We arrived at the zone at 12:00. They met us at the administration without masks and asked us to wait literally 40 minutes.
During the waiting period, we decided to take a walk and see the location of the rooms. As it turned out, all our rooms have double beds, although the conditions were clearly stipulated at the time of booking
When contacting the administration, they did not help us solve the situation. Moreover, those who had reservations for double beds were provided with separate rooms🛏😅 As a result, we agreed that we would provide additional blankets, but only in the evening🙈
Upon check-in, our rooms were not ready yet. Until I contacted the administration again, they did not think to clean the rooms. We checked in only at 15:00🤦🏼♀️
Check-in to the room - there is not even soap. I'm already silent about the shampoo with gel.
Having applied for a book of reviews, we were offered to pack our things and get out of the zone 👍🏼
Evening came...There are no blankets, we go to the administration again)
Night...We woke up .
A new day... There are no kettles in the room, hot water is only in the dining room. But! You can't take boiling water before 10 a.m.! Because the guests won't have enough for breakfast. And apparently we are not guests😅 and you do not need to have breakfast🤬 When trying to pour boiling water, they began to push me and yell that I was not on vacation in Dubai🤔
They asked for a knife - but they are only paid 😅
Among the advantages - a clean area and swimming pools, polite guards😃

The TV does not work normally in the suite, there is still a collective farm shower, and the prices for the sauna were increased from 2500 to 10000! The slide is old and 1 and they write a water park! The pool with a slide is dirty and the hot one is clean. The cafe stinks of something and the store is also a collective farm. The trampoline is torn and dirty. The porridges are over-salted. Prices for everything just went up and 250 km from the city. I recommend choosing something else!

I honestly expected more from the kitchen. In room 66 junior suite, the toilet is leaking and there is no attention to comments. The durability of this junior suite is 30,000 tenge and you still have to pay 1500 tenge for the grill.

It is quite a decent area where you can swim in warm water from spring to autumn. However, this area is not suitable for hot water lovers. The temperature in the pools is ZO-Z5 degrees. I was also surprised by the lack of an entrance to the cottage and a place to cook barbecue. The pools are all open and therefore, in winter, the changing room on the street is suitable for followers of Ivanov's water procedures. Although it is written in front of the entrance that it is forbidden to be drunk in the water, many people still neglect it. There are always a lot of people, rooms need to be booked several weeks in advance.

It's not a bad place, but if you're familiar with such a thing as ol inclusive, then you won't last 2 days there. I can't say anything about cleanliness, the rooms are good, but it's still not cozy. The staff, for the money that was paid, could at least put on a smile.
