We had a great rest, it was quite affordable, had a delicious dinner,had a great time at the spa,the staff, waiters and administrators are polite and attentive, they listen to the wishes, the only thing that could not turn down the music on the street in the speakers, it plays very loudly in some places from the speakers. The rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, nothing superfluous, we took a room with a balcony. Excellent hearty breakfasts. The first check-in included breakfast in the room rate.It was very tasty.In the next check-in, breakfast began to cost 150 rubles separately and breakfast 10 rubles for two.Okay, we paid for it.We ordered a room a week in advance, it was explained to us that the green room was 150 rubles and breakfast was 10 .Okay, we agreed and booked a room.Upon arrival at 22:30, they explained to us that breakfast began to cost 10 rubles per person.We refused breakfast.But I think we are being deceived and breakfast is included in the room rate.How do I contact the owner and find out the truth?We're living in a room right now.

We chose a bird for a few days while we were on vacation in Belarus. The place itself is great. There is a river nearby, a lot of greenery, very picturesque, the building itself is pretty. There is parking for guests. The room is also above all praise - there are enough lockers, a kettle, thick curtains, a good shower room, everything is stylish and beautiful. The mattress and pillows are gorgeous, which is not found everywhere in this price segment. If you tell us the day before what you want for breakfast and at what time, you can get to a delicious and hearty breakfast, but more on that below.
We didn't use the aquazone, I won't say anything here.
On Saturday evenings, banquets usually take place here and it gets very noisy from the music, but it's not so scary, we were warned in advance.
BUT the problem is that the Bird is clearly more designed for cafe visitors and weekend guests.
It feels like the staff doesn't really communicate with each other.
The administrator cannot always be found. The phone number is indicated on the counter, but it is also not always possible to get through. We missed breakfast twice - once we couldn't find the administrator the day before, the second time it was time for us to check out and go home, but again we couldn't find the administrator, we had to call)) there was a feeling that it was more important for us to move out in a human way than for the staff to send us away. Yes, it's morning time, but what was so difficult about just personally taking the key from us?
And parking. There is parking for hotel guests, but if you left in your car for a few hours, someone from the cafe's visitors can take the place. No one will fix it for you, even if you have checked in for a few days. There is public parking nearby, but having to look for a place is still annoying.
In four days, our room has never been cleaned. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant.
It is clear why everyone likes this place - it comes in very well on weekends. But then you start to feel like a ghost here - there is no one from the staff around, only sometimes other guests and guests of the cafe pass by.

I visited the aqua zone, the spa area at the Ptitch hotel, and the impression was terrible. The smell in the relaxation booth and in the sauna is disgusting. It's not very clean and it's not neat enough. The shower water is cold, the shower hose itself is broken, but the biggest disadvantage is the sauna. There are 2 of them, there is no temperature in one, no one goes there. The second one is hotter, but it is 2 times smaller. The administrator forbade steaming with brooms, why? It's not clear. The only advantage is a warm outdoor pool.
I wouldn't have come a second time. The idea is very good, but there are too many disadvantages :(

We give 4 stars because we know that it was much better a couple of years ago. It's worth refreshing the spa area a little, for example: the sofas in the cabins are burnt out and the interior is stale, it's time to change the shelves and stones in the sauna. The pool is dirty, it even smells. It is necessary to put on a shower to rinse off after the sauna, and so everyone runs to rinse in the pool. I really miss the shower! As for the hotel, there are no questions about the rooms. Everything is clean, beautiful, stylish, and warm. The K NG restaurant was beautifully decorated this year. The only point is that smoking is allowed in the restaurant, and smoke goes into the rooms, which is certainly not very pleasant. Breakfast is included in the room rate, delicious, satisfying, but monotonous. There was also a not very pleasant moment - at the time of booking they did not say that on weekends the room rate would be 20% more expensive. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay for the room every day, and not as before for the entire period of stay. As a result, when the weekend came, the room rate increased by 20%, which was not a very pleasant surprise for us. Overall, everything was good - private Parking, friendly staff.

