I have been using MTS communication for 5 years, all debts were extinguished during the day. I took 3 phones in installments, I always paid for everything on time. The phone broke (the work is connected to the phone), a new one was urgently needed. The installment plan was refused.
I bought a Samsung a52 phone with an Amoled screen here on September 29.
After a day or 2 of using the phone, severe pain appeared in the eyes, and headaches began immediately after use.
The phone has a flickering screen, PWM. This is felt by the eye after use, as well as if you point the camera of another phone at this screen. Flickering in the form of stripes, they move from right to left with a small frequency. Because of them, problems with unrealistic eye fatigue and headaches arise.
Using such a screen is like looking at welding!
That is, it is unrealistic to use a phone, because the matrix in it is extremely low quality and there is no desire to completely "plant" your eyesight.

The department for servicing legal entities is simply a gloom. The access system, in order to get through, you need to call a landline phone. They don't pick up the phone for half an hour - this is the order of things for them. Employees are not very competent in terms of service and tariffs.
I was on MTSE once. Long ago. The trees were big then. And MTS had few cells. And there was nothing the kids could do about it. But we must give them their due, they kept a good face at a bad game. With all my might. I contacted the service. They helped. They calmed me down. And great.
The remarkable thing about this salon is the large number of visitors on a day off. Its convenient location in the middle of Bolshaya Serebryanka is affected. That's why there are queues. Keep this in mind when planning a visit.

The staff is trained and works well. The salon is perfectly equipped. Although, I'm not thrilled with how MTS communication works, and with their suggestions.
After visiting the MTS central office to purchase a phone, the staff of Ekaterina (registration, consultation) and Alexey (equipment consultation, assistance in setting up the phone) left a pleasant impression. The competence and attitude to customers of the above-mentioned MTS representatives are at their best. Thanks)
The place is well located. The staff is friendly, but does not go to meet the client. Everything is strictly according to the rules. Maybe this is normal.
The main MTS showroom in the country, and that says it all. Any issue that can be solved will be solved here. There is a children's corner so that the children can draw quietly, work out and do not take out the brain while waiting :-)
