We chose the kitchen for a long time. Almost 9 months have passed from the moment of the first draft to the final decision. We did not consider a modular kitchen, because we thought that it was impossible to make cabinets for built-in appliances in a modular kitchen. As a result, they counted in different salons, but they couldn't keep up with the budget, they were considered quite expensive everywhere, well, something was confusing… We got to the salon on Moskovskaya Street on the recommendation of a friend to the designer Natalia. And EVERYTHING worked out. Natalia suggested a completely different version of the project, which we didn't even think could be done! And it turned out to be almost within our budget and all the equipment came up. We were very pleased with Natalia. Thanks to her for our kitchen, everything turned out better than we wanted!

Not only was the kitchen made for almost 2 months, but not everything was brought. And what was not brought, you need to eventually call to beg. They said one date, silence, I'm calling to clarify myself, your details have not been brought, wait for the beginning of September, although according to the contract they must do it by August 25. Why is there no customer feedback? Why do I need to ring a hundred times for your joints and find out when everything is done? Why do you check out and measure the kitchen for free on your website, but in the end you pay 40 rubles?
To our great regret, we were not satisfied with the work of this company, we signed the contract on 05/27/2022, why will I not advise this company to anyone? Because initially they installed a kitchen for us with holes in the facade and inside the facades. They did not bring a tray for cutlery and a side bar, according to the complaint, the facades were waiting for replacement for 4 months, during which time they managed to lose them in warehouses and order again. And today, our facades and tray were brought to us , but ! The side bar was again a different size and did not fit. There is no strength to tolerate such work anymore and the husband himself will do this bar, because the probability of waiting for it is minimal. The only thing I liked was the designer Daria, who, unfortunately, no longer works at this company.
There is no attitude towards customers either, they promise to call - they don't call until you dial it yourself.

The kitchen was ordered at the end of May, delivered and installed in mid-October. According to the contract, 35-55 working days. As I understand it, it is not customary for intermediaries to talk honestly about deadlines.

3 points. The work of installers. Punctual in terms of date and time. The kitchen is corner 3 square meters in one working day.
Judging by the reviews, the problem with the masters is that they do not like to talk to people. I don't even know how useful the review will be for the office itself (you didn't draw conclusions from similar messages earlier). It would be good if, say, according to the contract you speak for up to 55 days, then send a text by mail or Viber, saying, we are sorry, but the factory has not shipped your kitchen yet, the next expected date is such and such. The designer also warned me not to wait until September (more than 55 working days), and I did not wait. But then the neurosis develops anyway. And then there are well-wishers-relatives dripping on the brains, they say, they threw it.
Well, on the day of delivery: from 16 to 18. at 18:05, the courier calls and says that he will be there soon. I'm not used to such deliveries from the beginning of the noughties.
In general, if you have such a trait in your character that you love everything on time, do not contact us. You'll only ruin your nerves. Well, if you were patient, then you might not notice the work of this intermediary directly for these little things.
+1 star only for the designer's work. The only one to whom there were no questions was a great job.
1. Measurer: teaching a measurer how to take measurements correctly is ridiculous.
2. Deadlines: be prepared that the kitchen will be delivered not on the specified dates, but in 1.5 months. The answer is: "well, you waited 2 months, you can refuse and turn to others."
3. Delivery: the man who yelled at me for not hearing him right on the phone and for whom you have to adjust or "wait a couple more weeks."
4. Installation: again... the installation dates have been postponed. All shelves are kept on their word of honor (not fixed in any way). The answer is to deal with the production. The hob and oven were simply inserted into the hole (although we paid from above for installation), without connection, without fixing. they spent the whole day swearing and complaining about life during the installation.
Oh well. they turned a blind eye to everything, because we had to move urgently and there was no time to figure it out.
BUT 5. 2 months pass - the countertop is swollen! Wow! Thanks for the "gorgeous" kitchen.
It's good that we haven't had time to order Mom's kitchen from them yet.
Our family thanks the company Master Furniture and designer Anastasia for the work done. We liked the attentive attitude and the quality of the process organization. The delivery time is already shifting here, but you're looking forward to it and you don't care about it. Then supposedly "third-party" installers arrive, they will immediately give you a separate contract with them. In reality (WE ASSUME) that these are still employees of the same organization, they just charge you extra.installation fees (they discuss everything all the time during installation with the designer of the same organization and with the complaints department)))
The mystery of installation begins and you are in anticipation that two days of work and your dream will be tangible). However, after a couple of hours, it is clear that ATTENTION: a countertop of the wrong length was ordered (and nothing can be installed without it), half of the facades are potholed, not painted, and the apogee: the HEIGHT of the entire KITCHEN IS A COUPLE OF cm LOWER than necessary! (that is, there is a gap between the kitchen and the ceiling into which all the dust will fly). On-site investigations revealed INCORRECT MEASUREMENT, incorrect CALCULATION OF TILE HEIGHT (the designer does it for you) AND ELECTRICIANS (the height of the outlets behind the microwave)!!! The mood of the designer, HIS TONE of conversation was already close to not the same twitter when you ordered the kitchen. No one admits guilt, there are no apologies. And the most interesting thing is that the DESIGNER eventually stopped communicating and the HEAD communicated with us.Looking ahead, I will only say that the kitchen was brought in July-August 2020, but the installation for March 2021 is not FULLY completed, but at the time of October 2020, the kitchen became usable.
The facades were changed for us several times.
ACCORDING to the workers of Mastermabel, it is extremely difficult to work with the factory: the factory is a monopolist and
therefore they dictate their terms for the TERMS of ALTERATION, so we waited for 1.5 months.