Good afternoon, everyone. I have been visiting this institution for more than 15 years. We had lunch, had dinner and just rested there. On my last visit on 02/05/2025, as always, I ordered borscht and machanka in the shlyachet style....One and the second dish turned out to be absolutely not tasty, I did not eat even 1/4. The girls ordered draniki (with mushrooms)....I tried it and even they turned out to be without salt. I asked the waiter a question, maybe they changed the chef and got a negative answer. When paying at the main house, I talked to the receptionist and said that I was disappointed... the receptionist explained that their chef and recipe had changed. The waiter stood silent. Tea and dessert have already been brought to me by the receptionist....
It's very unfortunate that this is happening...
Be careful, the kitchen at the Bird is unfortunately not the same....

If it were possible to put 10, then with great pleasure, I would do it!!! An incredibly cozy place! The staff ratio is 20 out of 5!!! The breakfast is hearty, delicious, varied!! Everything is clean and tidy! The aqua zone is just fire! There are two saunas to choose from - one is hot, the other is like a hammam in temperature! There are all shower accessories in the room! Even a shaving gel machine!! In general, there are a lot of impressions, and only positive ones! We will definitely come back again! All the best to you and prosperity! Wait for us to visit ♥️♥️♥️

I've been to this place for the first time.And there is something to compare it with.In Sochi (I won't say the hotel)when meeting the guests, the receptionist did not even raise her ass, here at 12 o'clock in the morning, the receptionist Tatiana showed, told and, one might say, put her to sleep.I took a room without a balcony, it's very cozy and has everything you need and even more.The breakfast is hearty, it lasts until 4 or 5 pm.The pool seemed decent to me.Of course, like everywhere else, it doesn 't happen perfectly, it would be necessary to slightly tweak the furniture in the rooms and in the cabins for relaxing after the pool.But honestly guys, I really liked it.The staff is helpful and the hotel is located (as I wanted, far from the road)
And special thanks to Tatiana for her attention and care (she got up at 5 a.m. and cooked me something to eat and gave it to me when I checked out).
I recommend taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

A wonderful hotel near Minsk (10 minutes by car). The rooms are clean, cozy, and warm. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, bathrobes, all bathroom amenities, minibar, spacious wardrobe. The breakfasts are very tasty! On the territory of the hotel there is a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool (included in the price). There are no questions for the staff. Definitely, I recommend it.

The service was very slow, the staff inattentive, and they brought each dish in half an hour - while the last ones were waiting, the first ones had already eaten.. as a result, it was not possible to spend the evening well, some dishes simply did not exist (of the main ones for such an institution, there was no barbecue, only chicken wings and pork ribs were offered), it was also difficult with beer and juices..
The evening was waiting for food and excessive noise from the next table) tables were set up very closely for the hall - literally sitting side by side with strangers

A great place for those who travel by car. Comfortably. Heat. Mentally. The breakfast is delicious! We did not go to the pool, as we went for a walk in Minsk. One or two nights to spend the night is the best thing. There is parking.
The only drawback is that the audibility is strong. In the next room, they stomped so that it seemed like we were walking around the room. The neighbors stayed up late, and we woke up with every step.
Otherwise, thank you very much! Everyone is friendly and kind! I would have stayed there again.

We were with a group at the aquazone yesterday. In the beginning, I was skeptical of this institution, but in the process my opinion changed dramatically. The place is super! Such a thing. Interesting interiors, but the food is weak. The beef draniki turned out to be bland, and so was the meat. My wife ordered a salad - they brought it without dressing, the cook just forgot to add it. French fries were normal) khachapuri on the grill fire, very tasty. And, we also ordered the Marrakech tea, it's usually delicious, there's black tea, mint, all kinds of additives, spices... It's just green tea and a couple of mint leaves. All 😁😁

It's a very cool place. Home cooking, gentrified area. There are gazebos for summer weather, as well as nice houses in different styles. While waiting for the dishes, a peasant came up and started playing funny songs on the accordion.
There are not many such establishments in the Minsk region..

