I do not advise contacting Megaservice! The first time, three years ago, I asked to cook a kitchen chair, they do such work according to advertising! They named the price and the time of work! I arrived, it turns out that they have run out of gas! I've been calling for a week, it's useless! Brewed it in another place! In the spring of 2022, I asked to change the front headlight! We set a time, asked for photos to send cars! I've arrived! The wrong headlight was brought! But then I found out that the headlight is defined like this! You look at the car from the front, if the headlight is on the left side, then the left, if on the right, then the right, and not as it is customary to determine from the driver's side! I also found out that we have left-hand traffic, because the driver is sitting on the left side! However, then, the next day, they apologized! They admitted they were wrong! But the headlight was finally changed! I applied on 09/28/2022 with a request to eliminate the coolant leak! Changed the tee, paid 100 rubles. A month later, on 02.10.2022, the scoreboard showed the absence of liquid! The tank turned out to be empty! I drove them a car, asked them to figure it out! A day later they called and said there was no leak! Like, I'm making something up! I asked, check carefully, there is a liter bottle of antifreeze in the trunk, from which I poured about 700 ml of liquid into the tank! They said OK, let's check it out! After that, for five days, I called to find out what was wrong with the car! the answer was, everything is under control, we will raise the engine head, maybe the liquid goes into the engine! I called you last night! They said that I was manipulating my car, everything was fine, no one was going to do anything anymore! I picked up the car today! There is garbage on the panel in the cabin, on the chairs, on the floor! Did you bring the master, show him that you couldn't clean up after yourself? I agreed that it was bad, the guilty would be punished, it was so the stove was blown! It's all sad!

2 main cases :
I drove the car for inspection before the trip, examined the suspension, brakes and so on, assured that everything was fine. Later, I drive the car to another service station and see for myself the worn pads, bent discs, also did not notice the jammed handbrake, and other problems. Due to the untimeness, I had to pay one and a half thousand for repairs. Before that, this service said that everything was fine.
In the same year, they contacted 08.07.2022 with the fact that the left rear wheel creaks. We need to find the cause and eliminate it. Upon arrival, we are simply informed after the fact that we have drilled the disk (without even asking), and assured that everything will be fine. The next day, everything became much worse. I had to fight to return the money, and prove to myself that the problem with the caliper, and the bent brake disc is a consequence. They assured me that nothing is in danger, and this creaking is the norm. As a result, it turns out that there is a problem with the caliper, it is jammed, and at any moment the wheel could jam. It's pitch dark, comrades! Drive around and don't come in here.

For the first time I turned to the services of this service station, having read positive (mostly) reviews, although my friends advised other service stations where they are serviced. But nevertheless. In addition to the reviews, the choice was influenced by the location of the service station (it is convenient to get there by any type of transport).The overall impression is very positive. The only remark was from the very beginning that the preliminary cost of the upcoming work was not announced due to the employment of a specialist in the repair of another car. This might be an insignificant point under other circumstances, but given the cost of the services of this service station (and they are, to put it mildly, too high compared to other similar service stations), it is unpleasant when confronted with the fact of a phone call when car repair work has already begun (and then, if you ask, what will it all cost). I have no special complaints about the quality of the work performed - everything is done as expected (although it should be, as they say, by default). True, there was a "joint" on their part in the electrics, but they were immediately eliminated (fortunately, I drove away from the service station after repair). In general, ONE HUNDRED as ONE HUNDRED - nothing particularly good, as well as nothing particularly bad has been noticed. Unless the prices for the work performed in the future will force you to look for another service station (fortunately there are enough of them in the city), but this is a personal matter for everyone, which does not affect the overall impression. I will advise no one to go here to be repaired, as well as to dissuade. The only thing I would like to advise potential customers of this service station is to clarify the cost of the upcoming repair before it is carried out. Especially if the car, like mine, is not the newest (20 years old) and not premium (regular Ford fusion).

I do NOT advise you to contact this service station, especially as a diagnosis of a car before buying.
We drove the car for suspension diagnostics and error reading before buying. The first time they explained to us that recording was day to day, when recording day to day, they said that the service was in fact: there was a free master - please, if there are no free masters - goodbye, but they assured us that we were taken on a pencil and we can arrive at the appointed time. Arriving at the appointed time, it turned out that no one knew anything. We waited for the master to be released. We waited. We looked at the suspension, said that everything is super-duper, the suspension is in excellent condition, the nuance is only with the fuel filter, which was then replaced. The same thing happened with reading errors, the chip was inserted, they said that everything was great. Accordingly, having given money for the work and faithfully believing the words of experts, the car was purchased the next day. A few days later, we stopped at another service station, planning to replace oils / filters and other consumables. They "pleasantly" surprised us there, saying that the rear suspension is in shit, the front one is already suitable. They also read the computer there and said that all the errors had been safely removed quite recently.
Thank you a HUNDRED times for such "high-quality" work.
