The Mirage Recreation area is a great place for relaxation and entertainment. Hot springs with clean and warm water help to completely relax and recharge your batteries. We are especially pleased with the presence of water slides, which make your vacation even more fun and interesting!
The territory is well maintained, there are comfortable changing rooms and relaxation areas. It is suitable for families with children as well as for friendly companies. The staff is polite, everything is organized at a high level.
It's a great place to come back to! We recommend it to everyone who loves comfort and water activities.

I liked the place, the pools are clean, the territory is large - there is a place where you can barbecue, have a good rest and swim in hot water. There is a store with all the goodies. There is a cafe where there is a delicious lagman. The only room at the standard rate is so-so. It is not very cozy and everything is already packed (bed, doors and mattress) . Perhaps the vip room is better - we didn't check it. Breakfast is included in this price. The breakfast is excellent. I recommend.

A great recreation area! I have been visiting it since 2010! It has changed a lot for the better during this time. The cafe is worth mentioning separately! They cook great! Especially fried potatoes. Currently, it has increased significantly, is in demand, affordable prices. But there are a lot of vacationers. Sooooo much and noisy. If you want to relax quietly and peacefully, it's better to look for something smaller.

A wonderful recreation center. Very clean, beautiful area, pools are filled with clean water every morning. There are many pools: 5 adults and 3 children, so there is no such crush. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are only monotonous, but for the low price, thank you for such breakfasts) The cafe has delicious Uighur cuisine. And most importantly, hot springs actually have healing powers, we have fully recovered after a long journey!

We love this recreation area, we often go there, everything is good, clean, the pools are constantly washed, the territory is cleaned, the kitchen is acceptable both in price and taste, we settled almost on time. I removed the star for an unpleasant moment, there used to be excellent breakfasts (salad, bread, butter, porridge, scrambled eggs and tea), but now they have an innovation, you need to choose between porridge and scrambled eggs, as if very few people eat porridge anyway, (by the way, almost no one eats salad at all, it would be better if it they were removed from the breakfast menu), but sometimes you want both, and also very rude waiters witnessed how the waiter shouted at the guests, just because of breakfast. Yes, I also wanted to add that the terrace near the rooms was not stolen from us after the previous guests and no matter how much we asked, they did not hear us, swept away the garbage, and the spilled drinks remained. Even if the scrambled eggs are for a fee, we could make the price normal, for 2 eggs 600 tenge is too much...

Everything is fine. This is our second vacation. Clean, comfortable. The only thing that really bothered me this time was the lack of a medical center or at least some kind of basic first aid kit. In our case, in the end, the benefit was not critical, in another case it may be important.

I like the Mirage, the place where you can relax on weekends, if you don't mentally build a 5-star hotel out of it. The rooms are quite good, the pools are excellent, breakfast is included, we just take some food, drinks and clothes. It's quite a good place for a pleasant stay with friends or with your family.

Our favorite recreation area! We returned from there yesterday and rested there from July 16 to July 19. We go there every year. I like everything very much. The recreation area is very cozy, lots of greenery and flowers, the territory is clean, there are many pools for both adults and children. There is a cafe on the territory of the recreation area, they cook delicious food, breakfast is included in the price. We also rested in other recreation areas, but we did not find anything better than the Mirage. We plan to go there next year.

I really like the recreation area, we have been traveling with the whole family for several years, the territory is always clean, the pools are constantly drained and washed. 5 adult (one indoor) pools, 3 children's pools. All pools have a canopy. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator. There is a wonderful pond with beautiful gazebos on the territory. What else always pleases, every time you come and see that the recreation area is only getting better, you can see that they are investing in it.

We have been vacationing in Mirage for several years, we like everything, cleanliness, service, pools, territory. I didn't like rooms 20,21 this time. The mattresses are very old, it's uncomfortable to sleep, there is no partition on the floor in the shower, while you wash, the entire bathroom floor is filled with water. As it is, there are more pluses than minuses.

5 families had a rest in the VIP house! It was cool, its own pool, the house is good. The rooms are a bit small, but in general - everything is wonderful. Then the bulk left and we rented a free room, according to the administration - a junior suite. This is a terrible 101 number I will remember for a long time. For hot water, you need to drag yourself to the boilers. Kettles are not provided in the rooms. It's dark, damp, terribly dusty and the cherry on the cake is BUGS!!!! They got up bitten - bites with an even path with holes in the center ((( At 7 a.m. they just got up, packed their things and after breakfast scurried out of there at the maximum speed allowed on the highway... there is a plus - we passed the police, they don't catch the boozers so early the day before)

It is better to book places in advance. Secure parking. Places for cooking: barbecues, cauldrons, etc. Breakfast is free. They cook delicious. There is a playground.
What I didn't like: we waited for almost an hour until we stopped by (at the same time, the rooms were booked in advance) - the rooms were put in order (rooms are vacated until 12, check-in from 14); the pools are dirty.
If the neighbors feel the Call of the jungle in themselves - they make noise, brawl, etc. - The administration does not interfere.

It's a great place! Excellent rooms, large Parking, 4 types of pools for any visitor - from water lovers "cooler" to "very hot". The only thing that upset me was that there was no remote control from the air conditioner in the room for 5 people, as well as a pair of saucers / glasses. Good evening! We visited the recreation area on 12.01.2024 and were satisfied and happy with our rest. We were worried since we were driving for the first time, but our fears were not justified. Breakfast before 10 a.m. you have time to get up and go to a cafe (clean and cozy) to pick up breakfast and feed everyone, since it is allowed to take with you, we ate in the room we had a kitchen and a gas stove, you can warm up and boil a kettle (available in the room). The dishes were part of our own and a little in the room, so we ate at home all the time. There is a shop on site. 6 swimming pools, one of which is indoor, we went to inspect it and that's it. We swam near our room, quickly and not far to run, although there was no frost, but it was still cold, especially when I got out of the warm water. There are also slides near each pool, our children only managed to wind circles. I thought it would be cold, I gathered a bunch of warm things, but it turned out that they were heating with a bang, so the children and we walked around in light clothes like at home. The only thing is that there is no mop to wipe the bathroom floor, and running taps in the kitchen, but my husband said they can't stand such salt water and burst. That's all the cons (mop) About noisy companies, yes, it was, but our room is far away and therefore we did not feel much discomfort. There is also a small lake with fishing on the territory, I only shot a video, but we did not dare to fish in the cold👌 As for the food, we ordered a dish for the company, we had enough for everyone, and there was still some left. We are very glad that we chose this hotel for our first trip, the whole family, including the older generation, were very delighted (although they took out all the brains before the trip-they worried) We want to come back again 🙏