The hotel is great, but the sauna let us down, because a group of men who were relaxing in a neighboring house got drunk and filled the stove with water, which is why we were steaming in a crowd in one bathhouse from several rooms. It feels so-so.

In Belarus, they were invited to a birthday party at the Ptich cafe, which is located outside the city of Minsk. The location of the cafe is just wonderful, near the lake. The cafe itself has good cuisine and reasonable prices. You can also use the recreation area with a swimming pool, hookah and there is a hotel. Good organization.

We found a hotel on the Island on request. We arrived at 22. On the ground floor there is a banquet hall full of people, music, frolicking children. The rooms are right above this splendor, the building is low-rise. The receptionist explained that music is played until 0:00 on weekends. It's probably all great and fun. But not for relaxing off the road while traveling. They did not move in.

A great place for a country holiday, the Aqua zone with a swimming pool is super!)There are 2 saunas and a swimming pool for small children!) It's a great place! The room is cozy and clean, everything you need for living is there, including shower gel, shampoo, razor, even disposable shower caps. The price includes access to the aqua zone with a swimming pool for adults and paddling pools. Both are outdoors, but heated. The staff is attentive and helpful. We chose an omelet for breakfast and did not lose it - it was very tasty. In the cafe, all the dishes are simply delicious, we enjoyed dinner.
The center of Minsk is 15 km away, which is not a problem by car at all.
I took few photos, as we arrived in the evening, it was dark. But believe me, the place is great.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and then returned for 2 more. The hotel is located on the highway towards Brest, it was convenient for us, we just went there. There are only 4 rooms in the hotel, cozy, clean, comfortable beds, good bathrooms, bathrobes and disposable razor brushes. There is a banquet hall downstairs, it's a bit noisy on weekends. The hotel has an aqua zone for guests staying an hour a day for free. The administrators are friendly. There is an interesting situation with breakfast included in the price. On day 1, a fried sole called scrambled eggs and yoghurts was served. Without bread, vegetables, etc. On the second day, we asked for an omelet-they served slightly less overcooked scrambled eggs and yoghurts. On the 3rd day, there was a new administrator for some kind of feast: they served delicious scrambled eggs, bread, butter, jam, one egg was boiled separately for one child, served with separately sliced ham and tomatoes. On the last day, we just asked everyone to boil eggs (fearing fried eggs again), as a result, ice-cold eggs were waiting for us (apparently they were left in the refrigerator from the banquet the day before), bread and ham. No yoghurts, no tomatoes, no butter, even the black tea is over. But the breakfasts did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel, let it be a growth zone) and I recommend the hotel.

A very nice hotel. It looks amazing inside. The breakfasts are very good. The SPA area may be good, but it is not clear why for vacationers one hour, and then 13 Belarusian rubles per hour per person. Business is understandable! Young people jumped into the pool with us. I think it's not a spa(! There is a very good beach nearby, 5 rubles entrance and 5 rubles sunbed for the whole day (Belarusian). There is a spring nearby! The room is really not cleaned.

A wonderful location for relaxation, an atmospheric place. There are a large number of covered gazebos, houses with Jacuzzi, outdoor swimming pool with lighting. In the evening it becomes more comfortable, everything is illuminated. The distance between the gazebos allows you to separate from neighboring companies. Of the advantages: the kitchen is quite affordable, the food is delicious, the proximity of a large reservoir, convenience upon arrival, there is Parking for cars, there are enclosed spaces for large and small companies. Of the cons: due to the rather large territory, the cleaning leaves much to be desired, it is not critical, but in places it catches the eye, the service in our case was lame, the waiter was confused in the order, incorrectly punched the receipt, but at the same time apologized for our comments. The tinctures disappointed, the taste and color, as they say, but they did not seem to be in the best quality to the whole company of 9 people. I would like more fun music that plays in the background on a common area, of course it was acceptable for communication, but it was not suitable at all as part of recreation and entertainment. As a place to spend a vacation in a company near Minsk, it fits perfectly.
