I am extremely disappointed with the service in this store. I booked the costume in advance, but due to the postponement of the holiday, I had to change the booking date. I wrote to the administrator on Telegram, but there was no response. I waited for several hours, but I didn't get there. And the other rooms don't work. As a result, I had to go to the store itself to resolve the issue on the spot. They gave me the costume that I had originally booked, but I doubted the size and asked for another one. Then it turned out that his price was already different. Although we initially agreed on the same price, we were simply faced with the fact that we would have to pay more. This is, of course, an unpleasant moment. When I asked why the receptionist ignored my messages, we were told that she was in Turkey, had not slept on the road and therefore could not respond. It's a weird excuse. Customers should not suffer because a store employee cannot do his job. The impression is ruined. If you want to avoid such troubles, it's better to choose another rental.
