the place is very beautiful. I really liked the veranda on the roof. but the cuisine is mediocre, there are places in Astana with more interesting cuisine. The service was average, and we weren't in a hurry to get there.

I would like to write a positive review..since the food, service and interior I would rate at 5. But! I ordered a good 100ml rum. I ordered 100ml again. and they brought an outright substitution... I don't know what the bartender was counting on, apparently that the woman wouldn't figure it out after 100. Even the waiter understood this, in front of whom the bartender had to pour the original rum from a bottle! I don't know if it's the bartender's initiative, which doesn't make sense..but for such an institution, it's terrible 👎 they changed my glass, but they didn't even offer dessert as a compliment 👎

They came with their cake, they kindly cut it for us, they also gave us a small cupcake with a candle from the institution for others , the service was good , we liked everything , we had a nice time in a small company

The establishment is setting up customers. Hookahs are offered, after ordering, police officers come in with a camera and fine the guests.
The administration of the institution that offers these hookahs to everyone does not do anything, they are clearly not seen in the manner of communication for the first time. In general, I do not recommend it, unless you want to pay an additional 50,000 fine to the account. Employees are sitting in an unmarked car near the establishment, after ordering they are informed and they kindly come in to draw up a report on you.

The family came to dinner, read the positive reviews, and settled down near the Window, made a large pretty order, and the first thing they brought us was wine, where 150ml was declared on the menu and as a result they poured 80ml, Took a measuring glass at the bar and Turned out to be Right! It was visible to the naked eye, on my remark to correct the situation, the barter and the waiter grinned, which caused us an unpleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.
And so the kitchen is quite acceptable, in general, we would have sat well, if not for this situation with half-drunk alcohol.
