When I was here for the first time 2 years ago, I fell in love with the kitchen. The food was great and the prices were inexpensive. We went about 3 months ago, the prices are much higher and the taste of the food is lower. Maybe the cook has changed. In no case do not order soft drinks, put a couple of pieces of oranges in soda syrup, and add a mango passion fruit drink. We ordered a crispy eggplant salad, so we brought it to the greenhouse, only the name remained crispy. Meat was ordered for the second, not bad and not good. The service is normal, the guys are trying their best. We won't go back there anymore.

We were with a dance group the other day. The rooms are very tiny and narrow for such prices. And what is the tourist fee? The first three days there was a buffet, and on the last day the breakfast was very meager, it was brought to us in plates. It seemed that apart from our 40-member ensemble, there was no one else in the hotel. The service does not match the price. The only thing I liked was room cleaning.

A very nice hotel. Snow-white sheets, the rooms are very clean, water, tea, coffee. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the rooms.
Excellent breakfasts: cereals, pastries, fruits.
Very tasty cocktails and a beautiful presentation!

Nice hotel. Conveniently located in relation to the airport and railway station. The staff is responsive. They speak Russian. There are no ATMs. The breakfasts are quite decent. The only thing is to find out in advance what the t number will be. There are rooms with small windows under the ceiling. That is, there will be no kind.

A wonderful hotel, above all praise! Everything is provided, down to the smallest detail. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to the Cleaning staff. While we are at breakfast, the room is cleaned and the linen is changed.
A very important detail, they have a wonderful restaurant with delicious cuisine on the ground floor and in the attic with a wonderful view of the city.

Great design. It's nice to watch, but I'm not coming here anymore. Wi-fi is not very good on the 4th floor. Parties are held every evening on the floor above. They end at 23:00 - only after that it becomes possible to work and sleep. Once it was so loud that the floor vibrated under me. At my request, they made it quieter, but I still couldn't even read - I just didn't understand the meaning of what was written, because the music interfered. After the party ended, I couldn't sleep for another two hours. And the next morning I was woken up by a call from reception. The receptionist irritably reminded me about breakfast. It was 10 minutes before the end of breakfast. That is, according to the administrator's ideas, I probably had to do the following in those 10 minutes: wake up, get up, get dressed, go down and eat everything. I'm not even talking about the fact that after the party the day before (which I didn't even participate in) I had a headache and a stomach ache because I didn't get enough sleep. It was very difficult, but still I refrained from sending the administrator a foul language - I am not very kind in my sleep, especially when I was woken up for no reason. Turning up for breakfast doesn't seem to be my responsibility.
There is no sound insulation of any kind. When the "daytime" music is turned on in the lobby, everything can be heard in the room. Cars from the avenue drive right over the ears.
In general, it's not clear why they have beds in their rooms - they won't let you sleep anyway. It is also impossible to work with such wi-fi - we were forced to spend traffic with a travel sim; electricity is also cut off here several times a day. If the review could be titled, I would title it with the idiom "bearish services". Although everyone is very nice and friendly.
I regret that I hurried to write a positive review on the booking.

The hotel is good, it was clean, the breakfasts are normal, the location is very convenient, the airport is 7 minutes away.
