In Semey, this hotel positions itself as a monopolist. Perhaps this is so, since other hotels generally "put out the light", but 23,000 tenge for a single room and 37,000 for a double room is not worth it. But there is no alternative.

The hotel is a stretch for 3 stars! Repairs and furniture are tired (swollen wallpaper, shabby and dead furniture). There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. In my room, the bathtub was yellow and there was mold in the joints. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that is being done in the next room. You can say that there is no Internet, the TV shows terribly (it is rippling, it is not possible to watch).
There is no refrigerator in the rooms. They do not provide water, there is no water on the floor either. Naturally, tea and coffee are also not provided. At the request, they provided a kettle (small and Soviet-era, dirty and scaly), I did not dare to use it. The breakfasts are passable, but they save on everything. Cheap and not tasty sausage, fried sausages and cheese. If something runs out, they will bring it in 10-15 minutes. Instant coffee, brewed only for a fee.
The staff is tactless (I'm lying resting in the room, there's a knock on the door and without waiting for an answer, they immediately enter. They needed to measure the windows)

The Internet is a brake, we can assume that there is no Internet at all!!! The workers, the cleaners are making noise, in the morning you can't sleep any longer! They're talking about it!

Nice hotel. Everything is clean, the staff is responsive. The 2nd building is generally cool. Breakfast lacks a bit of variety, but if you don't find fault, it's delicious.
You can ask for a board and iron in the room. Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the room.

Good rooms, comfortable bed, bathroom is normal. The breakfasts are good. The Internet works terribly, if you want to watch a movie, get ready for suffering, low quality and constant freezes. If there is some kind of banquet, then they will not be able to sleep until 12 at night. There is no kettle in the rooms, no refrigerator, not even water, neither in the room nor on the floor.
