I recommend considering the possibility of training them. I still managed to get a microwave oven thanks to the excellent communication skills of the courier, who, unfortunately, was not informed about the cancellation of the order.

I contacted the seller (newton.by) and 2 months of calls/callbacks have begun, when one directs to the second, and the second to the first. I received calls and suggestions on how to resolve the situation only after a written complaint was sent to the seller. From this experience, I can conclude that the Technoprav LLC service center issues deliberately false conclusions, and if you encounter a similar situation, you should not waste time talking, immediately translate your communication into a legal and written form. I did everything, the message was read only after a couple of hours, questions were asked, I answered immediately, but the answer was only the next day. So the correspondence unexpectedly dragged on for almost a day. I understand that there may be a lot of requests or work, but it turns out that the person asked a question and immediately left this chat and read the answer on the trail. day. Strange.
But then it was more fun. They wrote me to bring everything to the service, which works from 9.00 to 18.00. The next day, at 9 a.m., I knocked on the closed doors, and the robot said by phone number that they had been working since 10 a.m. Somehow I managed to contact them through the store itself. As a result, we agreed that they would pick me up by courier themselves. Of course, there were also nuances with the arrangements, I will omit them. The vacuum cleaner was still taken away the same day after lunch.
I suspect that with this approach, the battery of the product will be defective for a month, but I want to believe that everything will be solved faster.

I ordered a smartphone on 13.10.2024 with delivery to another city, the customer service specialist set the delivery date for 16.10.2024. The smartphone was delivered at the specified time, but the courier arrived on the state number of the Russian Federation, which already alerted me (does the courier service have the right to carry out its activities on foreign numbers?). Further even more interesting, the driver handed me a package with a box with a smartphone through the driver's window and said that I had time to familiarize myself with the goods for 2 weeks, they say, pay immediately. I told him that according to the Law on Consumer Protection, I have the right to familiarize myself with the contents of the box and the working capacity of the product, to which he remained silent, well, I began to unwrap the box wrapped in several layers of film. Next, after opening the box, I turned on the phone, after which the driver told me that further familiarization with the product after payment would take 2 weeks. To which I turned off the smartphone and gave it back to him, because apparently the courier was in a hurry somewhere, or maybe they wanted to cram a marriage into me after installing the store, because no one at any smartphone manufacturing plant twists boxes in several layers of crumpled food film. I suspect that the smartphone was in use. Also, on the part of the store and the representative of the courier store, the norms established in the Law on Consumer Protection were violated. One of the norms clearly states: "The seller (contractor) is obliged to demonstrate the operability of the product (result of work) and transfer to the consumer the product, the quality of which corresponds to the information provided about the product ..."
Be careful if you suddenly get into a similar case, do not give the money until you check the operability of the product, in my case, the operability of the smartphone (OS operation, screen operation (matrix), camera operation, etc.).
If you buy here, then forget about the warranty. I bought a boiler and they immediately gave me a piece of paper stating that there were no complaints. Of course, you won't see everything. In fact, the case is bent. And it's obvious that it's a factory defect. It is clearly visible that this was definitely not done at the time of transportation. They didn't take it under warranty.

Answer : 14 days! Calendar, not work. Well, then. Okay Was it a hundred in 14 days? That's right, nothing, he was just HIRED. I warned the consultant that I couldn't wait, explained the reason, couldn't she say the word diagnosis?? Diagnosis takes 14 days, and then they fix it for another month. Why do you need such a stupid employee? And there is no need to blame, they say, everything is written in the receipt. Even before the receipt, I also have to be consulted verbally.
I purchased a system unit with a complete assembly of components from Newton. After 2.5 months, the cooling fan in the power supply began to crack violently from time to time. After applying for warranty service, I received two options: either remove the power supply myself and send it for diagnosis, which can take from 3 to 14 days, or transfer the entire system unit as a whole. Since the PC is used in the workflow, it is impossible for me to turn it off for such a long time, especially just for the sake of diagnostics.
Considering that the "diagnosis" of the fan crackling problem is, in my opinion, no more than 5 minutes of work, I asked to speed up the process or provide a replacement power supply for the time of diagnosis. However, I was denied both requests.
I strongly doubt that in the event of a malfunction of any component of the system unit, the warranty service process will differ significantly from what is described. As a result, it seems that the guarantee, in fact, turns out to be unavailable.