About the Master Cable, my opinion is this: the work of a measurer and a designer (taking into account the solution of problems that she did not take into account) satisfactory, installers and the complaint department, management ... a good one).

I do not recommend it . We ordered a kitchen from this organization in 2020 . There were many questions about this organization even at the assembly stage. We also ordered equipment and a car wash from them . The sink was brought in the wrong color that was ordered. As a result, we waited a month for them to approve the replacement, although it was new in the package. The illumination of the work area was ordered for 200€, which, in their understanding, we had to install ourselves. Until we wrote a review on the site, no one even thought about going to install it. As a result, the backlight worked for less than a year.

I ordered the kitchen in early March. In May, everything is ready. I came to the office and wrote an application for storage at a factory in Grodno (we discussed this in advance since the kitchen is needed in July). At the same time as the kitchen, we bought an extractor hood and a sink there!!!! to the kitchen. It's time for the delivery....the kitchen came in early July (everything is clear on time +/-), but without a wall panel, it just doesn't exist, to be honest, it remains a mystery to me: how the company works with the technologist, because the kitchen was fully ready in early May, then it (the kitchen) was paid 100%- never, I repeat, never pay for this in full until you have the kitchen installed to the end. Further, there is no wall panel, the installer stupidly cannot fully assemble the kitchen, hang cabinets. The hood was brought, but there is no sink, I do not know where it is, but it is not there. Most likely they were sold or given to someone it doesn't matter. Well, okay, which does not happen, I order another one from them, come to the office...all the documents were processed, it only remained to pay, and that..... and there is not the car wash that was agreed on by phone, I spat, took the address of the office where the director and went there (they wanted to fool me stupidly - prove the opposite to me, I adequately negotiate on the phone for one car wash, in fact in documents are different), we decided with the director on washing on my terms, that's one plus. Farther. The sink was brought in, but it is a little different, the door under the sink is for replacement, since the hinges are in a different place. The wall panel comes, the end of July, the installer that assembled the kitchen can't do it today, or maybe on Friday only, okay, he came to collect, so the cargo is not that, I think maybe my kitchen was confused with another one.... Okay, let's move on, cargo and facades were changed, as a result, the kitchen was assembled in early October!!!!! Is this normal, but how many nerves would it take to achieve what you paid money for? It's terrible. Don't even think about going there, run!!!

The designers are great, but the installation is terrible, hidden payments, trying to cut down in small ways, rubbing in some kind of game. Here is an example, I bought a faucet and a sink from them, installation is free under the contract, but they charged me 50 rubles because I don't have any kind of milling cutter. At first I didn't pay attention, then I consulted consumer protection and they explained to me that this was a violation of the contract on their part and in general, it was unacceptable. In short, the company is trying to be modern and civilized and everything seems so, until it comes to installation, such a simple man arrives and yes, yes, yes, yeah, you will be charged 100 rubles from above for sockets, tap inset, saw down the window sill, and so on, so on, so on.
