Convenient location (25 minutes from the airport without traffic jams, 10 minutes on foot to Republic Square). Clean rooms with fresh renovation. The plumbing is working properly. There are necessary utensils, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning. Iron at the reception.

There is a SAS store nearby. I recommend visiting the food court there. Delicious and affordable.

I really liked the apartment. Spacious, stylish (without gilding and stucco:), everything is made for people: a powerful hair dryer, good pressure in the shower, air conditioning on the side and does not blow on the bed, a mirror against the illuminated wall. The room has a dressing table, a coffee table and two poufs, as well as a sofa. Excellent kitchen area: stove, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, set of dishes for serving and cooking. You can live in them quite calmly for a month - there is a washing machine, an ironing board and even a broom with a dustpan :)
Special thanks for the stock of detergents for dishes, a new sponge and kitchen towel, a stock of washing powder, salt and pepper - this is often forgotten and guests have to buy large packages for some reason and then not knowing what to do with them.
Cleaning is on request, it is enough to post the appropriate label, towels are always changed, slippers and shower supplies are updated. Clean linen without a single stain.
The staff is very responsive, they showed everything upon check-in, clarified whether an iron was needed, and brought it in two minutes. The question asked late in the evening was answered through Booking in 3 minutes, even though there was no one at the reception anymore.
Within a radius of 500 meters there are 2 wine shops, a large chain supermarket, a small store, and a very small liquor store, a tavern. 7 minutes walk to the metro, 10 minutes to custard coffee, 12 minutes to Republic Square.
To be honest, I was more than satisfied with the price-quality ratio, but I'll leave a couple of remarks:
- the windows face the road sideways. However, this did not prevent us from sleeping peacefully with the windows closed sometimes until 11 am.
- walls (as in all hotels in this area!) thin, and when two laughing girls with colds moved into the next room at night, I, of course, was not happy. But, I repeat, there is such audibility everywhere in this area, so the earplugs helped me very quickly :)
