The master could not fully figure out what was causing the knocking in the front wheel, which was made on the bumps. During the inspection by the first "master", after he said "a *** knows him" under his breath, the second one delicately approached, and already silently, but together, they began to further search for the cause of the knock. After they realized that the proverb "one head is good, but two are better" did not work in this situation, the first master touched one mechanism in the wheel, which made a similar sound when the car drove over bumps. And he said with 100% certainty that this part can be replaced, this is a common problem, and many people drive with this knock, it does not affect anything, except that it affects the nervous system. You can change, or you can drive with a bang, as if that's what you need. I accepted the information, processed it, thought about it, and did not immediately change this information, because I wanted to make sure at another service station that the problem was being solved correctly, because I did not want to throw money away.
It turns out that my doubts did not let me down, I just needed to replace the shock absorber, which was practically out of order. For diagnosis, it was enough to strain your brain a little, and shake the front of the car with the hood open, and putting your finger on the shock absorber head from the engine compartment, the knock went into your finger, and it became obvious that the knock was due to the shock absorber that needed to be replaced.
From the situation, I concluded that the master was not particularly eager to understand the situation to the end, and, due to lack of professional experience, could not determine the exact problem with which I arrived. The administrator at the time, having taken over the information from the master, correctly explained and oriented the cost of work, spare parts and deadlines. But why change something that doesn't need to be replaced? :)

They changed it, they wrote in the paper an oil change with an automatic transmission filter of 80 rubles. As a result, I see my new filter in the trunk that they didn't put in. Replacing the timing chain, I asked to give all the old spare parts, then I see that there are no stars, they left the old ones on the engine, but where are the new ones? Did you order a complete set for some reason, for 1150 rubles?
If there is a breakdown with the air conditioner, then the repair is only here. You have to leave the car, but you will get a call that the car is ready. There is a linear welding on site.
