! Apparently the owner just wants to make money without improving the quality.
I really hope that my review will be passed on to the management and something will start to change for the better at the hotel.
And so far I have put 2 stars, but then I added a third because of the location of the hotel.

I got an old room. The wifi was barely working. Periodically, it did not work at all. It was difficult to work. I have not seen such breakfasts for a very long time... the choice is not big, vegetarians will only eat cucumbers and tomatoes ... in general, I did not see the price-quality, either the price tag should be reduced or the quality should be improved…

Today, a man fell into the room, opening his electronic key, what he wanted in my room remained a mystery. It seems that anyone can enter your room at any time of the day. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Why was the parking lot removed? A traffic police officer runs around and does shoo to everyone. Such an expensive hotel and put the car wherever you want. Disappointed. The hotel is not cheap, but it was built and they don't invest a penny more in maintaining life. Shabby. Breakfast, as if it had been stolen, all the dishes are cold, leathery meat, sausages, even instant coffee. How can it be that there is no disposable comb in an international hotel? Usually both a comb and a shaving kit, if there is a request for it. Wasted money.

An amazing hotel. It is amazing that there is a Karaoke room on the ground floor of the hotel, and it is open until 2 am. So, if you wanted to relax after a hard day's work, then you will not succeed.
Of the advantages : location ; polite staff ; rooms after recent renovation ; warmth in the room ; TV with a wide selection of channels ; delicious cuisine .
Among the cons : karaoke room; buffet ; opaque iron caps on food plates ( I didn't go beyond two caps , because I didn 't have time to play your game - guess what 's under the hood ) , in the restaurant the price for one dish that I ordered grew every day: the menu has one price , in the check is different , and the next day it is even higher ( although the composition of the dish has changed ).
Everything is fine , but the current karaoke room in the hotel , which simply does not allow you to fall asleep , is disrespectful to visitors .
