I placed an order in the app and waited for it to be ready. After 25 minutes, I decided to ask because the status hadn't changed. As a result, it turned out that my order was not even displayed and the institution did not see it. Even though my order was fully paid for.
They requested another 12 minutes of waiting. OK, I waited. I take the shawarma, and there are 300 grams, instead of the 450 grams I paid for. I came up and said that the weight was wrong, they told me that they would redo it. Okay, I waited another 7 minutes, and when I pick it up, I realize that it's a strange size and weight again. I came home and weighed 360 grams.
I called the quality department. The owner must have answered the phone. To my justified indignation, he replied that since childhood he had learned one lesson from his father: you need to work with a client efficiently, and not lick his f ***. And no one will lick my ass, they can redo the shawarma, well, or a promo code for next time. But the promo code for next time is like come to the window and tell me they promised. After I weighed it, I decided to dial again to clarify the "quality" of the work. To which I heard the answer, "well, you've changed the shawarma from 300g to 350g. When asked if you have a 350-gram shawarma in your assortment, but there are specifically 300 and 450, I heard the answer: well, yes. I didn't hear any other attempts to resolve the situation. This was the last visit to this institution. For the future, I advise everyone to avoid them, so as not to get into such controversial situations in which they forgot about the quality, but they did not forget that they would not lick you!
In total, the order takes more than 45 minutes.
It's a disgusting approach.

If you want to throw half of the shawarma in the trash, this place is the best choice!

While the cashier was there and the cook was taking orders for a smoke break (there are no questions here), but the fact that he is wearing only gloves and working with the cashier and then immediately goes into the products makes you think about sanitary norms. I ordered a classic 450. The sauce is a tasteless white slurry, there is no salt at all, a bunch of old oak cabbage, a couple of transparent slices of pickled cucumber and some tomatoes. But the most disgusting thing is the meat mass. Ugh, there's some kind of jelly-like fatty mass like a skin or fat films cut from meat, everything stinks of something raw and not edible, as I understand it, something unfinished was added. There were a few normal pieces of meat on top, but I threw this stuff away after eating about half. I don't know what happened next. I've never seen such game anywhere.
The hired staff are young workers, they sit on their phones and react poorly to what is happening around them, but I don't care about that.

The shawarma turned out to be juicy, the cucumber was crisp and fresh, the pita bread was crispy (but in moderation), the sauce was just the perfect amount (it did not flow into the bag and at the same time juicy).
